Analysis of Working Capital Efficiency and BOPO in Improving ROE and ROA at Bank Syariah Indonesia for the Period 2021–2023
No full textThe importance of efficient working capital management and operational cost control to improve the financial performance of banking companies. Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA) are the main indicators in assessing a bank's profitability, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect it, especially working capital efficiency and the ratio of BOPO (Operating Costs to Operating Income). The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of working capital efficiency of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) during the 2020–2023 period, examine its effect on ROA and ROE, and assess the impact of consolidation on working capital efficiency and profitability of BSI. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verifiable approach. The data used is secondary data from Bank Syariah Indonesia's annual financial statements for the 2021–2023 period. The data collection technique is carried out through documentation, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that there was no significant effect of working capital efficiency on ROE and ROA, as well as BOPO there was no significant influence on ROE and ROA. The contribution of this research is to provide strategic input for bank management to improve financial performance through working capital optimization and operational cost efficiency. In addition, this research can also be a reference for investors in assessing the financial health of banks

This research uses a type of qualitative research with the approach method used by researchers is a library study approach (Library Research). Data collection uses literature studies such as books, scientific journals and written reports related to Islamic insurance and economic growth. The results of this study indicate that there are various definitions of Islamic insurance and Islamic insurance plays an important role for human benefit and strengthens economic growth. Islamic insurance also plays an important role in maintaining the five elements that are the foundation of human welfare, namely protecting religion, soul, mind, offspring and property or known as (Maqashid Syariah). Islamic insurance plays an important role in increasing investment, improving the community's economy, as a source of development financing, and can sharing financial risks caused by unexpected events or disaster

Village infrastructure development is an important effort in improving the welfare of rural communities. Adequate infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, and access to clean water, plays an important role in supporting economic, social, and cultural activities in villages. The purpose of this writing is to find out how the evaluation of village infrastructure development as an effort to improve governance (Case Study in Talang Bulang Village, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang, Ilir Regency). In this research, the author uses a qualitative research method by looking directly at the phenomena that are currently occurring and developing in the environmental situation. Qualitative research methods are a type of approach used to describe, investigate, and understand problems that many individuals or groups of people believe are related to social or personal problems. Then the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. This study focuses on the evaluation of village infrastructure development as an effort to improve governance in Talang Bulang Village, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang, Ilir Regency, using four main indicators: context evaluation, input evaluation, procces evaluation, and product evaluation which is the theoretical model of Daniel L. Stuflebeam. Based on the results of the analysis and findings carried out in the evaluation of village infrastructure development as an effort to improve government governance in Talang Bulang Village has been running well starting from planning, development, participation, and community involvement in village infrastructure development. Because it has been explained in Law Number 06 of 2014 concerning villages that must involve the community in terms of development and planning because the people who know the conditions of the region are the people themselves
STARTING CONDITION DALAM COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA KABUPATEN BUTON
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze how Starting Condition in collaborative governance of tourism village development in Buton Regency. This study uses Qualitative methods, Data analysis techniques by preparing data and organizing data, reducing data and presenting data. This study uses the theory of Ansel and Gash which divides starting conditions in collaborative governance into Power Resource Knowledge Asymmetries, Incentives for and Constraints on Participation, and Prehistory of Cooperation or Conflict (initial trust level). The results of the study show that: Power Resource Knowledge between stakeholders is a problem that is often found in collaborative governance. This imbalance can lead to the dominance of stronger actors, which affects not only the decision-making process but also the results of collaboration. Likewise, Incentives for participation optimal participation is often hampered by imbalances of power, imbalances of knowledge, limited resources, and complicated bureaucratic processes. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of collaborative governance, it is important to overcome these constraints, such as increasing the capacity of community knowledge, improving access to resources, and simplifying bureaucratic procedures, so that all actors can participate more actively in managing tourism villages. In addition, the fear of conflict that when stakeholders are interdependent, high levels of conflict can provide great benefits for collaborative governance. Policy deadlock can actually provide a strong impetus for collaborative governance, therefore high conflict is not always a barrier to collaboration. In many literatures it is explained that stakeholders see that they cannot achieve the desired goals without engaging in the collaboration process even though there are conflicting interests from other stakeholders

This study aims to analyze the role of the Chief of Village in resolving agraria conflicts, in this case land disputes in Sera Tengah Village, Bluto District. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using interviews and participatory observation. The results of this study are that the role of the Chief of Village is very significant in resolving agraria conflicts in Sera Tengah Village. The role of the Chief of Village, which is his responsibility, can resolve agraria conflicts without continuing to the court process. The resolution mechanism is in the form of Complaints to the Chief of Village or village apparatus, problem analysis, data/evidence analysis, mediation and ends with the decision process issued by the chief of village with the disputing parties witnessed directly by the Sera Tengah Village Apparatus

The method used in this study is aquantitative method with a correlational type. The subjects inthis study amounted to 151 men and women aged 18-25 yearswho were in a courtship/commitment relationship with theopposite sex for at least 6 months and had experiencedcommunication conflicts in their relationships. In this study,data collection used the original scale that had been translate.Measurements for forgiveness variables use TRIM-18(Transregression-Related Interpersonal Motivation),commitment variables using measuring tools made by Rusbult,and agreeableness variables using the Big Five Inventory (BFI)scale. The data analysis use to see the relationship betweenvariables in this study was the Spearman Rank correlation testand multiple linear regression assisted using the SPSS(Statistical Packages for Social Science) version 25 for windowprogram. The research method used is the literature studymethod. Literature searches are carried out by accessingelectronic databases online from Pubmed, Google Scholar,science direct, and other reading sources. for the selection ofjournals the author tries to classify based on the last 10 years,and the suitability of the information needed. So that the totalliterature that the author uses is 8 scientific literature consistingof books and journals. Based on the results of 8 literatureobtained information about the definition of prejudice, thesource of prejudice and how to reduce prejudice. It can beconcluded that prejudice is part of the affective or emotionalcomponent that forms a negative attitude or form of Intergrouprelations. Get PDFRandom examination of uric acid levels in the people of Jayalaksana Village, Branchbungin District, Bekasi Regency, West Java aims to educate the public about Nutrition Education as an early detection of emerging diseases. The more people who know about uric acid levels, it is hoped that it can change the behavior of people's food intake and nutrition. So that disease prevention can be reduced, especially in people who have high risk factors. The educational method is carried out by counseling on nutrition and health checks on February 25, 2023 with community subjects, both men and women. The medical examination carried out is to measure the level of blood sugar levels. Based on the activities carried out, the results obtained were 25 respondents. A total of 15 were female and 10 were male. Found in residents who are female as much as 60% and male as much as 55% on blood sugar levels. So it can be concluded that through nutrition counseling and examination of uric acid levels the community can find out the blood sugar level which is used as a reference to regulate healthy and nutritious food intake patterns to reduce the risk of disease

No full textThis study aims to examine the influence of the Role of APIP and the Competence of Local Government Apparatus on the implementation of Performance Accountability of Local Government Agencies in Garut Regency. A total of 67 respondents were involved in this study. Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that the Role of Internal Government Supervisory Apparatus and the Competence possessed by Local Government Apparatus can improve the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies in Garut Regency. The existence of good accessibility also plays an important role in improving performance accountability in Garut Regency.
Key word: Accountability Performance, Local Government, Internal Supervision, Performance, CompetencePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Peran APIP dan Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah terhadap penerapan Akuntanbilitas kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Garut. Sebanyak 67 responden terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Aparat Pengawasan Intern Pemerintah dan Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah dapat meningkatkan Akuntanbilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah di Kabupaten Garut. Adanya aksesibilitas yang baik juga berperan penting dalam peningkatan akuntabilitas kinerja di Kabupaten Garut.

Sentiment Analysis of Mobile Banking Reviews Using Machine Learning Models
No full textWith the increasing use of mobile banking applications in Indonesia, understanding user reviews and feedback has become increasingly important for banks to enhance the services and performance of the applications they offer. This research aims to analyze user sentiment towards the mobile banking applications BCA, BNI, Brimo, and Byond by BSI, and to compare the effectiveness of the Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Naive Bayes, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms. The data used consists of user reviews obtained from Google Play Store through web scraping techniques, with 4,000 samples of reviews divided into training data (80%) and testing data (20%). The pre-processing process is conducted to prepare the data, which includes stopword removal and tokenization, using the Bag of Words (BoW) method.Based on the labeling results that can be seen in the visualization stage, it is known that the Byond by BSI Mobile application has a positive sentiment with 540 more reviews and a negative sentiment with 528 fewer reviews compared to other mobile banking applications. In the form of a comparative matrix graph, the Random Forest algorithm has a higher accuracy value of 0.58 for the BCA application and 0.74 for the Brimo application, while Naive Bayes has an accuracy value of 0.71, which is greater for the BNI mobile banking application, and Support Vector Machine has an accuracy value of 0.74, which is higher for the Byond by BSI mobile banking application. From the explanations above, it means that the Random Forest algorithm is capable of classifying efficiently and effectively compared to the other three algorithms. With the results of this research, it is hoped to provide important insights for mobile banking application developers to improve service quality based on user feedback, as well as to recommend the use of Random Forest for more accurate and reliable sentiment analysis
