It is very important to know the psychology of the consumers in the dynamic environment. Ever changing buying behaviour of the consumers in the digitalized world should be understood properly to make the business sustainable. In this research, we sought to analyze how digital marketing and social media influences the purchase decision of consumers
Screens, Streams, and Stress: A Qualitative Study on How Distance Learning Students Cope with Information Overload
Extensive research has been conducted in the field of information overload, but little attention has been paid to the experiences of distant learners. This research aims to fill that void by delving into the challenges that distance learning students face in online educational environments. The study addresses the following key issues: How are these students dealing with information overload? What effect does this overload have on their stress and anxiety levels? And, perhaps most importantly, what coping strategies do they employ? Data was gathered through interviews with six distance learners using a general qualitative research methodology. Thematic analysis revealed that these students' information overload stemmed from a variety of sources: excessive course materials, constant notifications, live sessions, and technological challenges, among others. This overload, in turn, manifested as feelings of being overwhelmed, the fear of missing out, digital fatigue, and pressure to perform. However, the study also uncovered resilient coping strategies. Distance learners managed information overload through effective time management, strategic information filtering, mindful digital consumption, active learning techniques, and self-care practices. These findings offer useful insights not only for improving online learning delivery but also for guiding other potential online learners through the challenges of digital education

The Development of Digital Da'wah at The Indonesian Ulema Council of South Sulawesi Province
Digital da'wah is a response to the dynamics of technological development in the lives of Muslim communities. The proselytizers are transforming and adapting from the phenomenon of conventional da'wah to digital da'wah. This research aimed to reveal the response of the Indonesian Ulema Council (IUC) of South Sulawesi Province to the development of digital da'wah construction amidst changes in the transformation of da'wah with its various dynamics and problems. This qualitative research was conducted at the IUC of South Sulawesi Province located in Makassar. The approach in this research was interdisciplinary by looking at the phenomenon of society and proselytizers conveying their da'wah via digital. The data source was obtained from the IUC of South Sulawesi Province website at https://muisulsel.or.id/ and the researcher conducted interviews with core administrators such as the general chairman, secretary general, commission for da'wah and Islamic community development, and communications and informatics commission at the IUC of South Sulawesi Province. The finding of this research revealed that the IUC of South Sulawesi Province has innovated in responding to technology through digital da'wah. The progress of digital da'wah allowed the IUC of South Sulawesi Province to explain Islamic messages to individual believers and groups so that they reminded each other and connected in accessing digital da'wah. The digital da'wah phenomenon at IUC of South Sulawesi Province referred to the use of digital technology and online platforms to spread religious messages and Islamic da'wah. The IUC of South Sulawesi Province was developing digital da'wah. The digital da'wah developed by the IUC of South Sulawesi Province consisted of six forms, including social media, podcasts and streaming video, da'wah communication websites, live streaming, social campaigns and activism, as well as e-books and digital publications. The idea of developing digital da'wah carried out by the IUC of South Sulawesi Province raised the hope that the proselytizers would be able to reach all groups in spreading divine and prophetic messages. The perfection of digital da'wah also needed to be developed as ideally as possible, such as by adding aspects of Islamic media applications, da'wah applications, and online Islamic learning platforms.
The Role of Chilean Trade Unions in Enhancing Employee Mental Well-Being: A Systematic Literature Review
This systematic literature review aimed to explore, identify and synthesise the relationship between trade unions and employees’ well-being. The academic databases Web of Sciences, PsychInfo, Scopus and SciELO were systematically searched from their inception until August 2022. The systematic review followed the, PRISMA-P protocol, and was registered in PROSPERO (ID= CRD42022374339). Eighteen articles were the results of the systematic search. Nevertheless, none of them met the inclusion criteria. An interesting twist occurred when the excluded articles were analyzed, given that it was possible to show the topics of interest in which scholars publish in this area
A Social-Welfare based OPF for Integrated Power System with Unified Power Flow Controller
In the present transmission systems, it has become mandatory to utilize the available resources and also to substitute it with the renewable energy sources at the earliest. The optimal utilization of the resources provides an added advantage of reduction of its cost to the end consumers of electrical energy. In this paper, a multi- objective optimal power flow (OPF) in the existence of FACTS devices has been proposed for an integrated transmission system. The uniqueness of this paper is the choice of the multi-objective function. The objective function includes minimization of voltage deviation, power loss and negative social welfare (NSW). The reduction of loss and NSW ensures the reduction of per-unit charge of electricity at the customer-end leading to a greater customer satisfaction. The FACTS device used for the problem is Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC). The hypothesis has been applied on an IEEE 30 bus system. The Mouth Flame Optimization Algorithm has been used for the optimization of objective function. The results obtained have been presented, compared and analysed in detail
Crow Way: An Optimization Technique for generating the Weight and Bias in Deep CNN
Fine-tuning Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) weights and biases are essential for solving difficult machine learning problems. We provide a hybrid optimizations strategy that combines the benefits of Crowd Search (CSA) and Brainstorm Optimization (BSO). CSA-BSO optimizes CNNs. CSA-BSO optimizes CNN weights. Our fitness measures determine each crow's location and speed throughout the CSA phase. The BSO phase mixes optimal replies with random ones to create new solutions. The best new ideas move on. After a certain number of iterations, we alternate between the CSA and BSO phases and pick the best solution as the CNN's final state. We design and test the CSA-BSO approach on many CNN architectures and datasets. Experimentally, the hybrid algorithm outperforms CSA and BSO in convergence time and solution quality. CSA and BSO collaborate to efficiently employ feasible regions and investigate a bigger search field, boosting optimizations. Stable and adaptable, CSA-BSO supports many CNN architectures and data formats. This study's main contribution is the CSA-BSO, a unique hybrid optimizations approach for convolutional neural network weight and bias optimizations. It beats CSA and BSO. The recommended strategy improves CNN picture classification, object recognition, and NLP
