Navigating Educational Pathways for Sustainable Development: A Comparative Analysis of ALECSO and UNESCO in The Arab Region
This comparative analysis delves into the educational strategies for sustainable development as employed by ALECSO and UNESCO within the Arab region. The study utilizes a mixed methods approach to dissect and compare the educational policies, strategies, and initiatives implemented by these two prominent organizations. Central to this examination is the contrast between ALECSO’s region-specific strategies, which are intricately designed to resonate with the cultural, political, and social fabric of the Arab world, and UNESCO’s more globally oriented approach, which is characterized by its adherence to international standards and norms. Strategic Management Methodology to Improve Sustainability in Companies Real Estate Housing Medians in Lima
In order to develop a strategic management technique to improve sustainability in medium-sized companies housing real estate agencies, the following investigation was carried out in the city of Lima. Both a qualitative and quantitative research approach was used to conduct the study. The sample was made up of 80 senior company managers real estate. In this way, the present study made it possible to elucidate characteristics in its current situation with respect to finance, commerce and marketing of the management business of real estate SMEs in Lima and when analyzing the results it was possible note that almost all companies in different areas of the economic sector use similar strategies, which means that the application of a strategy will have a high probability of being successful binding on any other SME real estate company . In the same order of ideas, it is specified that the proposed strategic management model was addressed at the financial, operations, commercial and marketing levels. Likewise, it is highlighted that it was developed in the stage’s transversal studies of preliminary studies, design, construction and deployment, and post-sale, which without a doubt allows a comprehensive approach adapted to the needs observed in companies addressed to ensure their sustainability
Synthesis and Characterization of Polymer Based Materials for Biomedical Applications
This study summarizes the many biomedical and biomechanical applications of polymer-based materials. The use of polymer-based materials in medical implants and equipment allows for the restoration or enhancement of function of damaged or disconnected tissues or organs, thereby benefiting patients. Appropriateness to the body is the most important factor to consider while choosing the biomaterial. For materials made of polymers to be useful over the long haul, they need to meet certain criteria. A Systematic Review on Effect of Scoparia Dulcis on Alterations in Antioxidant Status, Oxidative Damage in Diabetes and Other Pharmacological Activities
Oxidative stress is implicated in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications. Diabetes mellitus is presently a burden not only on the individuals affected by the disease but also on society, particularly the national health system of all the countries. The war against diabetes through the development of new drugs is an ongoing continuous process. Despite many advances in the development of oral hypoglycemic agents, an ideal drug for treating diabetes mellitus is still a distant reality. As pointed out by World Health Organisation (WHO), prevention of diabetes and its complications is not only a major challenge for the future, but essential if health for all is to be attainable target. WHO study groups emphasize strongly in this regard the optimal, rational uses of traditional and natural indigenous medicine. The study of such medicinal plants might offer a natural key to unlock diabetologists pharmacy for the future. Indian traditional medicines have a long history to treat diabetic mellitus (DM) by the herbs and herbal extracts. Scoparia dulcis, also known as sweet broom weed, is a perennial herb which is commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. In these regions, the fresh or dried plant has traditionally been used as one of remedies for diabetes and various diseases. The plant is abundantly found in many countries and can be easily grown and cultivated, should there be a need for mass production. The whole plant is used for ailments like diarrhea, stomach-ache, kidney stones, kidney problems, and fever. S. dulcis is a rich source of flavones, terpenes and steroids S. dulcis is one of the traditional antidiabetic herbs. There were so many research work done on its antidiabetic properties. S. dulcis has been used by human for centuries as a medicinal herb. S. dulcis has also been shown to exhibit analgesic, antimalarial, hepatoprotective, sedative, hypnotic, antiulcer, antisickling, and antimicrobial activities. Given this evidence, it may be concluded that S. dulcis could be promoted among the masses as an alternative and complementary therapy for diabetes, provided further scientific studies on the toxicological and pharmacological aspects are carried out through either in vivo or clinical means

Many studies have found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment play vital role in the growth and development of an organization. Any organization is not be able to attain the competitive level of excellence, from the product point of view or from the customer point of view, without taking into consideration the satisfaction level of its employees. In this study, effect of gender on both the attitudes of a person – job satisfaction and organizational commitment has been investigated. The responses of employees from manufacturing sectors have been collected and analysed to get the result. Fuzzy Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Model Through Fractional Backorder
This paper has analyzed fuzzy EOQ model through fractional back order for inventory system. Here, under function principle, fuzzy entire behavior cost of the model is calculated. The ideal EOQ is derived through median rule. This approach can be very helpful when the precise data of Fuzzy variables is unavailable. In this paper for recommended fuzzy EOQ model, the ideal resolution for the proposed fuzzy EOQ model is slightly greater than the economic order quantity (EOQ) in crisp value because of the scarcity of data. A Coherent Approach of Indexing Methods to Assess the Water Quality of River Bodies in Arrah, Bihar, India
Different river bodies are diverse sustaining systems that provide freshwater to rapidly growing needs at the domestic, agricultural and industrial levels of the people of India. The river bodies need periodical examination for conservation and rejuvenation because they are currently under stress due to pollution and climate change. Arrah is a district of Bihar, India and occupies an area of 2395 km2 for agriculture as the predominant activity. It is an attempt to assess the water quality of River Ganga, Sone and Gangi in this area by combining the overall pollution index (OPI), comprehensive pollution index (CPI) and water quality index (WQI) from November 2021 to October 2023 from 648 water samples and nine sampling sites to establish a relationship between any change in water quality and their sources. We assessed eleven water quality parameters following standard methods for winter, summer and monsoon seasons. Observations showed that dissolved oxygen, total alkalinity, fluoride and rarely biochemical oxygen demand exceeded Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS 2012) prescribed limits and indicated deterioration in the water quality of these river bodies. Two-way ANOVA suggested that the water quality parameters of these river bodies showed significant differences (p<0.05). We used Numerical equations to transform the concentration values into pollution indices. Values of OPI (1.70 to 2.40) and CPI (0.65 to 0.90) indicate acceptable/ slightly polluted/moderately polluted water in these rivers. Values of WQI of these river bodies ranged from 182.0-192.1, 220.1-242.2 and 190.7-238.9 during winter, summer and monsoon seasons, indicating poor/very-poor water quality. The observation shows that the causes of the declining water quality in these water bodies are anthropogenic activity, agricultural waste runoff and entry of untreated sewage. To reduce the time-consuming and expensive water quality monitoring and assessment programmes for these river bodies, the water quality of these water bodies felt the need to adopt proper management policies and conservation efforts
A Cloud-Based Platform for Leaf Disease Segmentation and Classification using Hybrid Deep Learning Model
This paper presents a cloud-based hybrid deep learning method for classifying leaf diseases. At first, sensors aid in detecting soil factors such as moisture content, pH level, air temperature, and humidity. The hybrid Recurrent Layer based Deep Convolutional Neural Network (RLDCNN) approach consists of five distinct stages: preprocessing, segmentation, handcrafted feature extraction, feature selection, and classification. The preprocessing of image involves removal of noise using Averaged Double Plateau Histogram Equalisation (ADPHE). Afterwards, the specific part of the image that is impacted is divided into segments using an improved Wavelet transform. After the process of segmentation, the GLCM (Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix) is used to extract features. The hybrid Fire Hawk with Egret Swarm Optimisation (FHESO) algorithm is a very efficient approach for feature selection, significantly lowering the dimensionality of features. The detection of apple, banana mango and groundnut leaf disease are accomplished via the use of a Recurrent Layer based Deep Convolutional Neural Network (RLDCNN), which is trained using the Deer Hunting Algorithm (DHA) that has been created. The suggested concept is implemented inside a cloud-based collaborative framework to provide immediate assistance to farmers. The experimental findings exhibit favourable outcomes, demonstrating a high level of accuracy, precision, a low rate of loss, recall, and F-score. The RLDCNN network method outperforms previous parameters, obtaining an accuracy of 98.51% according to comparative research
"Outcomes And Progression: A Study on Neonatal Thrombocytopenia Including Immediate and Short-Term Follow-Up Observations"
Neonatal thrombocytopenia is a common hematological abnormality in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). A study was conducted to estimate the frequency, etiological characteristics and predisposing factors of thrombocytopenia in the NICU. In the study, it was determined that the prevalence of thrombocytopenia was 39% and the prevalence of severe thrombocytopenia was 11%. The most common cause is sepsis, and maternal peripartum bleeding is associated with neonatal thrombocytopenia. Neonatal factors associated with thrombocytopenia include age at presentation, sepsis, DIC, NEC, candiduria, and assisted breathing. Gestational age, IUGR, and perinatal asphyxia were not associated with neonatal thrombocytopenia. Transfusion was not associated with thrombocytopenia, probably due to the use of fresh blood. Signs and symptoms associated with thrombocytopenia include bleeding, purpura, and delayed capillary refill. Neonatal thrombocytopenia requires a longer hospital stay and the need for supplemental oxygen and intravenous fluids. Severe thrombocytopenic newborns have a higher mortality rate than non-thrombocytopenic newborns. Low platelet count is a risk factor for adverse outcomes, and whole blood transfusion has been shown to be an effective alternative to platelet transfusion in the treatment of severe neonatal thrombocytopenia
A Click-Chemistry Approach to New, Potentially Substituted Chemical Structure, Synthesis, And In Vitro Antimicrobial, Cytotoxic, And Antifungal Activity of Novel Chromene Derivatives
A group of chromene derivatives, labeled as 4a-c, were produced by a three-step process using sodium carbonate as a catalyst. The experiment used a solvent mixture consisting of 96% ethanol and water, with a volume ratio of 1:5. A successful reaction between the corresponding hydroxyl chromenes derivatives and propargyl bromide resulted in the propargyl ether compounds 5a-c, which are derived from chromene-3-carbonitriles. 4H-chromene-chlorophenyl conjugates 7a-c were produced by 1H-1,2,3-triazole-tethered click chemistry with propargyl ethers 5a-c and 1-azido-2-chlorobenzene. Copper ions were the most effective catalysts for these chemical reactions. The yields of 1H-1,2,3-triazole varied between 75% and 80%. The antimicrobial activity of all three triazoles (a-c) was studied in vitro. In the study conducted by MCC in 2010, four compounds were found to be effective against B. subtilis, four against S. aureus, four against P. aeruginosa, and five against E. coli
