    The ATE Impacts book, published every two years by Internet Scout Research Group, showcases all of the National Science Foundation's (NSF) Advanced Technological Education (ATE) centers and selected nominated projects. The NSF ATE program focuses on the education of highly-qualified science and engineering technicians for advanced technology fields. Through the program's grant process, the NSF promotes the improvement of STEM education of science and engineering technicians at the undergraduate and secondary school levels, and in the workforce. This 2022-2023 Impacts book provides data on the NSF ATE program, a foreword by President Joseph R. Biden, an introduction, and summaries of the activities and accomplishments of 28 ATE centers and 33 projects. Website addresses are included for all of the centers and projects. A map is also included that provides geographic location information that is intended to help connect educators, employers, and students with the ATE initiatives in each state. The introduction discusses distinct aspects of the ATE program and the resiliency of the program during the COVID-19 pandemic. The ATE Impacts videos are also highlighted. These videos were created in collaboration with Vox Television and are intended to accompany this ATE Impacts book. These videos share the experiences of ATE Alumni (students, administrators, educators, and industry partners) and the profound impact of ATE initiatives on their lives and careers. The book is available to view separately. Scot works at Honda and discusses their partnership with Columbus State Community College. This partnership was created to help fill the need for electromechanical technicians, through a collaborative and creative education model. Pearl Senior High School, describes the design and construction of the underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) created by the Huskey Explorer team for the Ranger Class of the 2022 MATE ROV competition. MATE ROV is a global competition that challenges STEM students to build underwater ROVs to complete challenges. The competition is split into the following classes based on build complexity: Explorer, Ranger, Pioneer, Navigator, and Scout.The report begins with an abstract introducing Huskey Explorer and their ROV.     This 25-page report, published by Macau Anglican College, describes the design and construction of the underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) created by the Fish Logic team for the Telepresence Explorer Class of the 2022 MATE ROV competition. MATE ROV is a global competition that challenges STEM students to build underwater ROVs to complete challenges. The competition is split into the following classes based on build complexity: Explorer, Ranger, Pioneer, Navigator, and Scout.The report begins with an abstract introducing Fish Logic and their ROV. Following the abstract is an analysis of the construction of the team's ROV, discussing the design rationale, mechanical design, electrical system, camera system, control system, control box, mission specific engineering, and attachments created specifically for each of the three tasks. The report also covers using in-house built or commercial components, using new or reused components, testing and troubleshooting, safety, finance, budget planning, acknowledgments, and references.
