Supaya dapatmenjalankan program aplikasi dan database berbasis server, maka diperlukanaplikasi web server, maka penulis membuat database web server nasabah yangtelah membuka aplikasi tabungan supaya customer service bank yang nantinyadapat tehubung ke jaringan internet. BPR Trijaya merupakan suatu perusahaanjasa keuangan perbankan yang berdiri tanggal 7 Oktober 2004. Salah satuproduk dan layanan yang disajikan kepada para nasabah adalah tabungan, saatini BPR Trijaya masih menggunakan Microsoft Acces sebagai saranapenyimpanan database. Karena kompatibilitas yang kurang begitu bagus jikadiakses melalui jaringan maka sampai saat ini pengelolaan database nasabahmasih bersifat offline. Hasil dari pengolaan database berbasis web server secaraonline akan memberikan kemudahan pada BPR Trijaya dalam hal melakukanpendistribusian data nasabah pada setiap kantor cabangnya. Pengelolaandatabase secara online akan memberikan keuntungan bagi pemilik BPR Trijayadalam membangun infrastruktur pelayanan secara online pada masing-masingkantor cabangnya yang jika disertai pemahaman. Dan bagi customer servicejuga harus dapat memahami penggunaan fasilitas web server dalam pemanfaatandatabase secara online
