Setiap pendidik berkewajiban untuk membina karakter generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa STIKES Alma’arif Baturaja. Hal ini menandakan bahwa dosen memiliki peran strategis di dalam membina dan mengembangkan karakter mahasiswa sehingga diperoleh karakter yang mencerminkan karakter manusia Indonesia. Pembentukan karakter bangsa tidak terlepas dari pembinaan karakter di lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu sarana yang dipandang strategis dalam membina karakter mahasiswa yakni melalui perkuliahan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai mata kuliah pengembangan kepribadian (MPK). Bahasa Indonesia memiliki fungsi yang luar biasa di dalam mengembangkan kepribadian bangsa, yakni senantiasa berkepribadian, berperilaku, dan berbudi bahasa khas Indonesia. Level Pemahaman Konsep Fluida Mahasiswa Calon Guru Fisika dalam Project Based Laboratory (PJB-Lab)
Get PDFUnderstanding Physics Concepts is a concern for every learning process and physics practicum. The development of various physics practicum concepts in the Inquiry Lab or Project Based Lab models contributes to the Students\u27 Concept Understanding Level. This study was conducted to determine the level of conceptual understanding of students on the concept of fluid through project-based laboratory. The method used is pre-experimental with one group pretest and posttest design. The subjects of this study were 22 prospective physics teacher students at one of the universities in Banda Aceh City. The test instrument used is a level test of concept understanding in the form of a stratified description consisting of the ability to explain the concept (P), the ability to determine the laws of physics (Q), ability to provide additional case examples of related laws (R) and define those laws (S). The results showed that students achieved an understanding of fluid concepts at the level of complete understanding (CU) after participating in a project-based laboratory. Therefore, it can be concluded that the level of understanding of physics concepts effectively increases to achieve complete understanding through project-based laboratory
Desain Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Berbasis E-Learning pada Pelajaran Fisika SMA
Get PDFThe background of this research is the existence of globalization which makes education very important for all people. One way to significantly expand access to education is through distance learning (PJJ). PJJ can provide comfort for students to study independently anywhere and anytime. The implementation of PJJ has been widely carried out using LMS (Learning Management System). The purpose of this research is to produce a distance learning design based on e-learning on valid and practical temperature and heat material. This research uses mix method research with ADDIE development model. There are two subjects in this study, namely learning design in google classroom and students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 15 Palembang, totaling 36 students. Instruments in this study were validation and practicality sheets and interviews. The results of the media and material validation questionnaire analysis as well as the media practicality questionnaire in the study obtained an average media validation score of 3.67 or 91.75%, the average material validation score obtained 3.31 or 82.75% and practicality questionnaire analysis got 3.13 or 78.07% , this shows that these media and materials are feasible and practical to use
Students’ Speaking Problems In English Presentation
Get PDFThis research focused on students\u27 speaking problems in English and the purpose of this research is to know problems happening in speaking especially when they are presented by the second semester of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja\u27s English Education Program in their speaking presentations. This research used the descriptive method. The author uses observation, questionnaires, and interviews as a data collection tool. From the results of the questionnaire, psychological problems are most often problems experienced by the second semester English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarja with a mean of 72,73% who had a problem in vocabulary, 54,55% who have problems in grammar, 60,61% who had problems in pronunciation, 72,73% who fear of making mistake, and 57,58% who have problems in lack of confidence. In conclusion, linguistics and psychological problems are a problem that experienced by the second semester of the English Education Program of STKIP Nurul Huda Sukarj
The Correlation Among LLS (Language Learning Strategies), Students\u27 Reading Interest, and Students\u27 Reading Comprehension
No full textFor Indonesian senior high school students, reading comprehension does not only extensively improve their knowledge in general but also their English achievement. The pieces of evidence show us that English assessments are mostly given in the form of reading text. Therefore, the ability to understand the information from the text is inevitability precious in our educational setting. the Indonesian students\u27 reading comprehension achievement is still low because only 69% have the lowest level of reading. Students of SMA (Senior High School) still have the poor reading ability, it is shown by They can finish reading text but they can not answer some questions correctly based on the theme that they have already read. It means that they can not comprehend the text well. Based on the problems, the researcher wants to investigate the Correlation among LLS (Language Learning Strategies), Students\u27 Reading, and Students\u27 Reading Comprehension. Furthermore, the population of the research is the ninth students of SMPN 27 of Palembang consisting of 133 students, from the population, 60 students were represented as the sample which was taken through the probability sampling technique. The instrument to collect the data used questionnaires for LLS and Reading Interest therefore Reading Comprehension was taken by students\u27 reading test. While analyzing the data, was used multiple correlation in SPSS 20 for Windows. The data analysis showed that the result of Ryx1x2 = 0.448 withR2 = 0.200 (or 20.0%) contributed of LLS and 80%. from linear regression analysis, it showed that regression between X1 and Y is FCount = 7.139 > Ftable(73) = 2.61, which means that linear and significant. Perbandingan Prestasi Belajar Siswa yang Mengikuti Bimbingan Belajar dan Tidak Mengikuti Bimbingan Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 01 Tulus Ayu
Get PDFPenelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar pada siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar dan tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar siswa kelas V di SDN 01 Tulus Ayu serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan apa saja yang terdapat pada siswa yang mengikutI bimbingan belajar dan tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan analisis statistic deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial(Independent sample t test. Hasil analisis deskriptif hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar masuk dalam kategori tinggi karena melebihi standar KKM disekolah yaitu dengan mean 83.09 dan siswa yang tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar 76.32 . Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat diketahui bahwa bimbingan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil prestasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil analisis inferensial menunjukan Thitung 11.364,sedangkan Ttabel 2.018 penelitian ini menggunakan taraf signifikan 0.05. Dengan demekian T hitung jauh lebih besar t tabel, dan hipotesis nihil ditolak,artinya terdapat perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar dan tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar siswa kelas V SDN 01 Tulus Ayu.

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mendeskripsikan cara pengarang menggambarkan kehidupan percintaan yang ada dalam novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur karya Raditya Dika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan cara berpikir pengarang terhadap aspek percintaan dalam novel Ubur-Ubur Lembur karya Raditya Dika. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra oleh Ian Watt. Desain penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik baca catat. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana kehidupan pengarang mempengaruhi karyanya. Sisi percintaan yang dilihat adalah bagaimana pengarang yang mulai bertambah usia dan melihat cinta akan berubah seiring berjalannya waktu. Terlihat pula bagaimana pengarang membaluti tema percintaan dengan unsur komedi, yang membuat novel ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti
Kandungan Kolesterol Darah pada Berbagai Jenis Ayam Konsumsi
Get PDFDarah adalah salah satu parameter dari status kesehatan hewan karena darah mempunyai fungsi penting dalam pengaturan fisiologis tubuh (Bijanti et al., 2009). Kandungan kolesterol darah pada hewan akan mempengaruhi kandungan dari daging hewan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan kolesterol darah pada berbagai jenis ayam konsumsi. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Materi penelitian terdiri 4 perlakuan dengan 4 pengulangan. Menggunakan ayam broiler umur 5 minggu, ayam pejantan umur 8 minggu, ayam kampung umur 24 minggu dan ayam merah 96 minggu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan berpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05) terhadap kolesterol darah. Kandungan kolesterol darah pada berbagai jenis ayam konsumsi berpengaruh nyata dengan hasil presentase tertinggi pada P4 (ayam pejantan) dengan rerata 298,33 mg/dl dan hasil presentase terendah pada P3 (ayam kampung) dengan rerata 183,00 mg/dl
Transition Action Details (Tad) Strategy in Teaching Writing Recount Text
Get PDFThis thesis is entitled "The Use of Transition Action Details Strategy in Teaching Writing Ability to the Eighth Grade Students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rawabening". The objective of this study was to know whether or not there are any significant differences between the student who are taught by using the Transition Action Details Strategy and the student who is not taught by using it. This study used an experimental method, a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was 47 students, and the sample was 47 students was taken by using purposive sampling, those were 24 students of the experimental group and 23 students of the control group. Based on the calculation by using an independent t-test by using SPSS 16, The writer found that t-obtained was higher than t-table (2.868>2.014) at the significant level a=0.05 in two-tailed testing. It meant that there were any significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. So, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and alternative hypotheses (Ha) were accepted. It can be concluded that Transition Actions Details Strategy was significant in teaching writing ability to the eighth-grade students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Rawabening

Metode yang digunakan penelitian adalah Penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitik.
