The usefulness of a somatic psychological approach in a pain management program
Get PDF著しい苦痛と生活障害をもたらす慢性痛が軽減または悪化する要因は多岐に渡ることから，その治療（疼痛管理）において，心身の両面に働きかける身体心理学的アプローチの有用性が示唆されている。本研究では，身体活動，瞑想法，セルフモニタリングを組み合わせた２ 種類の複合的エクササイズ（リラクセーションおよびアクティベーション）を，慢性疼患者（n=10）が参加する週１ 回・全８ 回によるペインマネジメント・プログラムの一環として毎回実施し，各回における一時的な疼痛軽減の効果とその要因について検討した。全プログラム終了後に慢性痛の症状，痛みに関連する心理的要因（破局的思考）および生活障害のいずれかまたは複数において改善が示された４ 名の参加者を対象に，各回のエクササイズにおける一時的な疼痛軽減とその要因について，個人別に検討したところ，２ 名の参加者はリラクセーションによって，他の２ 名の参加者はアクティベーションによって，疼痛の軽減が見られる傾向が示された。一方，いずれの参加者においても，エクササイズの際には，一時的な力みや痛み，疲労などの不快な身体的負荷も伴っていることが確認された。これにより，慢性痛の治療または疼痛管理の実践と継続において，治療上の取り組みや日常生活における活動における不可避かつ安全な身体的・心理的負荷を受容できるようになることの重要性が示唆された。Chronic pain, which causes significant suffering and impairment in one’s daily life, can be alleviated or worsened by a wide variety of factors. It has thus been suggested that a somatic psychological approach that works on both the mind and body is useful in the treatment of pain（ pain management）. In this study, we investigated the effects of two types of multiple exercises（ relaxation and activation） which combine physical activity, meditation,and self-monitoring in their ability to temporarily reduce pain, along with the factors contributing to this effect. The exercises were performed by chronic pain patients（ n=10） as part of an eight -session weekly program. A survey was conducted on four participants who showed improvement in chronic pain symptoms, pain-related psychological factors （pain catastrophizing）, and impairment in daily life after completing the entire program. The results showed that two participants tended to experience pain relief through“ relaxation,” and that the other two participants experienced pain relief through“ activation.” On the other hand, it was confirmed by all participants that exercise was accompanied by unpleasant physical loads such as temporary strain, pain, and fatigue. This suggests that, in the practice of chronic pain treatment or pain management, it is important to be able to accept the inevitable and safe physical and psychological burdens of therapeutic approaches and activities of daily life.departmental bulletin pape

Money Laundering Regulations : Significance of the FATF, legislation and implementation status in member countries
Get PDFマネー・ロンダリング規制は，世界の金融機関における喫緊の課題となっており，その対応のために1989 年に政府間協定組織として「金融活動作業部会（FATF）」がパリに設立された．同機関では，日本を始め加盟国等が遵守すべきマネー・ロンダリング規制についてガイドラインである勧告を示し，その移入による法整備と有効で効果的な実施を求めている．本稿では，現代の金融経済環境のもとでマネー・ロンダリング規制が求められている意義，FATF の設立経緯と役割，勧告の内容，マネー・ロンダリング規制の先行国であるアメリカの対策状況，日本の対応として法整備とその実施状況，FATF の対日審査結果を検証する．最後に，FATF の加盟停止決定とその国際機関として果たすべき機能の完全性に触れている．Money laundering regulations have become a pressing issue for financial institutions around the world, and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)was established in Paris in 1989 as a temporary intergovernmental agreement body. The FATF has issued recommendations on money laundering regulations that Japan and other member countries, and calls for the establishment of its system and effective enforcement of such regulations. This essay examines the significance of the need for money laundering regulations under today’s financial and economic environment, the background to the establishment of the FATF, the role of the FATF, the content of its recommendations, the status of measures taken by the United States, which is a leading country in money laundering regulations, Japan’s measures, legislation and implementation, and the status of the FATF’s Mutual Evaluation on Japan. Finally, the decision to suspend FATF membership and the integrity of its functions as an international organization are noted.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF筆者たちは、今上天皇即位を報道した台湾の新聞を利用した NIE「切り抜き新聞制作」を、 Ｔ大学（私立）の保育士 ・ 初等教員養成課程において実施した。中国語で詳細に報道された 天皇に関する台湾紙の記事は、受講生に大きな衝撃を与えるものであった。学生が未習言語 に出会い、異言語理解と異文化理解を体験する場となるよう意図して、本実践を行った。台 湾紙の紙面によく知る情報が多かったことにより、受講生の多くは、異言語との出会いを乗 り切る体験をもち、同時に異文化を寛容に理解していく精神のあり方を学んでいた。また異 文化接触の双方向性の感覚を経験した者もいた。ただ、受講生にとってインパクトが大きかっ た分だけ、異文化理解を促し思考を促した面を持った一方、記事内容によって異言語があま り障壁にならず、十分な異言語との出会いにならなかった可能性もみてとれた。また、誤読 をどのように訂正するかという課題も現れた。本 NIE 実践を授業モデルの形に抽出する。departmental bulletin pape
