    Generation Z (Gen Z), born between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, has unique characteristics when making political choices. In the context of local elections, their selection is often influenced by two main factors: candidate popularity and track record. This paper aims to analyze how these two factors affect the political preferences of Gen Z in Indonesia. Data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews with respondents who fall into the Gen Z category. The results show that while popularity plays an important role, track record remains a crucial factor in Gen Z's political decision-making

    This study aims to identify the internal and external environment, determine the company's position, and determine alternatives and priorities of business development strategy. The research method used in this research is a case study method with a descriptive approach. The data analysis used is the analysis of IFE and EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM matrix. The results of research based on the IFE matrix have the greatest strengths, namely strategic business locations and good internal quality control and have weaknesses in the absence of grading, the absence of brand labels on packaging, the lack of human resources and the promotion carried out is not optimal. In the EFE matrix, the biggest opportunity for demand for hydroponic vegetables is to continue to increase, the support of input suppliers for the business being run and good relations between companies and distributors and threats, namely pest or disease attacks and consumer demand for unstable products. Then the IFE and EFE matrices are combined in the IE matrix which shows that Dhieffie Farm Hydroponics is in cell I. In this position the right strategy is a strategy to grow and develop. The preparation of alternative strategies is carried out using the SWOT matrix.     This research employs a bibliometric method to explore digital bureaucracy and data security in Indonesia during the period from 2023 to 2024. Through an analysis of indexed articles related to digital bureaucracy and data security, it is evident that digital transformation in bureaucracy has become a crucial part of enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of government in Indonesia. The digitalization of public services, the implementation of e-government, and the application of the smart city concept have enabled greater transparency and accessibility for the public. This study aims to examine the development of digital bureaucracy in Indonesia and the challenges faced in terms of data security. The findings indicate a significant increase in the adoption of digital technology within Indonesia’s bureaucracy, as reflected in the digital society index and international e-government rankings. However, major challenges persist in the area of data security, with numerous incidents of information leaks occurring in the government sector. Cyberattacks, weak data protection regulations, and low awareness of information security are key obstacles in optimizing bureaucratic digitalization. Therefore, strategic actions are required, such as regulatory improvements, enhancement of cybersecurity infrastructure, and increased digital literacy for civil servants and the general public to ensure a more secure and reliable digital bureaucracy system. This research is expected to provide insights for the government and stakeholders in formulating more effective data security policies and strategies in the era of digitalization

    This research aims to explore the effectiveness of Komnas HAM's Online Reporting Website in providing digital public services that are inclusive, responsive, and in line with the principles of human rights protection. To achieve these objectives, this research refers to the theory of Digital Public Services by referring to the four-stage model of digital services from the United Nations (Emerging, Enhanced, Transactional, Connected). The method used is descriptive qualitative through documentation analysis, non-participatory observation of the website, and literature review. The results show that Komnas HAM's online reporting system has reached the Transactional stage, which is characterized by ease of access and the provision of an online complaint form that can be filled in directly by the public. However, the system still faces several challenges, including inter-agency integration, whistleblower data protection, limited user education, and reliance on manual processes in following up reports. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening technology, improving digital literacy, protecting privacy, and adopting artificial intelligence and system integration to optimize digital-based complaint services as a means of fair and participatory human rights protection

    This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude training on increasing subjective well-being on workers. The subject of this study were workers at PT. Sinergi Mandiri Selaras. The design of this study was a non randomized prestest-posttest control group design and an experimental group of 10 people respectively. The experimental group was given a one-day thankful training using games, group discussion, reflection, brainstorming, self-reflection by playing music, film surgery, and filling out worksheets. Research data collection methods are subjective well-being scale. The results of quantitative analysis with independent sample t-test in the experimental group and the control group after treatment obtained t = 3.396, p = 0.003 (p<0.05), so Ho is rejected, which means there are significant subjective well-being differences between the experimental group and the control group after being given treatment. The results of quantitative analysis with paired t-test before and after being given the thanksgiving training treatment in the experimental group, obtained the value of t = -4.657 (t> 1.833) and p = 0.001 (p <0.05) which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there are significant differences between before and after gratitude training in the experimental group. So it can be concluded that gratitude training can improve subjective well-being on workers at PT. Sinergi Mandiri Selaras

    EXPRESSIVE WRITING THERAPY UNTUK MENGATASI KECEMASAN PADA REMAJA KORBAN BULLYING: LITERATURE REVIEW

    Indonesia is one of the countries with the fifth highest cases of bullying out of 78 countries, especially in the school environment. The impact of bullying behavior cannot be taken lightly, because it can have long-term effects such as trauma, depression, anxiety, etc. Based on previous research, expressive writing therapy can be one of the interventions that can reduce anxiety with a simple method. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy to reduce anxiety in adolescent victims of bullying. The research method used is literature review. Literature searches were taken from the google scholar and sinta electronic databases. Journal selection criteria were classified based on the publication of the last five years and the suitability of the information needed. Based on this, 4 articles were selected which were used as review material. The results of the literature review show that expressive writing therapy can be an intervention strategy for adolescent victims of bullying. This method can help adolescents in expressing their feelings, deciphering their emotions, and understanding themselves. However, this method cannot be done without the support of the surrounding environment, so there needs to be assistance such as from family, education, and pre-professional parties

    Development of Canva Based E-Book “AKMULBAT” (Noble Morals with Friends) in PAI Learning for Grade VI

    This study aims to develop a Canva-based interactive e-book entitled “AKMULBAT” (Noble Morals with Friends) to improve the understanding of grade VI elementary school students about the importance of respecting differences of opinion in Islamic Religious Education. Differences of opinion in elementary schools are often a challenge, so educational efforts are needed that foster mutual respect and are in line with Islamic teachings. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method using the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The AKMULBAT interactive e-book integrates interactive elements such as video analysis, question and answer games, and evaluation so that it becomes an attractive learning media for students. The development process includes identifying the learning outcomes of Merdeka Curriculum, plotting, and creating content using Canva, Capcut, Runway, Heyzine, and Wordwall. The pilot test at SDN Gudangkopi I on March 12, 2025, with 12 grade VI students, involved expert validation from media experts and material experts, along with student feedback through a likert scale, which showed positive results. The results showed increased student motivation and improved understanding of appreciating differences. The interactivity of the e-book effectively engages students, in line with findings on interactive learning. The novelty lies in the innovative integration of various technologies to provide an accessible, engaging and effective learning resource, which can be accessed through laptops and projectors. The media is expected to encourage students creativity, in line with the evolving times

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani denganmenggunakan modifikasi permainan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 6 Tambun Utara diharapkandapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pendukung guru dalam memberikan mata pelajaran kebugaranjasmani. Penelitian menggunakan jenis pengembangan dengan ADDIE (Analysis, Design,Development, Implementation, Evaluation) teknik analisis data mix method dengan persentase.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMPN 6 Tambun Utara berjumlah 33 siswa.Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan adalah produk berupa 10 modifikasi permainan yangmengandung unsur kebugaran jasmani yang dikemas dalam video. Hasil validasi ahli kebugaranjasmani, ahli permainan, dan ahli pembelajaran mendapat persentase sebesar 95% dan termasukpada klasifikasi “Layak”. Sedangkan hasil penyebaran angket pada siswa mendapatkan persentasesebesar 85% dengan respon siswa sangat senang dan antusias saat mengikuti pembelajarankebugaran jasmani dengan modifikasi permainan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani pada siswa kelas VII,sangat layak untuk diterapkan dalam pembelajaran

    Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dalampelaksanaannya terdiri dari dua siklus.Setiap siklus dilaksanakan 4 kali pertemuan dan terdiridari empat tahapan yaitu : perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitianini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP 1 CIBITUNG Tahun 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 15 siswa,terdiri semua siswa laki-laki . Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah unjukkerja, tesd an lembar observasi.Pada tes awal siswa sebelum tes stindakan I atau siklus I mendapatkan nilai sebesat baiksekali 0%; baik 6,7%; cukup 13%; kurang 6,7%; dan kurang sekali 73,3%;. Pada tes siklusI mendapatkan nilai sebesar sebesat baik sekali 13,3%; baik 6,7%; cukup 26,7%; kurang33,3%; dan kurang sekali 20%. Dan pada tes siklus II mendapatkan nilai sebesar sebesatbaik sekali 46,6%; baik 13,3%; cukup 26,7%; kurang 6,7%; dan kurang sekali 6,7%.2“Yusuf Ilham Kafi/ Jurnal Pendidikan xx(x) (xxxx) xx-xx”Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanyapeningkatkan hasil pembelajaran sepak bola kelas VII SMP 1 Cibitung tahun pelajaran2023/2024. teknik dasar passing dengan kaki bagian dalam dapat dikembangkan pada permainan sepak bola ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi.
