DAMPAK SHARING KNOWLEDGE TERHADAP BEST OPERATIONAL PRACTICE MELALUI ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN SERVICE QUALITY DI POLWILTABES SURABAYA
Sharing Knowledge is originated from the interaction between individuals which will form a group or working group in a company, while the working group with expertise/skills is called teamwork. The working group should be developed to be able to communicate and have good relationships within the department, between departments and between organizations. Good communication within the organization will improve the working relationship to be more intense and faster. There are no boundaries either between individuals or individuals and departments in the organization so as to create an effective working relationship and a strong team work which lead to the creation of the best practices operational. Based on the survey by interviewing and spreading questionnaires to 266 police members of the police in POLWILTABES SURABAYA about sharing knowledge of best operational practices (BOP) in the police organization through team work's affectivity and OCB (organizational citizenship behavior). The results showed that sharing knowledge does not directly impact organizational citizenship behavior as an organizational culture, but it is indirectly give impact through the team work's affectivity moderator variable. Sharing knowledge as an organizational culture has an impact on enhancing the effectiveness of team work. The Effectiveness of team work influence organizational citizenship behavior in police organizations to increase the best operational practice. Team work's affectivity has influence towards Best Operational Practices (BOP) in the police organization. OCB (Organizational citizenship behavior) also has influence towards the best operational practices (BOP) in the police organization
PENGARUH DESENTRALISASI TERHADAP HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARTISIPASI DALAM PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN DAN KINERJA DINAS (Studi Kasus Pada Pemerintahan Kota Banjarbaru)
UU Number 22 and 25, 1999 about local government and financial balancing between central and local government, concerning about, the rule of decentralization and autonomy in making local budget for revenues and expenditure. Budgeting process is considered very important and concerned many different parties. Not only top managers but olso lower and middle manager play a vital role in making and evaluating some alternatives plan of the budgetr objectives. Budgeting always been used as the indicator of manager’s performance (Kren, 1992). Miah and Mia (1996), stated the empowerment and responsibility given from top to lower management level will biring about more cosequnecies of responsibility from lower manager toward the implementation of the decision that has been made. This research analysis the interaction and decentralization and the influence of participation in budgeting abd decentralization toward the performance of Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru. The sample taken for this research is Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru .Analysis unit used in this research are the chairman of government officer (kepala bagian), the chairman of division officer (kepala bagian) and the charmain of field officer (kepala bidang). From 56 questionaires that that have been sent, there 47 respondents have fullfillied, buat only 42 questionaires that are accepted and considered reliable to be analyzed in this research.Using simple in this research emprically this research result shows that participation in budgeting and decentralization signicantly influence the partisipation in budgeting and decentralization positive interaction between them. Meanwhile using multiple regression, empirically the research result shows that budgeting and decentralization variables all together signicantly do not influence the performance of the governmental bureaus (Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin)
DETERMINAN PRODUKTIVITAS PENGUSAHA RUMPUT LAUT PADA KETERBATASAN SALURAN PEMASARAN DI SENTRA PRODUKSI
The research aimed to predict farmer’s productivity level and to identify factors affecting productivity level in seaweeds farming in Muna District Southeast Sulawesi. To achieve that objectives, frontier cost function using OLS and MLE estimation method with Cobb-Douglas functional assupmtion was used. Eighty six respondents were selected by proportional random method. The results of cost function based on OLS and estimation based on MLE showed that variables of seed prices, transportation prices, labor price and amount of production had jointly significant affect. Research showed farmers achieved productivity levels between 80 to 99 percent with an average of 96 percent. Productivity level distribution was influenced significantly by seaweed sales price and dummy of marketing channels. Important policy implication was to increase amount of production to fulfill market demand can only be done by increasing scale because gap between average productivity of farmers with maximum productivity rate of allocation and best combination of inputs (best practiced farm) is fairly narrow. Increasing scale of seaweed farmers must been followed with reforming that involving the government to correct the marketing system of seaweed so gave better impact on the price at farm level that would increase farmers productivity
ANALISIS KEPUASAN NASABAH TERHADAP PELAYANAN JASA PERBANKAN PADA BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (BRI) DI JAWA TIMUR
The objective of this study is to investigate the simultaneous and the partial effect of service factors consist of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty on satisfaction of BRI customer in East Java. This study uses the sample of BRI customer lived in branch office of Kediri, Sumenep, Banyuwangi and Bojonegoro based on purposive random sampling method. Data is estimated using multiple linear regression model.The empirical result of study by partial t-test show that reliability not influence satisfaction, but another factors like responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence satisfaction of BRI costumer. The result by simultaneous F-test show that reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence satisfaction of BRI customer
PENGARUH PENJAMINAN SIMPANAN, CAR, DAN NPL PADA TINGKAT DEPOSIT, RISIKO MORAL HAZARD, DAN NIM
Banking industry plays a very important role in Indonesian economy. Therefore, stability of banking system is considered substantial by the government. Bank Indonesia (BI), the central bank; Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) and Financial Services Authority (FSA) seeks to preserve the stability of banking system using policy of capital adequacy ratio (CAR), the maximum limit of non-performing loan (NPL) and the obligations to become member of deposit insurance. This study wants to examine whether these regulations affect the level of deposits, moral hazard risk and the net interest margin (NIM) in Indonesian commercial banks in the period 2000-2012. Using a sample of 99 commercial banks with panel data regression method, the result demonstrate implementation of deposit insurance negatively but not significantly affect level of commercial bank deposits while variable CAR and NPL is giving negative and significant effect. Implementation of deposit insurance proved increasing moral hazard risk while variable CAR and NPL have negative and significant effect on the moral hazard risk. Other findings showed implementation of deposit insurance and CAR positively but insignificant affect NIM, but negatively and significant influenced by NPL
FIRM’S UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR IN INDONESIA: A PRELIMINARY STUDY USING NEGATIVE CASE ANALYSIS
In Indonesia now, media, both printed and television pays attention to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) more than even before. However, the reality of business life is quite different from the image presented in the media. This study tries to describe unethical behaviour of firms in Indonesia that documented in printed media and classify them to be measured qualitatively. News of CSR issued from January 2005 to December 2007 was gathered and analyzed using qualitative content analysis method with negative or deviant case analysis. Negative case analysis is an analysis to see something of the opposite. It used because of ethical relativism (ethical beliefs differ from one society to another society, even among people with one another). The results show that there are some unethical behaviors of firms. These unethical behaviors can be classified into unethical behavior directed internally to firm and those directed externally to Governments and society at large
FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP LUAS PENGUNGKAPAN SUKARELA DALAM LAPORAN TAHUNAN
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, profitabilitas, leverage, saham publik, dan basis perusahaan terhadap luas pengungkapan sukarela. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran luas pengungkapan informasi pada laporan tahunan dikembangkan dari penelitian Khomsiyah (2005), Healy et al. (1995), dan Lang dan Lundholm (1993). Sampel yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu laporan tahunan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar dari tahun 2005 sampai dengan 2010 di BEI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan saham publik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap luas pengungkapan sukarela, sedangkan likuiditas, leverage, dan basis perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sukarela dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan
Analisis Beberapa Motif Pembelian Berdasarkan Karakteristik Produk Bordir Hasil Sentra Industri Kecil Di Kabupaten Sidoarjo Propinsi Jawa Timur
This study is dedicated to expand embroidery product of small scale industry at Sidoarjo. The objective is to analyze the effect of buying motives based on embroidery product characteristic, such as price, design, style, color mixture, art value, result, quality and phisical appearance, toward its buying frequency.Based on study at Desa Kedensari and Desa Kludan Kecamatan Tanggulangin found that the 288 respondent, that included housewife, women workers, and young adult segment, state that price, design, color mixture, art value, result and quality effect the embroidery buying frequency. Price is the foremost characteristic that effect buying frequency.This study refuse the first hypothesis, that is price, design, style, color mixture, art value, result, quality and phisical appearance do not effect buying frequency concurrently. The stepwise test explain that (1) price, design, style, color mixture, art value, result, quality and phisical apearance effect the buying frequency for all respondents both separately and concurrently. Determination coefficient (R Squared) is 0,7341, means independent variable contribute to dependent variable as 73,41% and the 26,29% rest is from other independent variables. (2) Price is the foremost variable that effect buying frequency of embroidery product. Its contribution is 15,45%.
