Aprimoramento da Comunicação e da Retenção de RH no Odoo ERP por Meio da Integração de IA
In this rapidly changing business scenario, human resources feature as one of the most pivotal or vital factors of any organization. This article elaborates the incorporation of artificial intelligence in the Odoo ERP system and how it will help improve communications amongst the staff and reduce the attrition rate in any organization. Through machine learning and predictive analytics, organizations make their decision-making process data-driven while managing HR activities and other challenges, including poor communications and a high rate of turnover. Traditional ERP systems are not able to facilitate them and often result in disengagement among employees, thus increasing the rate of attrition.
The present study focuses on the sociological effect of AI in HR management, highlighting how AI can create an engaged workforce without elaborating on the technical aspects of the implementation process. AI-powered solutions provide real-time performance monitoring and predictive analytics that will enable HR professionals to understand the needs of employees more clearly and strategize for effective target retention. This article presents how AI can potentially change HR practices in Odoo ERP through a literature review and case studies. The research underlines the role AI plays in improving employee engagement and communication, hence resulting in lower turnover rates and a more satisfied pool of workers. The present study contributes to providing further valuable insights into other research and practical applications in the management of HR.Nesse cenário de negócios em rápida mudança, os recursos humanos são um dos fatores mais essenciais ou vitais de qualquer organização. Este artigo explica a incorporação da inteligência artificial no sistema ERP Odoo e como ela ajudará a melhorar a comunicação entre a equipe e a reduzir a taxa de atrito em qualquer organização. Por meio do aprendizado de máquina e da análise preditiva, as organizações tornam seu processo de tomada de decisão orientado por dados enquanto gerenciam as atividades de RH e outros desafios, incluindo comunicações ruins e uma alta taxa de rotatividade. Os sistemas ERP tradicionais não são capazes de facilitá-los e, muitas vezes, resultam em desinteresse entre os funcionários, aumentando assim a taxa de atrito. O presente estudo se concentra no efeito sociológico da IA na gestão de RH, destacando como a IA pode criar uma força de trabalho engajada sem elaborar os aspectos técnicos do processo de implementação. As soluções baseadas em IA fornecem monitoramento de desempenho em tempo real e análises preditivas que permitirão que os profissionais de RH entendam as necessidades dos funcionários com mais clareza e criem estratégias para a retenção eficaz de alvos. Este artigo apresenta como a IA pode potencialmente mudar as práticas de RH no Odoo ERP por meio de uma revisão da literatura e estudos de caso. A pesquisa destaca o papel que a IA desempenha na melhoria do envolvimento e da comunicação dos funcionários, resultando, portanto, em taxas de rotatividade mais baixas e em um grupo de trabalhadores mais satisfeito. O presente estudo contribui para fornecer mais percepções valiosas sobre outras pesquisas e aplicações práticas na gestão de RH
O uso do lúdico na ampliação e construção do ensino da genética
Genetics is a science that studies heredity, that is, the transmission of characteristics from one living being to another, in addition to helping in the understanding of several areas, such as health, by identifying mutations in genetic material. Despite its great importance, the teaching of Genetics in Brazil is still seen as something meaningless or unconventional, contributing to students\u27 lack of interest in the area, reinforcing the need for other active learning methods that favor the understanding and enthusiasm for genetics. This study aimed to reporting the practical application of dynamics at the Federal University of Tocantins. To evaluate the impacts of these activities, an online form was applied to the participants, which allowed collecting perceptions about interactivity, learning and possible improvements. The results highlighted that the dynamics promote a high level of interactivity, an aspect most appreciated by the students, followed by the perception that playful learning facilitated the retention of the content. The students suggested increasing the time allocated to the dynamics and expanding their application to other academic contexts. These results reinforce the potential of these activities to promote more meaningful and engaging teaching in the area of genetics.A genética é uma ciência que estuda a hereditariedade, ou seja, a transmissão das características de um ser vivo para outro, além de auxiliar na compreensão de diversas áreas, como na saúde, identificando mutações no material genético. Embora tenha grande importância, o ensino da Genética no Brasil ainda é visto como algo sem sentido ou pouco convencional, contribuindo para o desinteresse dos estudantes por área, reforçando a necessidade de outros métodos de aprendizagem ativa que favoreçam a compreensão e o entusiasmo pela genética. Este trabalho teve como objetivo relatar a aplicação práticas de dinâmicas na Universidade Federal do Tocantins. Para avaliar os impactos dessas atividades, foi aplicado um formulário online aos participantes, que permitiu coletar percepções sobre interatividade, aprendizado e possíveis melhorias. Os resultados destacaram que as dinâmicas promovem um elevado nível de interatividade, aspecto mais apreciado pelos alunos, seguindo pela percepção de que o aprendizado lúdico facilitou a fixação do conteúdo. Os alunos sugeriram aumentar o tempo destinado às dinâmicas e ampliar sua aplicação para outros contextos acadêmicos. Tais resultados reforçam o potencial dessas atividades em promover um ensino mais significativo e engajador na área da genética
Improving Critical Thinking Ability for High School Administrators: A Case Study in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam
This study assesses the current state of critical thinking among high school administrators in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam, and proposes solutions to improve this capacity. Through a mixed research method of survey, interview, and document analysis, the study identifies key constraints and influencing factors, such as training programs, support resources, and school culture. Proposed solutions include organizing specialized training courses, developing specific training programs, and creating a school environment that encourages critical thinking. The study not only improves critical thinking capacity but also contributes to improving the quality of education in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam today. Results shoe that Implementing intensive training strategies that combine theory and practice will play an important role in improving critical thinking skills. Managers need to be provided with opportunities to practice critical thinking through simulated or real-life situations where they can apply their knowledge and analytical skills to solve specific situations. In addition, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of practice will help to adjust and improve managers\u27 critical thinking skills. When critical thinking skills are improved, not only will the personal capacity of managers be improved, but it will also contribute significantly to improving the quality of educational management. This will lead to innovation in school management methods, helping to increase transparency, efficiency and create a more favorable educational environment for students
Desenvolvendo o Pensamento Crítico dos Estudantes por Meio da Programação: A Tecnologia da Informação como Ferramenta para o Ensino a Distância
The article attempts to summarize the visions concerning development of critical thinking in students, especially in software development disciplines, through programmed learning. The concept of programmed learning is considered within the two existing paradigms of software development – Waterfall and Agile. In this vein, the approach of Agile teaching is investigated, with highlighting its benefits for development students’ critical thinking, including in distance learning.

The Effect of Mental Endurance in Sports on Learning and Success in Individual and Team Sports
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of athletes\u27 mental endurance on their learning and success in individual and team sports. As a method, this compilation study was carried out by scanning the existing literature on mental endurance and examining experimental and observational studies conducted in different sports branches. The literature search was conducted using academic databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and PsycINFO. In the studies reviewed, the effects of techniques such as visualization, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and physical exercise on athletes were discussed. The findings reveal that mental toughness plays a critical role in improving the performance of athletes and is especially important in ensuring focus, motivation and performance sustainability during stressful moments. Visualization has helped athletes cope with stress by visualizing success, while cognitive-behavioral therapy has been effective in combating negative thoughts. Mindfulness, on the other hand, has increased athletes\u27 ability to live in the moment and maintain mental freshness. In team sports, mental toughness has been observed to strengthen team collaboration and collective performance, as well as improve team members\u27 ability to cope with stress. As a result, improving mental toughness contributes to the long-term success of athletes by increasing not only their physical performance but also their psychological resilienc
O Uso da Radiação Ionizante no Aumento da Vida de Prateleira dos Alimentos – Revisão Bibliográfica
The growing demand for high quality products with longer shelf life explains the emergence and application of new technologies in food preservation, through microbiological safety and increased commercial shelf life. Among the conservation technologies currently used is ionizing radiation. The objective of this study is to analyze the safety of the irradiation procedure in food. The work consists of a bibliographical, qualitative and descriptive research. Data collection was carried out on the Scielo and Google Scholar platforms. The irradiation technique is used in herbs, spices, cocoa, coffee, molluscs and fruits, and can be applied in small or large quantities (bulk) and in frozen and vacuum-packed foods, as it does not raise the temperature during application. Resolution No. 21 of January 26, 2001 of the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) establishes the rules and norms for the application of irradiation in food. Taking into account the data analyzed, it is clear that the advantages of applying this technology easily outweigh the disadvantages found in the method.A crescente demanda por produtos de alta qualidade e com maior tempo de validade explica o surgimento e a aplicação de novas tecnologias na conservação dos alimentos, mediante a segurança microbiológica e aumento da validade comercial. Dentre as tecnologias de conservação utilizadas atualmente está a radiação ionizante, com isso, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a segurança do procedimento de irradiação nos alimentos. O trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa bibliográfica, qualitativa e descritiva. A coleta de dados foi realizada nas plataformas Scielo e Google Acadêmico. A técnica de irradiação é utilizada em ervas, especiarias, cacau, café, moluscos e frutas, podendo ser aplicado em pequenas ou grandes quantidades (granel) e em alimentos congelados e embalados a vácuo, por não elevar a temperatura durante a sua aplicação. A Resolução n.º 21 de 26 de janeiro de 2001 da Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (ANVISA) estabelece as regras e normas para aplicação da irradiação em alimentos. Considerando os dados analisados, percebe-se que as vantagens da aplicação desta tecnologia superam facilmente as desvantagens encontradas no método
Formação cidadã e ética: Possíveis articulações da didática complexa com a educação profissional e tecnológica
This article aims to examine how Complex Didactics and Transdisciplinarity can be applied in Professional and Technological Education (PTE) to address educational inequalities and promote citizenship education. These approaches suggest principles that help educators align theory and practice in their classes and pedagogical actions. The method used is a detailed literature review, focusing on the theories of Morin (2001; 2003; 2005), Moraes (2008; 2014), Suanno (2015; 2019), and other authors who emphasize the integration of scientific, technical, and social knowledge in the educational process. The study reveals that knowledge fragmentation in PTE institutions hinders students\u27 development by focusing solely on technical skills while neglecting ethical and citizenship aspects. The transdisciplinary approach emerges as an alternative to overcome these barriers, promoting an education that links technical learning with ethical and citizenship education, empowering students to become more critical and reflective participants in real-world contexts. It concludes that adopting these approaches provides a path to democratizing access to education, supporting comprehensive and inclusive training that prepares students for both the job market and the exercise of citizenship, contributing to reducing educational inequalities.Este artigo tem como objetivo examinar como a Didática Complexa e a Transdisciplinaridade podem ser aplicadas na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), buscando combater as desigualdades educacionais e promover uma formação cidadã. Essas abordagens sugerem princípios que auxiliam os docentes a alinharem teoria e prática no desenvolvimento de suas aulas e ações pedagógicas. O método utilizado é uma revisão detalhada da literatura, com foco nas teorias de Morin (2001; 2003; 2005), Moraes (2008; 2014), Suanno (2015; 2019) e outros autores que ressaltam a integração de saberes científicos, técnicos e sociais no processo educacional. O estudo revela que a fragmentação do conhecimento nas instituições de EPT compromete a formação dos estudantes, uma vez que se concentra apenas nas competências técnicas, negligenciando aspectos éticos e cidadania. A abordagem transdisciplinar surge como uma alternativa para superar essas barreiras, promovendo uma educação que vincule a aprendizagem técnica à formação ética e cidadã, capacitando os estudantes a se tornarem participantes mais críticos e reflexivos em contexto real. Conclui-se que a adoção dessas abordagens oferece um caminho ao democratizar o acesso à educação, favorecendo uma formação integral e inclusiva, que prepara os estudantes tanto para o mercado de trabalho quanto para o exercício da cidadania, contribuindo para a redução das desigualdades educacionais
Determinants Influencing the Mastery of Preclinical Medical Skills: A Study From the Mekong Delta
This study was conducted at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, a leading health sciences institution in the Mekong Delta region, to evaluate the adequacy of the medical skills training program for fifth- and sixth-year medical students. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology, gathering data from survey questionnaires completed by fifth- and sixth-year medical students at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy. The research aims to evaluate students\u27 proficiency in medical skills practice and to investigate how variables such as academic year, academic performance, and post-graduation career preferences influence students\u27 perceptions of the medical skills training program. A quantitative study involving 462 fifth- and sixth-year medical students demonstrated a high level of responsiveness to the medical skills training program (p < 0.001). However, no statistically significant correlation was observed between students\u27 perceptions of the program and their competency in medical skills practice. This study reveals that a positive perception of the medical skills training program does not directly translate into superior practical competency. Academic performance emerged as a key determinant, with students in the \u27Good-Excellent\u27 category demonstrating a significantly higher responsiveness rate (90.3%) than their \u27Average-Poor\u27 counterparts (77.9%) (p < 0.001). Furthermore, students\u27 intended post-graduation workplace influenced their perception, with those planning to work at the provincial level reporting a more favorable evaluation than those targeting district-level positions. However, no significant differences in practical competency were observed between these groups. These findings highlight the critical need for curriculum enhancements, improved infrastructure, and increased engagement of clinical faculty to ensure the effectiveness of medical skills training programs
From the Thought on Revolutionary Ethics Education in Ho Chi Minh Wisdom to Reflections on the Current State of Corruption in Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh was a great leader of the Vietnamese revolution, leaving the nation a vast spiritual legacy deeply imbued with the cultural values of Truth, Goodness and Beauty. Within this rich and invaluable heritage, his thoughts on education to enhancing revolutionary ethics and combating individualism hold particular significance in the theoretical and practical study of anti-corruption efforts in Vietnam. Therefore, the author argues that researching the ethical values of Ho Chi Minh in the context of contemporary Vietnam is of utmost necessity. In this paper, the author employs an interdisciplinary scientific approach, incorporating philosophical, political science, historical and cultural methodologies, as well as data synthesis methods, to elucidate two fundamental issues: firstly, an analysis of the core tenets of Ho Chi Minh\u27s thought on political ethics (ethics of officials) and its degeneration; secondly, from the perspective of "ethics”, the author presents reflections on the current state and consequences of corruption in Vietnam and proposes some suggestive solutions, which the writer considers effective in addressing the issue
Vietnam’s Patriotism and Its Significance in Comprehensive Education for Students
Patriotism is the most important value system in the value system of the Vietnamese people, it contains many important philosophies of life, guiding other value systems. The purpose of this study is to explore and clarify the system of philosophy of life in Vietnam’s patriotism; the origin, and characteristics of that system of philosophy of life as well as its significance in comprehensive education for students, meeting the training of high-quality human resources of society. Qualitative methods were used, and a semi-structured interview was conducted. The 20 interviewees are managers, lecturers, and students at several universities. The assessments of the interviewees were compared with previous studies and concepts, affirming the diversity and great values of the philosophy of life in Vietnam’s patriotism. This philosophy has great significance in educating students in the context of globalization and international integration of Vietnam; creating a young generation that is both intellectually gifted and morally pure, contributing to building a powerful Vietnam in the twenty-first century
