    Comparative Study and Quantitative Analysis of Stachydrine in Alfalfa Mother Tincture Prepared from Different Homoeopathic Pharmaceutical Companies

    Background: Stachydrine has been identified as the major alkaloid in alfalfa and it is positively correlated with protein contents. More stachydrine was present in leaves than in the stems of plants. Alkaloid was ascertained by using Mayer’s reagent and Isatin reagent. Uv-vis spectrophotometer is an apparatus used to encounter specific absorbance such Alkaloids, Phenols, etc. in the given samples quartz cuvette is utilized for the sample scrutiny. Aim: To compare Stachydrine content in Alfalfa mother tincture prepared from different Homoeopathic Pharmaceutical Companies. Methods: 1ml of Alfalfa mother tincture from various homoeopathic pharmaceutical companies were amalgamated with 1ml of Mayer’s reagent in different test tubes as A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H. Stachydrine absorbance value was confiscated in Uv-vis spectrophotometer at 264nm. Results: Following Results had been ascertained after passing all the samples at 264nm in Uv-vis spectrophotometer. Sample A: ADEL Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.456 Sample B: BJAIN PHARMA Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.557 Sample C: LORD’S Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.668 Sample D: MEDISYNTH Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.763 Sample E: SBL Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.498 Sample F: Dr. RECKEWEG Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.335 Sample G: SIMILIA Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.615 Sample H: WILLMAR SCHWABE Alfalfa mother tincture sample: 3.526 Conclusion: Stachydrine absorbance was quantified by using Uv-vis spectrophotometer at264nm. The results gained from study had flaunted that sample D has highest amount of Stachydrine

The topologies considered are fed with the switch patterns from the non-carrier angle manipulated formula. The switching angle algorithm identifies on which particular angle the signal has to be generated. Descriptive analysis is the method applied in this study. The speech of the teachers at Putra KailiPermataBangsa Primary School is the data processed. Teachers at Putra KailiPermataBangsa Primary School provided the data for this study. The observation method is the one used to collect the data. Research data analysis is done using the Miles Huberman model. According to the study, teachers and pupils at Unggulan Putra KailiPermataBangsa Elementary School used standard Indonesian and switched between several dialects when speaking. In a country without fixed and implanted national health care insurance program, like KSA, it is a challenge to modify the weak existed program to a big project of national health care insurance program. This inclusion despite making high beneficial for health care of the human but making high challenge for health care management and could affect the Management Efficiency which was almost affected by different variables like Management Staff Satisfaction. Facilities Availability, Management Cost Reduction and Patient Safety Improvement Plan Healthcare providers had to have compensatory shift that healthcare administrator had to provide after healthcare insurance changes. This study will benefits hospital management practises on operational efficiency results, using well-established theories of organisational management and healthcare economics. Furthermore, the research investigates the degree to which the existence of health care insurance coverage acts as a mediator in this association. The presence of health care insurance plays a pivotal role in shaping patients' ability to get medical services and has the potential to influence the efficacy of hospital management approaches.     A Proposed Model for Applying Total Quality Management in Vocational and Technical Training Institutes

    The study proposes a model for management development in the vocational and technical training institutes of the Vocational Training Corporation in Jordan from the perspective of total quality management. The descriptive survey approach and the qualitative approach were used to develop the proposed model of total quality management. The study population consisted of all administrators, teachers, and trainers of the vocational and technical training institutes. The study sample was chosen randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire to collect data after reviewing the theoretical literature and previous studies. The findings revealed that the degree of applying total quality management standards in vocational and technical training institutes was medium. Also, a proposed model for total quality management standards in vocational and technical training institutes was developed. In addition, there were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in applying total quality management standards in the vocational and technical training institutes due to the variables of gender, job title, academic qualification, years of experience, and region. In light of these findings, the researchers recommended activating the standards of total quality management within the proposed model and starting to apply them actually in vocational and technical training institutes. This could be achieved by developing the values and trends within these institutes to assist in building a solid organizational culture for the standards of total quality management

    Currently, Geographic information systems (GIS) are the most significant mapping and modelling tool for groundwater analysis.The determination of the groundwater level of In a few years, the availability of groundwater will be a problem in Kati Village, Gondia District, Maharashtra, India, a case study Wainganga River watershed area pre-monsoon and post-monsoon analysis.The monsoon rains in Gondia District are concentrated in the four months of June to September, with 90.81% rainfall, 1.86% post-monsoon, 4.83% pre-monsoon, and 2.48% winter. The annual rainfall distribution in Gondia is very irregular. The main river is Wainganga, and the tributaries are Bagh.The water has a neutral to alkaline pH range of 6.6 to 8.92 and a high TDS range of 140 to 2184 ppm. The suitability of the groundwater level must be established before using GIS interpolation model techniques to evaluate it. Groundwater level monitoring, hydrology, and other fields increasingly make use of geospatial techniques for Geographic information systems (GIS). Using this method of groundwater level monitoring to gather information on water level potential position conditions in the study area is crucial for effective analysis, prediction, and validation. The result is reached through statistically significant analysis of physicochemical parameters and groundwater modelling using GIS. This study's objective is to use GIS techniques to analyse groundwater modelling in the Wainganga River Gondia District.The information can be used in the future for studies on area management, resource conservation, and restoration

    Is the Textbook Enslaving or Empowering Teachers? Insights from an Algerian Perspective

    Given that studies on how teachers use teaching materials in second and foreign-language classroom contexts are scarce, this exploratory study seeks to contribute to an under-researched area of material use by exploring teachers’ interpretation of their English textbooks and the rationale behind it. More specifically, the paper reports the findings of a small-scale study involving three secondary school teachers in Algeria who use the same textbook materials. Using a qualitative case-study design, classroom observations were undertaken and semi-structured interviews were conducted with the participant teachers to explore how they use the textbook materials and why. The findings revealed that although teachers were restricted by a standard-based textbook, their flexible and creative use of the same materials was molded by their own beliefs, knowledge and analysis of learners’ profiles which all accumulated to determine how they enacted the textbook in the classroom. the paper also put forward several recommendations for different stakeholders (teachers, teacher trainers, textbook designers, and decision-makers)
