INNOVATION OF THE STRATEGY OF LAJNAH TAFTISY IHYA' ULUMIDDIN AND TAFSIR JALALAIN (LTIT) IN MAINTAINING THE EXISTENCE OF THE REVIEW OF THE BOOK OF SALAF AS AN ICON OF THE DARUSSALAM BLOKAGUNG ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the innovation of the lajnah taftisy Ihya' Ulumiddin and Tafsir Jalalain (LTIT) strategies in maintaining the existence of recitation of the salaf book as an icon of Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School. This research approach method uses qualitative case studies with key informants from the LTIT management, while supporting informants are recitation participants. The analysis used is an interactive analysis of 3 models. The results showed that the recitation of Ihya' Ulumiddin and Tafsir Jalalain at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi which was initially neglected, with strategic innovations from the LTIT Institute is now starting to be conditioned. In advancing an institution, there are certainly inhibiting and supporting factors. Among the inhibiting factors are: the weak awareness of some students of the importance of reciting Ihya' Ulumiddin and Tafsir Jalalain, some students do not yet have a book, clash with other mandatory activities, and the cohesiveness of the board. . Meanwhile, the supporting factors are: the enthusiasm and awareness of the students regarding the importance of reciting the Koran, the enthusiasm and awareness of the administrators in carrying out their duties responsibly, the motivation and direction that is always given by the board of caregivers, supporting facilities and infrastructure (researcher's observation)

Get PDFHuman resources (HR) is the main element in the organization compared to other elements such as capital and technology because humans themselves control the others. This shows that HR is one of the important factors for the success of an organization, such as an educational institution. Therefore, HR needs to be managed as well as possible so that it can be utilized for the benefit of the organization. This study aims to analyze: (1) HR planning at Ma'had Aly. (2) HR recruitment and selection at Ma'had Aly. (3) HR placement in Ma'had Aly. (4) HR development and development at Ma'had Aly. (5) Assessment of HR performance at Ma'had Aly The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach while the research design is a case study. The research location was chosen at Ma'had Aly Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis uses qualitative analysis through 3 paths, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study. First, Planning, HR Planning is made by the lower leadership, then drafted and submitted to the upper leadership. Unscheduled planning and unwritten or documented planning programs. Second, the pattern of recruitment and selection. Recruitment of new staff is based on the evaluation results and analysis of manpower needs in the institution, while the selection decision is very dependent on the selection process and the results of istikhorah. Third, the placement is done by taking into account personal abilities. Fourth, development and coaching are carried out regularly through training, workshops, lecturer discussions, regular monthly meetings, and mass meetings. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. Data collection techniques used 3 stages, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The source the data that the researcher obtained is primary data in the form of observations related to the management of academic service quality in improving academic achievement, interviews with principals and teachers, as well as secondary data on documentation and archives of activities from the management of ma'had. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation, namely triangulation of theories, methods, and observers, Data analysis with three interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research Results: quality management of academic services in improving academic achievement by providing several services, covers (1) Classroom learning services (2) service in the library (3) service in the laboratory (4) service in the administration room (5) services in the counseling room (6) place of worship service (7) service in the latrine (8) service in the UKS room (9) playground or sports services. Of the three kinds of academic achievement that is: (1) language ability (2) math skills (3) science ability, MAN 1 Banyuwangi students are superior in science skills. Student report cards and results from participating in competitions are a measure of academic achievement. And the function of the academic achievement assessment here is to determine the level of readiness of MAN 1 Banyuwangi students to take a certain level of education

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the role of public relations waka in promotional efforts to attract prospective students in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Public relation is an effort to foster public participation so that it can foster public trust or the public, interested in registering their sons and daughters in MTs Al-Amiriyyah. The role of public relations is very important in improving the quality of an educational institution because public relations as a communicator between the community and schools so that public relations can accommodate community aspirations related to all activities in an educational institution so that it can grow the image of an educational institution in the eyes of the community. This type of research is a qualitative method approach, namely by using a descriptive approach with interview observation and documentation of problems in this study, researchers try to answer three questions contained in MTs Al-Amiriyyah, namely: (1). What is the role of Public Relations in the promotion and marketing process in order to attract the interest of prospective students, (2). What has been done by WAKA Humas in promotion so that prospective students are interested in entering MTs Al-Amiriyyah. Bet based on the findings obtained by the researcher, that for Waka Humas at MTs Al Amiriyyah about strategies or promotions that can be done by Waka Humas in a Promotion in an effort to attract the interest of prospective students, namely as follows: (1). Through the PPL teaching program for superior classes to SD /MI in the Banyuwangi area as a means of Promoting MTs Al Amiriyyah. (2) Carry out promotions through online social media such as Websites, Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. Providing information services and the latest developments around Madrasah to parents so as to make it easier for parents to find out the quality of education in MTs Al Amiriyyah.

Get PDFImproving the quality of character education for students is not an easy job, where students who are used to a free life tend to find it difficult to adapt to an environment full of rules, so good curriculum management is needed to improve character education. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic boarding school curriculum management, and efforts to improve the character education of students at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Mesuji OKI Islamic boarding school. This study applies qualitative research in the form of a case study. The result is that the management of the pesantren curriculum cannot be separated from the management functions known as POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, where the four functions are popularized by the terms planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. These four functions have been carried out at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Mesuji OKI Islamic boarding school. Furthermore, in an effort to improve character education at the Mukhtar Syafa'at Mesuji OKI Islamic Boarding School, a competition and competency program was carried out. The implication is that this character is expected to become a provision for the students when the students are no longer in the boarding school environment and are no longer in the family environment when they are adults

No full textThe Arabic language takhassus hostel at the Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School is one of the focus areas for studying Arabic. In practice learning Arabic is greatly assisted by the muhawarah method, which is one of the many methods used to support the realization of the results of learning Arabic especially in the category of Arabic speaking proficiency. In addition to the need for the habit of speaking in Arabic, vocabulary is very important in speaking skills. The muha>warah method is said to be more optimal in improving speaking skills. This method aims to improve students' ability to use the vocabulary they already have and to train students' courage in expressing their opinions. The method used by the researchers in this study was a descriptive qualitative method, the source of which was obtained from observations during the learning process of speaking skills using the muha>warah method and also the results of interviews with supporting teachers and Arabic language takhassus dormitory students. Penerapan Metode Drill Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Qowaid Nahwiyyah Di Madrasah Diniyyah Al- Amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi
Get PDFThis article is the result of research that aims to find out how the application of the drill method is used in the process of improving the qowaid nahwiyyah abilities of superior program students at madrasah diniyyah al-amiriyyah, as well as to find out the advantages and disadvantages of its application. This research approach is descriptive qualitative with grounded theory type, which uses three data collection methods, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning by applying the drill method in increasing understanding of qowaid nahwiyyah is in accordance with the theory and achieving maximum results. In the learning process, the teacher goes through the steps of preparation, implementation and evaluation. The drill method in qowaid nahwiyyah learning is very effective, by repeating material it really helps students understand material with different backgrounds, the drill method can make students active in learning and delivering material in short and clear language. In addition, student responses to the application of the drill method were very positive, because there was an interactive dialogue between the teacher and students. In addition to these har, there are also advantages and disadvantages in the implementation of learning using the drill method. The advantages of applying the drill method include: high student interest in learning and enthusiasm in understanding the material, it is easier to find out the problems experienced by students in understanding the material, in a short time gaining mastery of the material according to the target. The disadvantages of the drill method are: students feel bored participating in learning, students feel more pressured because evaluations are often held, students often arrive late so that learning time is delayed and the facilities they have are inadequate
PENGGUNAAN PRINSIP KERJA SAMA DALAM NOVEL SHAF KARYA IMA MADANIAH (KAJIAN PRAGMATIK)
Get PDFSecara umum pragmatik berhubungan sangat erat dengan penggunaan bahsa baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, dalam situasi pemakaian yang sebenarnya. Karena bahasa merupakan alat untuk berinteraksi, yang memungkinkan pelaku tindak tutur harus menggunakan prinsip kerja sama supaya pesan yang terdapat dalam ujaran dapat di mengerti oleh mitra tuturnya. Prinsip kerja sama pada dasarnya berfungsi untuk mengatur percakapan yang terjadi antara penutur dan mitra tutur, sehingga tuturan tersebut bisa menghasilkan informasi yang jelas dan tidak ambigu, sehingga tujuan dari komunikasi bisa berjalan tanpa ada kendala apapun. Prinsip kerja sama dalam berkomunikasi tidak hanya terjadi pada kehidupan nyata saja, tetapi juga dapat ditemui di karya sastra seperti novel, cerpen, dan sebagainya. Ada dua fokus penelitian yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Bagaimanakah penggunaan prinsip kerja sama dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah dan 2) Apa sajakah jenis prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat dalam novel Shaf karya Ima madaniah. Dan tujuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui penggunaan prinsip kerja sama dalam novel Shaf karya Ima madaniah, dan 2) Untuk mengetahui jenis prinsip kerja sama yang terdapat dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik simak catat, pemeriksaan keabsahan data dengan triangulasi, dan analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari analisis data penelitian terdapat 112 percakapan yang mematuhi prinsip kerja sama yang terbagi menjadi dua maksim yaitu, maksim kuantitas ditemukan 94 data dan maksim kualitas ditemukan 18 data. Sehingga analisis data dalam novel Shaf karya Ima Madaniah ditemukan bahwa percakapan antara tokoh satu dengan yang lain menggunakan maksim kuantitas

Get PDFThe Darussalam Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School in the process of interpreting the cleric's book uses a distinctive language, namely refined Javanese (kromo inggil), even though the background of the students do not only come from Java but in various regions in Indonesia, and some even come from abroad. This reality made the researcher interested in raising the research title of the Multicultural Communication Patterns of Santri in Understanding Javanese Arabic (Pegon) at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study is to describe the Multicultural Communication of Santri in Understanding the meaning of Javanese Arabic (Pegon) at Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. The method used by researchers to uncover these questions is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results obtained by this study are the pattern of Multicultural Communication of Santri Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School originating from outside Java to understand the meaning of the yellow book is by communicating the exchange of meanings between individuals by using Indonesian as an alternative language. The intensity of communication between junior students and senior students gave birth to a similarity in meaning, perception, motivation, and the respective Javanese vocabulary used in interpreting the yellow book is always asked by junior students to senior students
