KELAYAKAN BOOKLET SEBAGAI BAHAN BACAAN TENTANG PEMBUATAN LIPBALM MENGGUNAKAN KOMBINASI EKSTRAK BAWANG DAYAK (Eleutherine americana L.Merr) DAN BUNGA ROSELLA (Hibicus sabdariffa L)
Abstrak. Bawang dayak (Eleutherine americana L.Merr) dan bunga rosella (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) adalah tanaman yang memiliki potensi besar dalam perawatan kulit yang dapat melembapkan bibir sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pembuatan kosmetik yaitu lipbalm. Hal tersebut belum banyak diketahui masyarakat luas karena keterbatasan informasi serta belum ada pengembangan sumber belajar ataupun penelitian terkait pembuatan lipbalm menggunakan tanaman bawang dayak dengan kombinasi bunga rosella sebelumnya sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan di kembangkan sebuah booklet sebagai sumber informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari produk yang akan di kembangkan yaitu booklet. Produk booklet dikembangkan menerapkan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Development, Dessiminate). Booklet dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari eksperimen proses pembuatan lipbalm menggunakan bahan alam yang di kombinasikan yaitu ekstrak umbi bawang dayak dengan bunga rosella, yang dilakukan di laboratorium terpadu IAIN Palangka Raya pada bulan oktober- november 2024. Hasil booklet yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi para pembaca sehingga melalui proses validasi oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media beserta dilakukan uji coba penggunaan oleh masyarakat umum. Booklet yang di kembangkan tergolong sangat layak untuk diterapkan menurut hasil akumulasi skor dari validator ahli materi yakni 92,5%, skor dari validator ahli media yakni 87,5% dan skor dari masyarakat dalam uji coba penggunaan booklet yaitu 80,23%, sehingga booklet yang di kembangkan dapat di jadikan sebagai sumber informasi dan acuan penelitian berikutnya.
Abstract. Dayak onions (Eleutherine americana L.Merr) and rosella flowers (Hibiscus sabdariffa L) are plants that have great potential in skin care which can moisturize the lips so they can be used as ingredients for making cosmetics, namely lip balm. This matter is not widely known to the general public due to limited information and there has been no development of learning resources or research related to making lip balm using Dayak onion plants with a combination of rosella flowers before, so in this research a booklet will be developed as a source of information. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the product to be developed, namely booklets. The booklet product was developed applying the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, Dessiminate). The booklet in this research is the result of an experiment in the process of making lip balm using natural ingredients combined, namely Dayak onion tuber extract with rosella flowers, which was carried out at the IAIN Palangka Raya integrated laboratory in October-November 2024. It is hoped that the results of the booklet developed can become a source of information for readers so that it goes through a validation process by material expert validators and media experts along with trials for use by the general public. The booklet developed is classified as very suitable for application according to the results of the accumulated score from the material expert validator, namely 92.5%, the score from the media expert validator, namely 87.5% and the score from the community in the trial use of the booklet, namely 80.23%, so that the booklet developed can be used as a source of information and reference for subsequent research
The Effect of Competitive Advantage, Internationalization on Profitability with R&D Intensity and Marketing Intensity as Antecedents: Evidence from Indonesian Manufacturing Companies
Companies are required to always have a strategy that can increase profitability and strengthen their competitive advantage. One of the factors that can affect a company's profitability is competitive advantage (CA) and Internationalization. In order to have CA and internationalization, the company can manage and utilize its various capabilities through research and development (R&D) and marketing methods owned by the company. This relationship is explained in the RBT and internalization theory. This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of CA and internationalization on profitability with R&D Intensity and marketing intensity as antecedents. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with several criteria so that a sample of 15 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period was obtained. The results of this study indicate that R&D Intensity and Marketing Intensity have a significant effect on CA, R&D intensity has no significant effect on Internationalization, Marketing Intensity and CA have a significant effect on internationalization, CA has a significant effect on Profitability, Internationalization has no significant effect on Profitability, CA can mediate the effect of R&D intensity and marketing intensity on profitability, and internationalization is not able to mediate the effect of R&D intensity and marketing intensity on profitability.

Identification of Lifestyle Factors in Financial Literacy Using PLS-SEM Approach
Financial literacy is the foundation in achieving a financially prosperous life. The role of self-control in providing control over an increasingly prestigious lifestyle, of course, will require financial literacy skills. This study aims to provide an overview using an explanaotry quantitative approach. The main data in this study were taken using a questionnaire distributed to students at SMP 11 Malang as many as 85 samples. Data processing uses the help of SMART-PLS statistical applications and the structural equation model-partial least square approach. Of the three direct tests, two hypotheses were accepted and one hypothesis was rejected. Self-control variables do not have a positive and significant effect on financial literacy. However, the self-control variable on lifestyle and lifestyle variables on financial literacy have a positive and significant effect. Then, the indirect test provides findings that lifestyle fails to mediate the relationship between self-control and financial literacy. The findings in this study indicate that the lack of self-control in students has an impact on the lack of financial literacy skills. Then, self-control has a positive and significant relationship with lifestyle. Thus, despite the increasingly prestigious lifestyle, students at SMP 11 Malang still have financial literacy skills
Strategi Branding, Marketing dan Reputasi dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Sekolah
Abstract: In the digital era, significant transformations have taken place within the education sector, particularly in how institutions manage and organize their operations. With the rapid advancement of technology and the increasing reliance on digital tools, educational institutions are presented with new opportunities to boost their competitiveness. One of the key ways they can achieve this is through the strategic use of branding, marketing, and reputation management. These elements play a crucial role in shaping a school’s public image and enhancing its attractiveness to potential students and stakeholders. This article delves into the synergistic roles of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies in strengthening a school’s competitive position. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method to explore how these strategies are implemented in real-world educational settings. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participant observations, and documentary analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The findings of this research indicate that the integration of branding, marketing, and reputation management strategies can significantly elevate a school’s ability to stand out in a competitive market. Institutions that successfully highlight their unique identity, effectively utilize technology for promotional activities, and maintain a positive reputation are better positioned to attract prospective students and parents. Additionally, the study suggests that these strategies must work in harmony to achieve the desired outcomes, as each element complements the others. Ultimately, schools that adopt a holistic approach to these strategies are more likely to succeed in an increasingly competitive educational environment, where reputation and visibility play pivotal roles in attracting students and fostering institutional growth.

Abstrak: Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor pendidikan, terutama dalam cara institusi mengelola dan menyelenggarakan operasional mereka. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan ketergantungan yang semakin besar pada alat digital, institusi pendidikan memiliki peluang baru untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Salah satu cara utama untuk mencapai hal ini adalah melalui penggunaan strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi yang efektif. Elemen-elemen ini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk citra publik sekolah dan meningkatkan daya tariknya bagi calon siswa dan pemangku kepentingan. Artikel ini membahas peran sinergis dari strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dalam memperkuat posisi kompetitif sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi-strategi ini diterapkan dalam pengaturan pendidikan dunia nyata. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan utama, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumentasi, guna memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai topik ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi strategi merek, pemasaran, dan manajemen reputasi dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan sekolah untuk menonjol di pasar yang kompetitif. Institusi yang berhasil menonjolkan identitas unik mereka, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kegiatan promosi, dan menjaga reputasi yang baik di mata publik lebih berpotensi untuk menarik calon siswa dan orang tua. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa strategi-strategi ini harus bekerja secara harmonis untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan, karena masing-masing elemen saling melengkapi. Pada akhirnya, sekolah-sekolah yang mengadopsi pendekatan holistik terhadap strategi-strategi ini lebih mungkin untuk berhasil di lingkungan pendidikan yang semakin kompetitif, di mana reputasi dan visibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam menarik siswa dan mendukung pertumbuhan institusi.

Pengembangan Model Aplikasi Manajemen Kehadiran Siswa di Satuan Pendidikan di Indonesia: A Systematic Literature Review
Abstract: Development of many student attendance applications that have been carried out has not received special attention to measuring product quality during development. Application development requires consideration as an effort to meet user needs. Achievement in meeting user needs can be done by measuring product quality such as functional suitability, reliability, performance efficiency, usability, security, maintainability, portability, compatibility through these measurements can provide quality to the application developed. This research aims to integrate ISO 25010 measurements in creating a conceptual model of a quality student attendance management application. This research uses a qualitative approach of the systematic literature review type, adapting the Okoli guide model with steps (1) Determine research questions, (2) Identify relevant search terms, (3) develop a search plan, (4) test the search, (5) select a database and run a search, (6) document and manage search results. The results show that the student attendance management application model consists of several features and contains product quality measurements, features obtained through pattern matching patterns to select popular and essential features with product quality that meets the ISO 25010 product quality model. The model is still conceptual and needs to be followed up with empirical studies and technical development of student attendance management applications.

Abstrak: Pengembangan banyak aplikasi absensi siswa yang telah dilakukan belum mendapatkan perhatian khusus dalam mengukur kualitas produk selama pengembangan. Pengembangan aplikasi memerlukan pertimbangan sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Pencapaian dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dapat dilakukan dengan mengukur kualitas produk seperti kesesuaian fungsional, keandalan, efisiensi kinerja, kegunaan, keamanan, pemeliharaan, portabilitas, dan kompatibilitas. Melalui pengukuran ini, dapat memberikan kualitas pada aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pengukuran ISO 25010 dalam menciptakan model konseptual aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis tinjauan literatur sistematis, mengadaptasi model panduan Okoli dengan langkah-langkah (1) Menentukan pertanyaan penelitian, (2) Mengidentifikasi istilah pencarian yang relevan, (3) Mengembangkan rencana pencarian, (4) Menguji pencarian, (5) Memilih database dan menjalankan pencarian, (6) Mencatat dan mengelola hasil pencarian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa terdiri dari beberapa fitur dan mengandung pengukuran kualitas produk, fitur yang diperoleh melalui pola pencocokan pola untuk memilih fitur yang populer dan esensial dengan kualitas produk yang memenuhi model kualitas produk ISO 25010. Model ini masih bersifat konseptual dan perlu dilanjutkan dengan studi empiris dan pengembangan teknis aplikasi manajemen absensi siswa.

Understanding the Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning System: A Phenomenological Study at PT. X
This phenomenological study investigates the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at PT. X, a company in Indonesia. The study explores the experiences and perceptions of employees regarding the ERP system's integration and its impact on organizational processes. Through qualitative interviews and thematic analysis, the study identifies key themes such as mindset change, top management commitment, change management strategies, and functional improvements in project control, transaction speed, and human resource management. The findings highlight the ERP system's transformative effects on operational efficiency, decision-making, and strategic alignment within PT. X
The Influence of Transparency and Trust on Parental Participation in MTS Negeri Cakung District, East Jakarta
Abstract: This study examines the influence of transparency and trust on parental participation in MTS Negeri Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 120 parents selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The primary data collection tool was a structured questionnaire measuring transparency, trust, and parental participation. Descriptive analysis revealed that trust scored higher (M = 4.37, SD = 0.46) than transparency (M = 4.23, SD = 0.54) and parental participation (M = 3.89, SD = 0.61). Correlation analysis showed significant positive relationships among transparency, trust, and parental participation, with trust emerging as a stronger predictor. Regression analysis confirmed that transparency (β=0.32, β=0.32, p < 0.01) and trust (β=0.41, β=0.41, p < 0.001) significantly influence parental participation, collectively explaining 42% of the variance (R2=0.42, R2=0.42). Furthermore, trust was found to moderate the impact of transparency on parental participation. These findings highlight the need for schools to adopt integrated strategies that promote transparent communication and build trust with parents. The study provides practical implications for school leaders, policymakers, and educators to enhance parental engagement, ultimately contributing to better educational outcomes. Future research is encouraged to explore the influence of cultural, socioeconomic, and policy-related factors on school-community partnerships.

THE EFFECT OF INTERACTIVE DIGITAL SIMULATION ON THE QUALITY OF PHYSICS PRACTICUM LEARNING: A STUDY OF INNOVATION IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA
This study aims to evaluate the influence of the use of interactive digital simulations in improving the quality of physics practicum learning in S1 Industrial Engineering students in the digital era. The research method used is quantitative with a survey design. Data was collected from 163 Industrial Engineering student respondents through a questionnaire that measured various aspects of learning, including material comprehension, student engagement, satisfaction, and the effectiveness of material delivery by practicum assistants. Statistical analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and linear regression to determine the relationship between the use of digital simulations and these learning variables. The results show that the use of interactive digital simulations significantly improves the quality of physics practicum learning. Students reported significant improvements in understanding of physics concepts, increased engagement during practicums, and higher satisfaction with these new learning methods. The effectiveness of material delivery by practicum assistants has also increased, in accordance with the clarity and timeliness of material delivery through digital platforms. In conclusion, the application of interactive digital simulations in physics practicum has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning among Industrial Engineering students. This study suggests expanding the use of digital technology in other academic activities to maximize learning outcomes and student engagement in the ever-evolving era of digitalization
Enhancing the Industry Readiness of Fashion Design Graduates: The Role of Universities in Skill Development in Asia (A Literature Review)
Fashion designers play a crucial role in the fashion industry by creating designs that meet market demands. There are many skills that need to be learned to become a fashion designer, which can be acquired through higher education. This study uses a literature review method to explore how universities prepare aspiring fashion designers for the workforce, particularly in Asia. The study shows that, in Asia, especially in China, fashion design graduates are equipped with both soft and hard skill curricula from universities and have successfully become fashion designers needed by the industry. However, in other countries such as Pakistan, the preparation of graduates is not yet as advanced as in China. The skills and curriculum taught by universities are key factors in shaping a fashion designer's readiness to meet market and industry demands
E-MODUL DEVELOPMENT FOR SPREADSHEET SUBJECTS
The aim of this research is to produce an interactive e-modules for spreadsheet subjects. This research uses a research and development approach by adopting the Borg and Gall development model. The research subjects were students of class X Accounting and Finance. The results show that the flipbook-based interactive e-module is very good to use, with validation test results for media experts at 81.3%, material experts at 88%, and students at 82.8%. Apart from that, there is a significant difference in the use of interactive e-modules, as seen by an increase in the total mean score of the posttest which is higher than the pretest. Therefore, the existence of a flipbook-based e-module as a learning media is very effective and suitable for use in supporting the spreadsheet learning process
