Tampoco lo fué la cultura griega, ni la romana, ni la cultura medieval cristiana, ni el desarrollo técnico de nuestros tiempos. Casi todo movimiento cultural tiene sus raíces en los países del Mediterráneo oriental, en el Oriente medio.
