    Determinants of Utilization of COVID-19 Vaccination Services for Pregnant Women

    The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an increase in the death rate of pregnant women. The government is taking preventive action by providing COVID-19 vaccination to pregnant women in accordance with the Circular Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia HK.02.01/I/2007/2021. Even though it has been carried out for 2 months, vaccination coverage is still low, especially in Temanggung Regency. This study aims to determine behavioral determinants in the use of COVID-19 vaccination services for pregnant women. This research uses an analytical survey method with a quantitative approach through a cross-sectional study. Taking 200 samples using the Accidental Sampling technique based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data was collected using a research questionnaire and then analyzed using the Spearman Rank test. The research results show that there is a weak relationship between employment status and perceived vulnerability and utilization of COVID-19 vaccination services among pregnant women. There is a fairly strong relationship between education level, perception of waiting time, and accessibility with the utilization of vaccination services for pregnant women. There is a strong relationship between attitudes, knowledge, availability of health facilities, availability of health workers, and ease of information with the use of COVID-19 vaccination services for pregnant women

    THEMATIC VIDEO STIMULATES STUDENT IMAGINATION FOR POETRY WRITING COURSE

    nnovation in the field of learning is needed so that learning becomes interesting and fun.   The development of learning innovations in the form of thematic videos stimulating students' imagination to write poetry is one of the efforts to make learning to write poetry fun and make it easy to write poetry. The method used to develop thematic videos stimulating students' imagination to write poetry is the ADDIE method. Imagination-stimulating thematic videos cover four broad themes: nature, events, self-portraits, and fiction. Each theme consists of five videos with a duration of 5 minutes so the total videos produced are 20 videos. Imagination-stimulating thematic videos are accompanied by guidebooks and even complete with course descriptions, semester learning plans, and lecture units of the first to sixteenth meetings. Video thematic imagination stimulants proved to be able to arouse the imagination of students before writing poetry, in fact when the video I tested in a poetry writing class in 2018, they were so absorbed that even some students were moved and cried when watching the imagination-stimulating video of the self-portrait theme, namely 'mother'. The results of the trial showed that thematic videos stimulating imagination were able to provoke students to be more productive in writing poetry

    Optimising the Fashion E-Commerce Journey: A Data-Driven Approach to Customer Retention

    A fashion e-commerce company offers a wide range of products from domestic and international brands that are popular with young people. However, there has been an increase in non-organically acquired customers, many of whom do not return to make repeat purchases. This has led to a higher customer churn rate, with a significant proportion of non-organically sourced customers failing to become repeat purchasers. Consequently, a churn analysis and prediction model were developed to address this issue. This paper employs the Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) framework for churn analysis and prediction. The framework is underpinned by three key dimensions: last purchase recency, purchase frequency, and total transaction value. Seven machine learning algorithms were evaluated to identify the optimal approach. Following a comparative analysis of these models, Random Forest emerged as the superior algorithm, demonstrating an accuracy of 0.99, precision of 0.97, recall of 0.99, ROC AUC of 0.98, and F1-score of 0.97. Consequently, this model will be utilized for churn prediction. Based on the analysis and modelling, several recommendations are offered to enhance customer retention for the fashion e-commerce platform. In addition to predicting churn, this paper provides insights into potential refinements to the churn prediction model, such as real-time monitoring, personalized customer experiences, analysis of customer feedback, and lifetime value analysis

    Development e-booklet learning media with the mnemonic method on the material of the motion system

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-booklet dengan metode mnemonik pada materi sistem gerak untuk mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam menghafal materi Biologi yang memiliki banyak istilah asing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu analyze, design, develop, implement, dan evaluate. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-booklet yang dikembangkan dinyatakan “Valid” oleh ahli materi maupun ahli media dengan persentase rata-rata berturut-turut adalah 93,3 persen dan 83,75 persen. Respon guru dan siswa terhadap e-booklet yang dikembangkan tergolong “Sangat Praktis” dengan persentase rata-rata berturut-turut adalah 98,75 persen dan 89,62 persen. Hasil belajar kognitif siswa menunjukkan rata-rata perolehan nilai siswa sebesar 92,14. Dan yang memperoleh nilai ≥75 sebanyak 27 siswa sehingga diperoleh persentase ketuntasan sebesar 96,42 persen yang tergolong sangat efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran e-booklet efektif digunakan pada materi sistem gerak untuk mempermudah siswa dalam mengingat.Abstract: This research aims to develop e-booklet learning media with the mnemonic method on the material of the motion system to overcome student’s difficulties in memorizing Biology material which contains various foreign terms. This form of study qualifies as research and development (R&D) and employs the ADDIE method which consisted of five stages, namely analyze, design, develop, implementation, and evaluate. The results demonstrate that the developed e-booklet was declared "valid" by material experts and media experts with an average percentage of 93.3 percent and 83.75 percent, respectively. The response of teachers and students to the developed e-booklet is classified as "very practical" with an average percentage of 98.75 percent and 89.62 percent, respectively. The average student score on cognitive learning outcomes was 92.14. Among the participants, 27 students obtained a score of ≥75 were 27 students, thereby resulting in completeness percentage of 96.42 percent, classified as very effective. This indicates that the e-booklet learning media is an effective tool for facilitating memory retention

    Web-based teaching media innovation to improve understanding of science learning

    Abstrak: Penelitian ini berfokus pada rendahnya minat siswa di salah satu sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Malang dalam mempelajari sains, terutama kesulitan dalam memahami istilah-istilah ilmiah dalam materi sains yang diberikan. Keterbatasan sumber belajar dan kurangnya perubahan dalam strategi pengajaran diidentifikasi sebagai penyebab rendahnya minat tersebut. Minimnya penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru yang hanya monoton menggunakan ppt dan buku teks membuat pembelajaran menjadi kurang variatif dan membuat siswa kurang tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada materi perkembangan hewan dan tumbuhan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan uji ANOVA, media web yang menyajikan konten melalui video, teks, dan gambar dibandingkan dengan PPT dan buku pelajaran konvensional di dua kelas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (F hitung = 7,691, signifikansi = 0,008). Respons positif siswa terhadap media web menegaskan keefektifannya dalam meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman sainsAbstract: This research focuses on the low interest of students in one of the junior high schools in Malang City in learning science, especially the difficulty in understanding scientific terms in the given science material. Limited learning resources and lack of change in teaching strategies were identified as the causes of low interest. The lack of use of teaching media by teachers, who only monotonously use PPTs and textbooks, makes learning less varied and makes students less interested in participating in learning. This study evaluates the impact of web-based learning media on animal and plant development material on the learning outcomes of Grade IX students. Using quantitative methods and the ANOVA test, web media presenting content through video, text, and images were compared with PPT and conventional textbooks in two classes. The results of the data analysis showed a significant difference between the two groups (F count = 7.691, significance = 0.008). The students' positive response to the web media confirmed its effectiveness in increasing interest and understanding of science.

    Implementation of Improving Digital Literacy Skills Through The Literacy-Cloud Platform for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Learners in Inclusive Schools

    The purpose of this research is: 1) To foster a reading or literacy culture 2) To practice enjoyable reading activities 3) To implement reading or literacy activities for students with ADHD. 4) To assist in the registration of Literacy-Cloud platform accounts for teachers and students with ADHD. The research is conducted at SD Labschool UNESA with a population of 12 classes and a sample size of 6 students with ADHD who experience difficulties in focusing on objects or reading materials. The enhancement of digital literacy skills through the Literacy-Cloud Platform, as a movement to motivate, engage, and cultivate digital reading culture, using a participatory persuasive approach. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data sources consisting of interview results, literature review, field notes, and observation results. This activity consists of three treatments: training, assistance with digital information search strategies, and the implementation of enjoyable reading for the students. This program has successfully improved the digital literacy of teachers and students, especially students with ADHD. Evaluation results show that teachers and students are able to search for digital reading materials and apply enjoyable reading practices to the students

    Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Peserta Didik Autis dengan Latihan Gerak Manipulatif (Single Subject Research)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada peserta didik autis jenjang TK di SLB Maitri School dengan Latihan gerak manipulatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode single subject research (SSR) dengan desain A-B-A dan dianilisis menggunakan analisis visual dalam kondisi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan pencatatan trial skor perolehan pada setiap sesi. Hasil analisis data diperoleh pada fase baseline (A1) dengan 3 kali pertemuan dari indikator melempar bola kearah dinding, melempar bola ke dalam keranjang, melempar bola ke arah cone dan menangkap bola presentase stabilitasnya 100% (belum stabil). Pada fase intervensi dengan 8 pertemuan dan pada fase baseline (A2) presentase stabilitasnya 100% (sudah stabil). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan latihan gerak manipulatif mampu meningkatkan motorik kasar pada peserta didik autis jenjang TK di SLB Maitri School Jakarta Timur. Oleh karena itu guru dapat menggunakan latihan gerak manipulatif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar pada peserta didik autis

    Eksistensi Kurikulum Kolaboratif di Sekolah Dasar Berbasis Islam dalam Upaya Mempersiapkan Mutu Lulusan Unggul

    Abstract: The curriculum is said to be the main capital that determines the success of learning in each educational unit. Each educational unit has characteristics and characteristics in managing and developingits  curriculum based on the vision, mission, and goals of the   school. The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the implementation of a collaborative curriculum in Islamic-based elementary schools, (2) the impact  of the application of a  collaborative curriculum on the quality of graduates. The research was conducted qualitatively with a multi-site study approach. The research location is at  Baitul Makmur Islamic Elementary School and Al-Rifa'ie Modern Elementary School Malang. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Checking the credibility of data is carried out by means of diligence of observation, triangulation, checking members, and discussion of fellow researchers. The results of this study show that (1) the application of the  collaborative curriculum basically refers to the vision, mission and goals of the school which focuses on preparing the quality of superior graduates in terms of academics, skills, and character. (2) The impact of implementing a  collaborative curriculum is that students when graduating from school have advantages including good morals and religion. Students are more skilled in English  and Irab and can read,   write, and even memorize the Qur'an and hadith. Students are also able to make achievements from various competition events at the subdistrict, city, and provincial levels.Keywords: Collaborative Curriculum, Learning, Curriculum Developer, Islamic School, Excellent graduate quality Abstrak: Kurikulum dikatakan sebagai modal utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran di setiap satuan pendidikan. Setiap satuan pendidikan memiliki karakteristik dan ciri khas dalam mengelolah dan mengembangkan kurikulumnya didasarkan atas visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif di sekolah dasar berbasis Islam, (2) dampak penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif terhadap mutu lulusan. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi multi situs. Lokasi penelitian di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Islam Baitul Makmur dan SD Modern Al-Rifa’ie Malang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Pengecekkan kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan cara ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, pengecekan anggota, dan diskusi teman sesama peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif pada dasarnya mengacu pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah yang memfokuskan untuk mempersiapkan mutu lulusan unggul dari segi akademik, keterampilan, dan karakter. (2) dampak penerapan kurikulum kolaboratif adalah peserta didik ketika lulus dari sekolah memilki keunggulan diantaranya berakhlak baik dan religius. Peserta didik lebih terampil berbahasa Inggris dan Arab serta dapat membaca, menulis, bahkan menghafal Al-Qur’an dan hadis.     Ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre Sebagai Wahana Integrasi Pembiasaan Sikap Ilmiah dan Bina Taqwa Peserta Didik di SMA Umum

    Abstract: The purpose of this research is to describe the intracurricular and extracurricular Islamic Center as a means of integrating the habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety of students at public SMA of 1 Kesamben, Blitar. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and documentary studies. Data analysis was carried out interactively starting from data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) a form of scientific attitude that is habituated to students at school can be carried out through routine habituation activities and habituation during learning; (2) the values of taqwa that are fostered in students include a series of habituation activities, namely mandatory wearing of the hijab, praying before and after carrying out lessons, performing obligatory and sunnah prayers in congregation, and morning tadarus; (3) types of Islamic Center extracurricular activities developed in schools, namely routine training once a week, hadrah or al-banjari, thaharah by cleaning the mosque environment, Al-Quran Reading Arts (SBQ), Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), attending MCRB (Majelis Cinta Rosul Blitar), competitions in the field of religion and compensation for orphans; (4) Islamic Center extracurriculars in integrating the habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety there are several habits; (5) the integration strategy of habituation of scientific attitudes and fostering piety through Islamic Center extracurricular activities includes habituation and exemplary activities by coaches in Islamic Center extracurricular activitiesKeywords: intracurricular; extracurriculars; scientific attitude; development of taqwa Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre sebagai wahana integrasi pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kesamben, Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumenter. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif mulai dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) bentuk sikap ilmiah yang dibiasakan pada diri peserta didik di sekolah dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan pembiasaan rutin dan dilakukan pembiasaan saat pembelajaran; (2) nilai-nilai taqwa yang dibina pada diri peserta didik meliputi rangkaian kegiatan pembiasaan, yakni peraturan wajib memakai hijab, berdoa sebelum dan sesudah melakukan pembelajaran, melakukan ibadah sholat wajib dan sunnah berjamaah, dan tadarus pagi; (3) jenis kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre yang dikembangkan di sekolah, yaitu latihan rutin satu minggu sekali, hadrah atau al-banjari, thaharah dengan membersihkan lingkungan mushola, Seni Baca Al-Quran (SBQ), Peringatan Hari Besar Islam (PHBI), mengikuti MCRB (Majelis Cinta Rosul Blitar), lomba bidang keagamaan dan santunan anak yatim; (4) ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre dalam mengintegrasikan pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa terdapat beberapa pembiasaan; (5) strategi integrasi pembiasaan sikap ilmiah dan bina taqwa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre meliputi kegiatan pembiasaan dan keteladanan oleh pembina dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Islamic Centre.Kata kunci: intrakurikuler; ekstrakurikuler; sikap ilmiah; bina taqw

    Development of Business Potential Through Promotion of Entrepreneurial Spirit Among University Students

    Perkembangan teknologi membawa transformasi dunia bisnis dan kewirausahaan. Menjadikan strategi sebagai elemen krusial untuk meraih profit, pertumbuhan, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Banyak startup baru bermunculan, tetapi tidak sedikit wirausaha baru mengalami kegagalan akibat kurangnya kemampuan membuat perencanaan dan penciptaan nilai produk. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, Business Model Canvas (BMC) muncul sebagai alat bisnis yang efektif. Workshop dan kompetisi BMC dirancang khusus untuk mengajarkan mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya kewirausahaan serta penerapan BMC secara praktis. Dalam workshop ini, mahasiswa diperkenalkan dengan elemen-elemen kunci BMC, baik dari aspek internal maupun eksternal. Melalui metode klasikal dan presentasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber berpengalaman, peserta kegiatan diberikan berbagai perencanaan pengembangan bisnis berbasis digital, peluang, serta pengembangan dan tantangannya.
