PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, PROGRAM DIKLAT, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BPR NUR SEMESTA INDAH KABUPATEN JEMBER
This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, training programs, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The number of research samples is 50 respondents, namely, employees of PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. Primary data collection through filling out questionnaires. The data analysis method is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Instrument testing uses normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, model feasibility test uses F-test, multiple determination coefficient, and hypothesis test uses t-test. The results of the study indicate that the Competence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency, the training program variable does not affect employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Nur Semesta Indah, Jember Regency
The Role Of Principal Leadership In Improving Teacher Welfare: A Case Study At Muhammadiyah Rabbani Elementary School
Teacher welfare is a crucial factor influencing motivation, performance, and the quality of learning. While previous research has largely discussed the relationship or influence of teacher welfare on performance, there are still limited studies explaining the forms of welfare efforts undertaken by schools, particularly in private schools. This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving teacher welfare at Muhammadiyah PK Rabbani Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research subject is the principal as the primary source of information, while informants include teachers, employees, and educational staff. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. Data validity was tested using triangulation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the principal plays a significant role in improving teacher welfare, both financially and non-financially. Financially, the principal lobbies and negotiates for additional incentives for teachers despite limited authority. From a non-financial perspective, the principal creates a positive work environment, provides opportunities for professional development, and provides recognition and rewards for teacher achievement. In conclusion, effective principal leadership contributes significantly to improving teacher well-being, which in turn supports the quality of education in schools
Customer-Centric Approach : Strategi Diferensiasi Bsi Kcp Tuban Dalam Pemasaran Pembiayaan Pra Pensiun Di Era Digital
Digital transformation and the dynamics of customer needs demand adaptive and customer-oriented marketing strategies in the Islamic banking industry. This study aims to analyze the customer-centric differentiation strategy implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tuban in marketing pre-retirement financing products. With a qualitative approach through interviews and field observations, this study reveals that personalized advisory strategies, hybrid services (offline and online), and the use of digital technology such as the BSI Mobile application and chatbots are key to increasing customer engagement and satisfaction. Innovation through the #SiapPensiunTenang digital campaign and the use of customer data for service personalization also strengthen the competitive position of BSI KCP Tuban. The results of the study show that a customer-centric marketing approach can significantly increase interest in pre-retirement financing products and strengthen customer loyalty in the midst of a competitive digital era. These findings provide theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic marketing literature as well as practical implications for Islamic bank strategies in optimizing the pensioner market segmen
ANALISIS IDIOM BAHASA KOREA MENGGUNAKAN LEKSEM MATA
This study aims to describe the idiomatic meaning of the lexeme "eye" in Korean idioms and to explain the cultural values of Korea reflected within them. It employs a descriptive qualitative approach using content analysis methods. The data consists of 24 idioms containing the lexeme "eye," collected from various sources such as dictionaries, books, and official Korean language websites. The data analysis includes classifying the idioms based on their denotative and connotative meanings, as well as identifying the cultural elements they embody. The findings reveal that idioms with the lexeme "eye" possess diverse meanings, referring not only to visual function in a literal sense but also reflecting emotions, perception, judgment, and social relationships within Korean culture. In this study, the meanings of Korean idioms containing the lexeme "eye" reflect emotions and social dynamics more than just love although love remains an important theme. Cultural values such as social hierarchy, collectivism, and the importance of maintaining self-image are also reflected in these idioms. This study is expected to contribute to Korean language learning as a foreign language, particularly in mastering idioms that are rich in cultural significance
"AMAN DI DUNIA MAYA" ANALISIS BUKU BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS TINGGI BERBASIS KELAYAKAN BUKU BSNP
This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of Chapter 8 of the Indonesian language textbook for Grade VI elementary school students entitled "Safe in Cyberspace," based on four aspects of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) standards: content, language, presentation, and graphics. This study uses a qualitative case study approach through documentation study techniques and content analysis. This chapter was chosen because it contains the theme of digital literacy which is important in learning Indonesian and encourages the development of students' writing and critical thinking skills. The analysis results show that Chapter 8 meets the feasibility criteria with an average score of 82%, which is classified as good. The average assessment results from the four aspects indicate that Chapter 8 is suitable for use as teaching material and can be a reference in developing adaptive and contextual textbooks. Although there are some shortcomings in the language and graphics aspects, overall this book is still suitable for use in the learning process. These findings are expected to provide input for the development of more effective textbooks that are in accordance with national education standards
IMPLEMENTATION OF FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION (FGD) BASED INFORMATION SERVICES IN PREVENTING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
This study is entitled "Implementation of Information Services Based on Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in Preventing Domestic Violence". Domestic violence (KDRT) is an act of violence committed in the household that can cause suffering, death either physically, psychologically, sexually, economically, deprivation of independence and abandonment in the household. This study aims to determine the application of information services based on focus group discussions (FGD) in preventing domestic violence. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method. The subjects in this study were "late teenagers who are married in Sungai Dua Village. The data collection techniques used consisted of three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the community can understand broadly or deeply the knowledge about domestic violence and can control or build awareness of preventing potential violence in the household. The application of information services based on focus group discussions (FGD) was carried out in 4 meetings with a time of 45 / meeting. The implementation of this information service is carried out in 6 stages, namely, the planning stage, the implementation stage, the evaluation stage, the evaluation results analysis stage, follow-up, and reporting
GRAJAGAN GUYUB RUKUN TOLERANSI JADI KUNCI PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA
Grajagan Village, located in Banyuwangi Regency, Indonesia, offers a compelling case of how interreligious tolerance serves as a vital foundation for local economic growth and social welfare. Amid religious and cultural diversity, the community embraces a spirit of unity and mutual respect, which is manifested in collaborative activities across economic, social, and environmental sectors. This study aims to explore how values of tolerance and interfaith cooperation foster economic development at the grassroots level. Employing a qualitative methodology, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of community-based initiatives. The findings reveal that strong social cohesion among religiously diverse residents creates a conducive environment for joint economic ventures, such as cooperatives, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and community-based tourism. Additionally, collective actions like environmental clean-ups reflect the practical integration of tolerance into daily life. Tolerance in Grajagan is not merely a moral ideal but a functional social capital that enhances economic resilience and sustainability. This research contributes to the discourse on inclusive development by demonstrating how religious harmony can be a strategic asset in promoting community-driven economic empowerment and sustainable village advancement
ANALISIS PENGARUH PENTASYARUFAN DANA ZAKAT DAN INFAQ TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM DI KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI
This study aims to analyze how the distribution of zakat (X1) and infaq (X2) funds affects the empowerment of MSMEs in Banyuwangi Regency. The research method used is a mixed method, which includes qualitative data on zakat and infaq distribution by LAZISNU and LAZISMU to beneficiaries in the form of SME empowerment programs. Meanwhile, zakat and infaq distribution by BAZNAS Banyuwangi Regency is analyzed based on BAZNAS's annual reports for 2021 and 2022. The research results indicate that the productive zakat and infaq distribution programs implemented by LAZISNU are more diverse, including: financial literacy, Marbot Mart, Hajj Mart, rotating goat program, and KUA economic empowerment for the community. Meanwhile, the zakat and infaq distribution program by LAZISMU is based on the principle that zakat and infaq distribution should not only focus on education and health but also on the economy, so that the community can become empowered and self-reliant while upholding the values of transparency and accountability. The impact of zakat and infaq fund distribution on SME empowerment at BAZNAS Banyuwangi shows that zakat distribution partially influences SME empowerment (0.460813 < 0.5), but infaq distribution does not have a partial influence (0.955676 > 0.5). However, the simultaneous distribution of zakat (X1) and infaq (X2) does not have an impact on the empowerment of SMEs because the significance level is less than the p-value (5% < 7.2%)
DIGITAL LEADERSHIP DI TENGAH TRADISI: TANTANGAN KEPEMIMPINAN KIAI DALAM MENGELOLA RUANG SIBER (CYBER) DAN LITERASI DIGITAL SANTRI DI ERA DISRUPSI
This study aims to analyze in depth the challenges and strategies of Kiai Leadership (Digital Leadership) in managing Cyberspace and improving the Digital Literacy of students in Islamic boarding schools that are steeped in tradition, along with the massive era of technological disruption. Using a qualitative approach with a case study type, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Kiai, the Board of Trustees, and student representatives, as well as participatory observation of the implementation of digital policies. The results of the study show that the Kiai Leadership of Darussalam Blokagung Islamic Boarding School uses the Hybrid Khittah Model to respond to digital disruption. Kiai establishes moral values ??(Muhafazhah), while technical implementation is delegated. The main challenge, namely the conflict between the Khidmah of the students and the attraction of Cyberspace (FOMO), is overcome through strict discipline (Ta'zir) and spiritual strengthening. Kiai also transforms the traditional value of Tabayyun into the foundation of Digital Literacy to form cyber ethics. This model successfully balances the preservation of values ??with controlled technology adoption, contributing to the theory of Contextual Transformational Digital Leadership. FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN SYED MUHAMMAD NAQUIB AL-ATTAS: KRITIK PERENNIALIS TERHADAP SEKULARISASI PENDIDIKAN
This article investigates the perennialist philosophical critique by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas of the secularization of education, which is identified as the source of the modern educational crisis, a crisis marked by pragmatism and the erosion of values. This research analyzes Al-Attas's body of work to unveil his critique. The findings show that Al-Attas perceives secularization not just as a political process, but rather as a philosophical program that leads to the desacralization of nature and the despiritualization of man. The most damaging consequence in education is the "loss of adab," defined as the failure to acknowledge the hierarchy of reality and knowledge, resulting in epistemological and ethical chaos. To solve this, Al-Attas offers the project of the "Islamization of Contemporary Knowledge." Its objective is to re-embed knowledge within the Islamic worldview (ru’yat al-Isl?m li al-wuj?d), aspiring to cultivate the "Man of Adab" (al-ins?n al-adab?). This article concludes that Al-Attas's philosophy offers a strong theoretical framework to diagnose the crisis in education and to propose a restorative solution that is rooted in the Islamic intellectual tradition and consistent with the principles of perennial universalism. His perspective is pertinent to tackling the challenges of contemporary education, which lacks spiritual and ethical dimensions.
