No full textA lot plan for an addition to the Village of Swanton, Ohio created by H. B. Hoyh between December 21 and 22, 1891. The plat, owned by Sylvia L. Sanderson, Samuel W. Sly, and N. D. Berry, was accepted by the village council on February 1, 1892 and dedicated to public use. The plat is bordered by Dodge Street
