    Abstract This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of discipline on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 2) To analyze the impact of school leadership on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 3) To analyze the influence of the school environment on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 4) To analyze the effect of teaching methods on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa. 5) To analyze the influence of discipline, school leadership, environment and learning methods simultaneously on student achievement at SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminas. The research location is at State Senior High School (SMA) 1 Sungguminasa. The population in this study is the overall teacher status of Civil Servants SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa total of 37 people. Sampling by using census population taken as a whole.For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Discipline teacher positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 2) Leadership principals positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 3) The school environment is positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 4) Method of learning positive and significant impact on student achievement SMA Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa Makassar. 5) Discipline, Leadership Principal, Environmental, and learning methods simultaneously positive and significant impact on student achievement in high school (SMA) Negeri 1 Sungguminasa Gowa.Keywords: Discipline, Leadership Principal, Environmental, and methods oflearning, Student Achievemen

    ABSTRAKPengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran  pada  SDIT Al-Fityan School Kabupaten Gowa  (dibimbing oleh Haedar Akib dan Hasmin Tamsah).Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa; 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa;  4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap kinerja dalam Pembelajaran  Pada SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa kecamatan Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner/angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi liner berganda dengan menggunakan komputer program SPSS 16 dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 80 responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 3) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa, 4) Kepemimpinan, Budaya dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dalam Pembelajaran  di SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa.Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Artinya semakin baik Kepemimpinan, maka semakin baik pula kinerja guru, sebaliknya, semakin tidak baik kepemimpinan maka semakin tidak baik pula kinerja Guru. 2) Budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 3) Lingkungan Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial dan simultan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan, Budaya, dan Lingkungan Sekolah secara simultan (bersama-sama) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya, Lingkungan Sekolah, Kinerja Guru. ABSTRACT The Influence Leadership, Cultural and Environmental Performance Against School Master in Education at Al-Fityan School SDIT Gowa Regency (guided by Haedar Akib and Hasmin Tamsah).This research aims: 1) To analyze the effect of leadership on teacher performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 2) To analyze the influence of culture on performance in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 3) To analyze the effect on the performance of the School Environment in Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency; 4) To analyze the effect of Leadership, Culture and Environment School on the performance of the Learning In SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.The research was conducted in Al-Fityan SDIT subdistrict Somba Opu School Gowa Gowa Regency. The research method uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by using questionnaires. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16 with the number of samples are 80 respondents.The results showed 1) Leadership influential has positve and significant impact has on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 2) Culture positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency, 3) The school environment has a positive effect and significantly to the performance of teachers in Education at Al-Fityan SDIT School Gowa Regency, 4) Leadership, Culture and Environment School together have positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in the Learning in SDIT Al-Fityan School Gowa Regency.Based on the partial results of the analysis we concluded that 1) leadership has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers. This means that the better the leadership, the better the performance of teachers, on the contrary, the less well the more is not good leadership anyway teacher performance. 2) Culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 3) Environmental Educational positive and significant impact on teacher performance. 4) Based on the partial and simultaneous analysis, we concluded that leadership, culture, and the School Environment simultaneously (together) positive and significant impact on teacher performance.Keywords: Leadership, Culture, Environment School, Teacher Performanc

    Abstract The purpose of this study is: (1) To know the effect of kopentensi on Performance of Nurse on Nursing Care Documentation at Rung Inpati RSW Wisata UIT Makassar (2). To know the Motivation of Nurse Performance On Nursing Documentation at Inpatient Room of RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. The research method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach, that is by focusing on hypothesis testing. With the number of popolasi 115, sampling using slovin formula with the number of samples amounted to 80 respondents. Data collection method through questionnaires and direct observation. The data analyst used is descriptively quantitative by using SPSS program of Multiple Linear Regretion Analysis method. The results of the research based on the persial test prove that (1). Competence variable has influence to nurse's performance in Nursing Documentation with significance value = 0.000n which means that alternative hypothesis e accepted that say there is influence of competence to Nurse Performance In Documentation of Nursing Asuahan With significance value = 0,001 which means alternative hypothesis accepted that there is influence Motivation with the performance of Nurse at Inpatient Room of UIT Makassar Hospital Tour (3). Based on the Simultaneous test that Competence has the highest Effect with 0.000 significance. Untuk mengetahui Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan di Ruang Inap RSW Wisata UIT Makassr. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu dengan menitik beratkan pada pengujian hipotesis. Dengan jumlah popolasi 115, penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 80 responden.Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analis data yang digunakan adalah secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan program SPSS metode analisis Regeresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji persial membuktikan bahwa (1). Variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat pada Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,000n yang berarti bahwa hipotesis alternative e diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pada Dokumentasi Asuahan Keperawatan Dengan nilai signifikansi = 0,001 yang berarti hipotesis alternative diterima yang meyatakan ada pengaruh Motivasi dengan kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Wisata UIT Makassar (3). Berdasarkan uji Simultan bahwa Kompetensi memiliki Pengaruh yang paling tinggi dengan signifikasi 0,000. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja Perawa

    Analysis of Effect of Education and Training, Compensation and Working Environment on Employee Performance at the District Secretariat Soppeng

    ABSTRACT This research aims to: 1) analyze the effect of education and training to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) analyze the effect of education and training, compensation, and work environment to on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency. The research location is at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regenc, South Sulawesi Province. Population in this study were all employees of the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency which amounted to 152 employees. Sampling in this research is using the Slovin formula, so that the number of samples examined in this study are 61 employees. For testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) education and training has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 2) compensation has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 3) working environment has positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, 4) education and training, compensation and working environment simultaneously have positive and significant effect on employee performance at the District Secretariat of Soppeng Regency, .Keywords: Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, Employee Performanc
