Abstract. The research is included in the literature review that analyzes the model for increasing the decrease in intention to leave through a framework for strengthening employee engagement. The problem in this study is based on the gap phenomenon, namely the high intention to leave of health workers at the Pratama Clinic in Semarang City and the research gap on efforts to reduce the intention to leave. In this study, only research was conducted for health workers of the Pratama Capitation Clinic 5000 throughout Semarang City. This study uses the Structural Equity Modeling (SEM) analysis method, and is assisted by the AMOS program to obtain knowledge about the model described so that it is in line with the actual facts in the field. The results of this study show that workplace relationship quality, psychological empowerment leadership, and meaningful work have an effect on employee engagement. In this study, the largest contribution is meaningful work, meaningful work is the dominant variable influencing employee engagement. The research model on the effect of workplace relationship quality, psychological leadership empowerment and meaningful work on employee engagement in reducing intention to leave has the feasibility to be studied using a fit model based on SEM. The results obtained in this study provide confirmation of previous studies that have been carried out by: Ehrhardt, (2018); Papalexandris, (2018); Ahmed et al., (2016); and Chrisdiana and Rahardjo, (2017)which shows results that workplace relationship quality, psychological empowerment leadership and meaningful work influence employee engagement in reducing intention to leave
The Moderating Role of Intrinsic Motivation in the Influence of Fear of Success and Work Family Conflict on the Performance of Policewomen at the Central Java Regional Police
Abstract. This study aims to explore the moderating role of intrinsic motivation on the influence of conflict between family and work and fear of success on the performance of female police officers at the Central Java Regional Police. The research method used is an associative explanatory research type, with the aim of explaining the relationship between the variables studied, namely intrinsic motivation, fear of success, conflict between family and work, and female police performance. The population of the study was 406 female police officers at the Central Java Regional Police Work Unit, with a research sample of 113 respondents taken from the population. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire with a statement interval of 1 to 5, with a scale of Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study showed that conflict between work and family, as well as fear of success, had a negative impact on the performance of female police officers. However, intrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on the performance of female police officers at the Central Java Regional Police. Intrinsic motivation strengthened the ability of female police officers to deal with conflicts between work and family demands, reducing the negative impact on their performance. In addition, intrinsic motivation also helped reduce concerns about the negative impact of success, thereby weakening its effect on performance

The population in this study consists of all 83 personnel in the BIDPROPAM KEPRI Police, and the sample used is the same group of personnel. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that: (1) the higher the knowledge sharing behavior of an individual, the higher their innovation capabilities; (2) the better the precision work culture, the better the innovation capabilities; (3) the higher the police education attended by the personnel, the higher their innovation capabilities; and (4) the higher the innovation capabilities of the personnel, the better their performance. These findings highlight the importance of developing precision work culture, continuous police education, and knowledge sharing practices to enhance innovation capabilities and ultimately improve personnel performance at the BIDPROPAM KEPRI Police

This research is an explanatory research with respondents aimed at the managerial level of each Asset Owner entity (PT CJP), Asset Manager (PT PLN UIK Tanjung Jati B) and Asset Operator (PT TJBPS, PT KPJB, PT AGP totaling 88 people. The questionnaire answers at the managerial level of positions which are personnel who act as decision makers and decision-making supporters are expected to be able to describe how the role of control is implemented at the Tanjung Jati B PLTU.
