Host-Community Readiness Towards Tourism Reactivity: Young People's Perspectives in Greater Bandung
Get PDFTourism during the pandemic became an actual study topic, the majority of which were studied in terms of changes in tourist behaviour. Plethora studies changes in tourist behaviour selfishly view tourism for the benefit of tourists alone. In contrast, this study examines the readiness factors of community hosts in receiving visits and plays a role in the tourism value chain during the pandemic. Using 310 young respondents living in Indonesia's urban tourism destinations (Greater Bandung), the study confirmed the perceptual factors forming host community readiness. Using SEM-PLS, the study has found that perceptions of internal conditions by the community have a significant impact on the perception of tourism reactivation and the readiness of community hosts. The research model has been able to moderately predict the readiness of community hosts in tourism during the pandemic. Several recommendations were submitted in this study for tourism stakeholders to prepare community hosts in their efforts to achieve successful tourism reactivation

ERADICATING POVERTY AND HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA: An Approach with Multilevel Logistic Regression Model
Get PDFThis study investigated the socio-economic determinants at the individual and contextual level of household poverty in Indonesia. The data used in this study is drawn from the March 2020 Indonesia-National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) provided by BPS, Statistics-Indonesia. The data were analyzed using the Multilevel Logistics Regression Model. This study indicates that the achievement of the Human Development Index at the provincial level affects the reduction of the poor at the household level. Moreover, at the individual level, household size, education level, and employment status of the household head significantly affect household poverty. The results of this study underscore the need to look beyond the influence of individual-level factors in addressing regional variations in household poverty in Indonesia. Therefore, Government policies to increase human development in provinces with low HDI are needed.
Nada dan Dakwah: Analisis Diskursus atas Lirik Lagu “Perdamaian” dari Nasida Ria sebagai Komunikasi Dakwah Lewat Musik
Get PDFNasida Ria is a qasidah music group from Semarang which was founded in 1975. This group is popular, one of which is through the song titled 'Peace' which was released in 1982. This article attempts to dismantle the link between the lyrics of the song and the global situation that surrounds it. When it emerged in 1982, global conditions were hot due to the cold war and the Iran-Iraq war. While popular again in 2022, 'Peace' is relevant to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The lyrics of 'Peace' were analyzed textually, microsociologically, and macrosociologically using a discourse analysis approach from Norman Fairclough. The analysis resulted in the conclusion that from a textual analysis, 'Peace' emphasizes the contradiction aspect in conveying its ideas. In addition, Peace also points to the subject of "you" as the excluded part and the subject of "me" as the included part. In a microsociological analysis, 'Peace' conveys an Islamic message that can be linked through intertextual analysis of the Qur'anic verse, namely Q.S. Al Anfal: 61, Q.S. Al Hujurat: 9, Q.S. An-Nisaa: 90. From a macro-sociological analysis, 'Peace' is relevant in the context of peace from wars involving weapons

Husein Ja’far Al Hadar menjadi salah satu aktor agama yang dikenal masyarkat sebagai Da’i millennial karena metode dakwah yang dibawakannya. Ia membawa praktik dakwah ke dalam aktivitas media sosial Instagram pribadinya, salah satunya dengan mengunggah konten komik bertema agama. Tema komik yang diangkat berasal dari fenomena yang terjadi di masyarakat, termasuk fenomena informasi palsu atau hoaks yang sampai saat ini masih dapat ditemukan keberadaannya. Analisis semiotika akan digunakan sebagai pisau analisis pada episode hoaks Komik Habib ‘n Friends untuk mengetahui pesan yang ada di dalamnya sekaligus penelitian ini juga akan melihat transformasi praktik dakwah di media sosial. Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa masuknya agama ke ranah media digital menjadikan agama semakin termediasi, namun di sisi lain penggunaan media sosial dalam praktik dakwah merupakan upaya dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan bentuk dari resistensi diri
Pengembangan masyarakat berbasis Gender: Analisis Program Dana Desa dan Program Keluarga Harapan
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to examine gender issues in community development efforts through poverty alleviation programs, particularly the Village Fund and the Conditional Cash Transfer (PKH) program. The method employed in this writing is a literature review. Data collection was carried out by gathering journals, reports, books, and documents relevant to the research objectives. Based on the findings of the review, it is evident that gender-related problems in poverty alleviation efforts are not limited to within the community; they also extend to the implementation of gender concepts within government programs. This can be observed in the two aspects discussed in this paper: gender in community development and gender in government programs. The recommendations derived from this study that need to be implemented include the necessity for policy reviews, policy adjustments, capacity building for facilitators, the development of gender-related instruments, the promotion of collaborations with universities, and the encouragement of more publications relevant to gender issues.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji isu gender dalam upaya pengembangan masyarakat melalui program pengentasan kemiskinan khususnya pada program Dana Desa dan PKH. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data berupa jurnal, laporan, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian maka diperoleh bahwa persoalan gender dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan bukan hanya terjadi di tengah masyarakat, bahkan juga pada implementasi konsep gender pada program pemerintah, hal ini dapat dilihat pada dua aspek pembahasan penulisan ini yakni gender pada pengembangan masyarakat dan gender dalam program pemerintah. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yang perlu untuk dilaksanakan adalah perlunya upaya untuk melakukan reviu kebijakan, penyesuaian kebijakan, peningkatan kapasitas terhadap pendamping, penyusunan instrumen terkait dengan gender, mendorong kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi, dan mendorong untuk semakin banyaknya publikasi yang relevan dengan isu gender.

Get PDFThe newsroom is a place to control news in a mass media. From that room, the editor-in-chief and the editors become important controls to direct the journalists. All editorial crews work with a journalistic code of ethics that is inherent in the profession as a journalist so that it provides various limitations, let alone interferes with independence at work. This study tries to explore the newsroom (newsroom) of Central Java-DIY Metro TV when producing news programs and the various interventions they face. This study uses media political economy theory in a critical paradigm, this study focuses on the structuration process that occurs in the Metro TV newsroom, Central Java-DIY. This study uses an intrinsic case study in a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results showed that there were internal and external interventions in the newsroom. Internal intervention comes from the media business division and external intervention comes from sources within the local government. The editors take measurable actions to respond to all these interventions

Diakui atau tidak, kehadiran kaum perempuan di muka bumi ini memiliki peranan yang amat penting. Bahkan secara natural mereka adalah bagian dari kehidupan ini, namun demikian, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masih dirasakan sedikitnya masyarakat yang menyadari akan hal ini. Periode Islam, Abad pertengahan, dan era modern semuanya telah menghasilkan ide-ide dan teori-teori yang berbeda, yang berkaitan dengan peran perempuan di tengah masyarakat. Sebagaimana penelitian ini yang akan membahas peran Alissa Wahid sebagai pejuang perempuan, sumbangsih untuk bangsa begitu banyak yang telah beliau lakukan. Oleh karena itu sangat menarik untuk di tulis. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metodekualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kajian pustaka (LibraryResearch). Hasil penelitian ini Sikap Humanis dan Moderasi Islam yang dilakukan oleh Alissa Wadih adalah sebagaimana yang dilakukan atau dipraktekan oleh Gus Dur Diantara pemikiran inklusif Gus Dur yang menonjol adalah tentang pribumisasi ajaran Islam dan sangat mengkedepankan sikap toleransi yang akan membuahkan rasa cinta. Alissa Wahid sangat berperan dalam membantu sesama dalam menangani radikalisme, membantu masyarakat yang terdampak covid-19. Alissa Wahid Bersama dengan Sembilan perempuan inspiratif mendapat penghargaan #Shelnspires Awards 2021 dari KumparanWOMAN. Penghargaan ini diberikan kapada 10 perempuan yang dianggap memberikan kebaikan dan perlindungan bagi sesame di masa pandemic Covid-19 dan Alissa Wahid mendapatkan berbagai penghargaan.
Abstract
The issue of women and all the attributes attached to women is a unique, actual and always interesting issue to be studied. Admit it or not, the presence of women on this earth has a very important role. Even naturally they are part of this life, however, in everyday life it is still felt that at least people are aware of this. The Islamic period, the Middle Ages, and the modern era all produced different ideas and theories, relating to the role of women in society. As this research will discuss Alissa Wahid's role as a female fighter, she has made so many contributions to the nation. Therefore it is very interesting to write about. The method that the author uses in this research is the qualitative method. The approach used is library research (Library Research). The results of the research on Humanist Attitudes and Islamic Moderation conducted by Alissa Wadih are similar to those of Gus Dur. Among Gus Dur's inclusive thoughts that stand out is about the indigenization of Islamic teachings and strongly emphasizes an attitude of tolerance that will create a sense of love. Alissa Wahid played a very important role in helping others in dealing with radicalism, helping people who created COVID-19. Alissa Wahid together with nine inspiring women received the #Shelnspires Awards 2021 from KumparanWOMAN. This award was given to 10 women who were considered to provide respect and protection for others during the Covid-19 pandemic and Alissa Wahid received an award.
Efektivitas Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Subur Makmur oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Pedesaan (LPTP) di Desa Mriyan Kabupaten Boyolali
Get PDFThe traditional management of coffee farming in Mriyan Village, Boyolali Regency, was responded to by the Institute for the Development of Agricultural Technology (LPTP) by providing training in the form of a field school. Assistance to coffee farmers is carried out to increase farmers' capacity to produce quality coffee products. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of LPTP's assistance to farmers in Mriyan Village. To achieve this goal, this study used qualitative methods through field research. The data was analyzed using evaluation theory to find comparative results before and after the assistance. This research found an assistance model carried out by LPTP, which began with forming farmer groups followed by the formation of knowledge and practices of proper coffee cultivation. Planting techniques, maintenance, and selection of coffee suitable for the climate of Mriyan Village are complemented by training in coffee management into industrial products. The assistance conducted was identified as effective, from the positive impacts on economic, social, and environmental improvements. The effectiveness of the mentoring was also due to the formation of farmers' awareness of potential barriers and maximization of existing support. Awareness of potential obstacles arises from strengthening the organization so that the agricultural management process takes place in the spirit of the community. This spirit encourages problem-solving to be done together, which impacts mutual prosperity.

Pengelolaan pertanian kopi di Desa Mriyan, Kabupaten Boyolali yang dilakukan secara tradisional direspons oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Pedasaan (LPTP) dengan memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk sekolah lapang. Pendampingan petani kopi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani guna menghasilkan produk kopi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi atas efektivitas pendampingan LPTP terhadap petani di Desa Mriyan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui penelitian lapangan. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori evaluasi untuk menemukan hasil perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan. Penelitian ini menemukan model pendampingan yang dilakukan LPTP yang dimulai dengan pembentukan kelompok tani yang dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan pengetahuan dan praktik budidaya kopi yang benar. Teknik penanaman, perawatan, dan pemilihan kopi yang cocok untuk iklim Desa Mriyan dilengkapi dengan pelatihan pengelolaan kopi menjadi produk industri. Pendampingan yang dilakukan teridentifikasi efektif yang ditemukan dari dampak positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Efektivitas pendampingan juga disebabkan pembentukan kesadaran petani terhadap potensi hambatan dan pemaksimalan dukungan yang ada. Kesadaran terhadap beragam potensi yang menghambat muncul dari penguatan kelembagaan sehingga proses pengelolaan pertanian berlangsung dalam semangat komunitas. Semangat ini mendorong penyelesaian masalah dilakukan secara bersama-sama yang berdampak pada kemakmuran bersama.
