REINFORCEMENT SKILL DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAI (Studi Kasus di SMA Bukit Barisan Padang)
The purpose of the study is to describe positive contribution of Reinforcement Skill to make-up of productive behaviour and creativity of student and to investigate supplementary factor and his resistor.Result of research depict that theoretically learn have applied skill reinforcement in course of study but not yet optimal fully, precisely or as according to what expected. Special at study of PAI applying of skill reinforcement enough give positive contribution to creativity and improvement of productive behaviour of student, this matter see step by step can awaken ardour and spirit of learning active student, inovatif, effective, pleasant and creative.Â
PENGELOLAAN WAKTU DALAM PELAKSANAAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Time does not become human beings’ barrier to create and perform a variety of activities that give positive for them and society as long as they are able to manage it to be effective and efficient. It signaled that to achieve a lot of success in any jobs is determined how far a person is able to allocate the time and make a priority for their job. For general and Islamic educations in particular, the time management is also an important part of success in the educational activity. This sign has found in the Al-qur’an and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad who emphasized the importance of time management, even in the Al-Qur’an, there is one verse that deliberately the importance of time (see Surah Al-‘Ahsr)
PELAKSANAAN MANAJEMEN BERBASIS SEKOLAH (MBS) DI MTsN BATUSANGKAR
Target of which wish to be reached in this research is to depict execution of MBS in MTSN Batusangkar and explain its contribution to make-up of quality and quality education of madrasah and also explain supplementary factor and resistor met in its execution. Result of this research of meneggambarkan that execution of MBS in good enough MTSN Batusangkar. its Management system enough succeed to give contribution in improving student achievement and have appearance of good enough organization. As for supplementary factor in execution of MBS in MTSN Batusangkar besides society support and government which is high enough, also leadership which is kharismatik. PENDEKATAN FEMINIS TERHADAP PENAFSIRAN AL-QUR’AN DAN BIBEL
The discussion on the feminism approach to interprete Alqur’an and Bible attempts to discover verses that state about gender meanstream. Basically, the verses on gender mention that there are difference between man and woman biologically. This difference aims to make man and woman is able to complete each other so that they are able to live together peacefull and, lovely. However, dignity value between man and woman is the same. The distinction among human beings is seen from the quality of their obedience but it can not be viewed from their gender. Thus, religion rejects all type of gender descriminations
KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN PERSUASI SISWA KELAS X SMAN 1 KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
The purpose of this study was to describe how the ability to write a persuasive essay in class X students of SMAN 1 South Solok seen from the characteristics of persuasive essay that contains an invitation, containing facts, logical sentences, and trustworthy. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this research is a test post. Findings showed that there were 28 essays written by the students, which amounted to 21 perfectly qualified individuals with high mastery 96% - 100%, 5 people who get close enough to the qualification level of mastery of 46% - 55%, and 2 people are getting poor qualifier with mastery level 16 % - 25%, and the level of class X students of SMAN 1 South Solok in writing a persuasive essay in terms of the characteristics of persuasion that contains an invitation, containing facts, logical sentences, and trustworthy quite well with the average value of 86% (level of mastery 86% - 95%)
PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN SISWA KELAS VII SMP PERTIWI 1 PADANG DALAM MENENTUKAN GAGASAN UTAMA PARAGRAF DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE JIGSAW
Mixed method (quantitative and qualitative methods) was used to answer the research question that is there any significant improvement on students’ ability in determining main idea of a paragraph by using Jigsaw techniques?. The finding showed that there is significant effect on students’ ability in determining main ide of a paragraph by using Jigsaw technique. This finding was proved by the significant differences on students’ achievement between first cycle that is 78 and second cycle that is 84 (it implies that 97% of passing grade can be achieved). It can be concluded that this technique can be implemented by the Indonesian language teachers to improve students’ ability in determining main idea of the paragraphs
LOOKING INTO MY BACKYARD: SHIFTS IN PROFESSIONAL IDENTITY
Professional development is a long-life journey and rewarding in an academia. Teachers are required to improve their competences. They do not only enhance their subject matters but also upgrade their pedagogical knowledge. Professional development can be conducted through many ways. It could be done through formal education, informal training or self-reflection. This is reflexivity on an English teacher’s professional journey. It scrutinizes phases of language learning and teaching awareness. The article starts with my first contact with English and then goes on to learning-teaching experience in the later phases. The reflection on these experiences shapes my teaching identity and improves teaching competence
PERAN PENASEHAT AKADEMIK TERHADAP KESUKSESAN MAHASISWA DI PERGURUAN TINGGI
There are three aspects that make students become successfull: academic, carrier planning, and social relationship. The supervisor is person who take responsibility to assist the students in overcoming their problems. The supervisor’s tasks are to: a) provide a consideration to the students in chosing their subjects in certain semester, b) supervise and advise the students to gain their optimal learning achievement, c) give the explanation and direction about their study, d) give warning to poor students, e) observe humans’ behaviour, f) provide sufficient time for students to consult in campus, g) sign the students’ study planning cards (SSPC), h) examine and sign the extracurricular credit semester (ECS)

The government policy on autonomy of education should be followed by the inovation in many components of education institutions, especially in their management level. The appropriate management in autonomous era is that the existence of inovative leadership. In other words, they have clear vision, mission, will, and commitment to do inovations. Thus, the education institution under this inovative leadership will reach their aims based the autonomy demands quickly
THE CONTRIBUTION OF ENGLISH STUDENTS’ SPEAKING STRATEGIES AND MOTIVATION ON THEIR SPEAKING ABILITY AT TARBIYAH FACULTY OF IAIN IMAM BONJOL PADANG
Abstract: The aims of the study are to describe: 1. Speaking strategies that are most frequently used by the students of the English Department in Tarbiyah Faculty; 2. The contribution of Students’ Speaking-Related LLS in developing their speaking ability; and, 3. The contribution of students’ learning motivation in the development of their speaking skills. speaking test, strategy inventory for language learning (SILL), and learning motivation questionnaire were employed to collect the data. The research findings revealed that there were thirty-four speaking strategies which were most frequently used by high, average, and low achievement students. The findings also showed that bothe students’ speaking strategies and motivation give significant contribution on students’ speaking ability. Thus, speaking lecturers are expected to be able to implement innovative and varied teaching techniques
