This map shows the permanent census tracts of Toledo, Ohio in 1937. The map was designed by the Toledo City Plan Commission and approved by the United States Census Bureau and the Toledo Council of Social Agencies. The solid black outlines designate the corporate limits of the city and the outlines of each census tract. Individual districts have color fill based on the number of juveniles, per thousand of the same population, who were charged with delinquency in 1935
