Factors Influencing Tax Declaration Decisions on Social Networks of Online Retailers in Vietnam
The growth of e-commerce and online retail in Vietnam, particularly on social networks, has presented challenges for the government’s tax authorities. Preventing tax loss through inspections can be difficult due to missing or incomplete taxpayer data from transaction processing servers. Explaining undeclared or incompletely declared revenue in online trading transactions on the server or the Internet can be challenging, especially for retail activities and service provision for businesses and individuals selling on social networking. In Vietnam, the Tax Management Law 2019 established the tax rates online retailers must pay. However, tax collection for social network retailers still depends on tax authorities encouraging them to self-declare their revenue. Current research and practice show that very few sellers on social networks participate in the self-declaration of revenue to pay taxes. Moreover, few studies focus on factors affecting the participation of online retailers in Vietnam in tax declaration and payment, especially those selling on social networks, and most lack a solid theoretical foundation. Through a review of related studies, this research has identified several factors that affect tax payment decisions for retailers on social networks in Vietnam. The study also provides several recommendations to promote and enhance retailers’ tax declaration and payment decisions on social networks in Vietnam

Depression Among Indian Students and Its Association with Perceived TMA Academic Environment, Living Arrangements and Personal Issues
The point of the ponder is to discover the level of discouragement among college understudies over sexual orientation, scholarly stream, semesters, recognition of family environment and relationship with guardians, scholarly execution, and family wage. In expansion, the think about analyzes the affiliation between students' seen college scholarly environment, living courses of action, individual issues, and sadness. Seven speculations were defined for confirmation. An add up to of 717 understudies were selected taking after the multistage cluster inspecting strategy, and information were collected by an extraordinarily planned organized survey, scholastic accomplishment record and a standardized College Understudies Misery Stock. Discoveries unveiled that 37.7%, 13.1%, and 2.4% of the understudies were enduring from direct, extreme, and amazingly serious misery. A critical contrast was found over semester, that's, semester II students detailed the next level of misery than semester III understudies. So distant as scholastic stream is concerned, understudies from humanities and social science were found to be enduring from more sadness compared to understudies from science and administration streams. The think about advance unveiled that the understudies who detailed positive sees almost the college scholarly environment and living courses of action had lower level of misery compared to their partners. Individual resilience's such as being able to sharing individual issues with others and doing customary work out were found to be related with positive mental wellbeing. The discoveries of the consider emphasize the require for quick mental wellbeing back administrations for approximately 15.6% of the understudies who were either enduring from serious or greatly extreme sadness at the Tashkent medical academ
A Novel RSS Fingerprint to Locate User Equipment UE in Remote Area
Location determination algorithms are widely used in cellular networks, especially in the long-term evolution (LTE) network, to enable the provision of location-based services (LBS). The increasing global demand for cellular networks has resulted in the creation of new user equipment (UE) positioning systems that align with the network's momentum. Regrettably, all of these technologies are hindered by their incapacity to ascertain the location of the UE in distant regions. This article introduces a novel method utilizing Radio Frequency (RF) fingerprinting to precisely locate UEs in remote areas. The approach entails employing a proposed partitioning model with a high level of precision, incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning AI/ML in its fundamental state to reduce the search area. Furthermore, two algorithms are suggested: The first aims to enhance the efficiency of the battery with limited capacity by decreasing the frequency of measurements transmission. The second utilizes Jaccard similarity and incorporates the prefix filtering technique to determine matches. The algorithm is used to speed up the process of matching the fingerprint recorded in the fingerprint database with the fingerprint captured in real time. The results shows that it can reduces the transmission rate by 77.08% and achieves the lowest error rate of 35.34 m. Additionally, it exhibits a response time of 8 seconds
Performance Evaluation of Recycled Asphalt Aggregate with Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) Latex
When it comes to highways and the building sector, aggregate is essential. In this study, recycled asphalt aggregate from wearing coarse asphalt pavement were used and designed it for binder coarse to boost the aggregate's strength. Bitumen, SBR latex, and asphalt mix aggregate are the primary components used in the study. Bitumen contents of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% of SBR latex were used. The Los Angles abrasion test, sieve analysis, absorption, vacuum-powered desiccator, centrifuge extract, and marshal stability test were the principal experiments conducted in this investigation. It has been determined through experimentation that Gmb begins to increase at 0 to 10% SBR before starting to decrease. Additionally, stability begins to increase between 0 and 10% SBR before declining between 10 and 15%. As the SBR % increases, the void ratio decreases. While normal aggregate flow value is less than recycled asphalt aggregate with SBR, flow value increases as SBR percentage increases. It was discovered that the optimum SBR is 10%, offering the highest level of flow and stability
Rapid and Efficient Method to Make Competent Bacterial Cells for Genetic Transformation
There is absence of natural occurrence of genetic transformation in many bacteria due to the negative charges of DNA and bacteria, hence the DNA must be forced into the bacterial cells. Escherichia coli is mainly the host of choice because of its simplistic genetic mechanism and readily available molecular biological tools to inexpensively cultivate it. After the bacterial cells are made competent, it is anticipated that they contain and express the gene of interest that is cloned in the plasmid they take up during transformation. The Polymerase Chain Reaction method is then used to determine the presence of the gene and identify the band size, thereof. This paper will tabulate the step-by-step protocol of making competent E. coli cells strain K12 using calcium chloride solution and the heat-shock method and outline the procedure to confirm the positive transformants.
Education of the Affective Ideal in Contexts of Cultural Diversity: BIBLIOMETRIC and Thematic Analysis (2006-2021)
Emotional education has grown exponentially in the last decade, although outlining an emotional regulation from parameters of majority cultural groups that leaves aside the socialization of emotion from an affective ideal- or the expected behaviour on the emotional plane that considers cultural differences and education minority group family members. This study is to analyse research about the affective ideal in contexts of cultural diversity to contribute to it understanding in education, through a review of documents published in the Web of Sciences, Scopus, and APA PsycNet databases, in the diachronic period 2006-2021. The need for an emotional education that recognizes the affective ideal of the cultures shared in a territory is discussed. It is concluded that there is an incipient investigation of cultural mediatization on the affective ideal in contexts of sociocultural diversity, and little research in the educational plane. This should be preferred in Latin America, marked by models of monocultural emotional education models, which in culturally diverse educational settings, translates into discrimination and racism
