    Pengaruh Rasio Kemandirian Daerah, Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2020-2022

    ABSTRAK   Salah satu tolok ukur yang dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan daerah dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan adalah kinerja keuangannya. Tujuan dari pengukuran kinerja keuangan adalah untuk menyampaikan tata tertib pemerintahan secara efektif, memberikan arahan dalam mencapai tujuan kinerja keuangan baik moneter maupun nonmoneter, dan membantu atasan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2020–2022 yang dipengaruhi oleh rasio kemandirian daerah, efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah dan ukuran pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan unsur yang mempengaruhi menggunakan rasio kemandirian daerah, efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah dan ukuran pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan kinerja keuangan merupakan unsur yang dipengaruhi. Untuk tahun 2020–2022, populasi yang digunakan meliputi seluruh kota dan daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Untuk memperoleh pengujian yang memenuhi persyaratan, informasi dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi yang dikombinasikan dengan purposive sampling. Ada 28 sampel akhir pengujian yang diperoleh, dengan total 84 observasi antara tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah dipengaruhi secara negatif tidak signifikan oleh variabel rasio kemandirian daerah, efektivitas kemandirian daerah dan ukuran pemerintah daerah.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja Keuangan Daerah, Rasio Kemandirian Daerah, Efektivitas Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Ukuran Pemerintah Daerah.     ABSTRACT   One metric that can be used to assess a region's ability to conduct regional governance is its moneytary performance. The goal of monetary performance estimation is to effectively convey government procedures, provide guidance on achieving both monetary and non-monetary performance goals and assist superiors in making decisions. The goal of the study is to determine how the Central Java Province's regional financial performance in 2020–2022 is impacted by the regional freedom ratio, local income viability and local government measure. While the free factors make use of the proportion of regional freedom, the sufficiency of local income and the assessment of local government, this takes into account the subordinate variable of regional monetary success. For the years 2020–2022, the population used includes all cities and regions in the Central Java Province. To obtain a test that satisfies the requirements, the information is gathered through documentation combined with a purposive examination approach. There were 28 recent tests obtained, totalling 84 perceptions between 2020 and 2022. The results of the investigation suggest that regional monetary performance is negatively impacted by the regional freedom proportion variable. Regional financial performance is marginally impacted negatively by the local unique salary adequacy variable. The regional monetary performance is negatively impacted by the regional government estimate variable, but this effect is negligible.   Keywords : Regional financial performance, regional freedom proportion,viability of local income, local government measure

    The Impact of Tiktok Social Media on the Behavior of Elementary School Students

    The rapid development of social media, especially tiktok, offers entertainment for its users. Although tiktok offers entertainment, too intensive use can affect the behavior of its users, including elementary school students to their user behavior, and elementary school students are no exception. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the impact of tiktok use on fourth grade students of SD Miftahul Iman, both in terms of positve and negative. The research method used is a qualitative narrative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation to students, teachers, and parents. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, presenting it, and drawing conclusions interactively and repeatedly to understand patterns in social phenomena. The results of the study show that tiktok has a positive and negative impact on student behavior. The positive impact includes honing skills and skills (e.g. Creativity in creating content). However, there are also significant negative impacts, including a lack of social care for students in the home and school environment, waste of time, and exposure to age-inappropriate content. The implication of this study is the importance of more intensive supervision and education from schools and parents regarding the use of social media in elementary school-age children to minimize negative impacts and optimize their positive potential

    A Proposal of Rewards-Linked Performance Development System: A Case Study of PT MNO

    This study highlights the gap between formal performance development values ​​and hierarchical work culture in emerging market FMCG companies, specifically in PT MNO, Indonesia. This qualitative research proposes a reward-integrated Performance Development System (PDS) that aligns with agile transformation goals and cultural realities. Data from in-depth interviews, surveys, HR documents, and performance reports indicate that the existing PDS is ambiguous, disconnected from career development, bureaucratic, and inconsistent with rewards. Cultural aspirations such as agility and autonomy are hampered by high power distance and collectivist norms, reducing clarity and trust.  Therefore, a new PDS model that is culturally responsive and behaviorally aligned is developed. The model includes shared goal setting, continuous feedback, transparent communication of performance and reward expectations, and competency-based achievement tied to financial incentives and career mobility. This approach is expected to increase employee engagement, fairness, system adoption, and alignment with business agility. This study makes a significant contribution as the first adaptive PDS blueprint that integrates a transparent dual-track reward mechanism while bridging the barriers of hierarchical culture with agile performance demands in emerging markets. It offers practical guidance for HR leaders and transformation architects

    Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis: Implementasi ICT pada Kemampuan Guru Matematika dalam Menyajikan Materi

    Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi atau information and technology communication (ICT) telah memainkan peran krusial dalam transformasi pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran matematika. Namun, integrasi ICT oleh guru matematika sering kali menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hal peningkatan kompetensi teknologis mereka. Penelitian ini merupakan studi tinjauan literatur sistematis yang menggunakan teknik analisis konten terhadap artikel-artikel terindeks Scopus yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2013 hingga 2023. Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh implementasi ICT terhadap kemampuan guru matematika dalam menyajikan materi di dalam kelas, dengan mengkaji tiga pertanyaan penelitian utama. Proses seleksi artikel mengikuti protokol PRISMA, dimulai dari 70 artikel yang disaring melalui kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, serta eliminasi duplikasi, hingga diperoleh 23 publikasi yang layak dianalisis. Setelah penelaahan mendalam, 18 artikel utama dipilih sebagai sumber informasi inti dalam studi ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ICT berdampak positif pada peningkatan variasi penyajian materi, interaksi pembelajaran, serta keterlibatan siswa. Namun, guru menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan pelatihan, akses terhadap perangkat, dan kurangnya dukungan institusional. Temuan ini juga dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merancang pelatihan dan dukungan berbasis kebutuhan guru di era digital.  

    THE PERCEPTION OF D3 HOSPITALITY STUDENTS AT STIEPARI SEMARANG ON THE IMPORTANCE OF ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT CAREERS: A QUANTITATIVE STUDY

    This study examined the perceptions of D3 Hospitality students at STIEPARI Semarang regarding the importance of English proficiency for careers in the hotel and restaurant industries, as well as the factors influencing these views. A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted with 44 students using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire covering four dimensions: awareness of English importance, self-assessed readiness, learning barriers, and institutional expectations. Data were analyzed using SPSS. Findings indicated that students generally perceived English as highly important (M = 3.86), particularly for guest communication and career advancement (M = 4.32). Speaking and listening skills were prioritized over reading and writing. However, students reported moderate confidence in their English abilities (M = 3.14), especially in understanding accents and speaking fluently. Major challenges included limited vocabulary and a lack of practice opportunities. Students with internship experience showed significantly higher perception scores (M = 4.15) compared to those without (M = 3.64), highlighting the value of practical exposure. The study suggests that hospitality education institutions should emphasize communicative approaches, incorporate industry-specific training, and provide early practical experiences to enhance students' readiness for the global hospitality sector

    QUIZIZZ APLICATION ON STUDENTS’ WRITING ACHIEVEMENT AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL BANGKALAN

    The purpose of this study is to look into how the Quizizz application affects students' writing achievement in the tenth grade at Bangkalan Senior High School.  Writing is an essential ability for academic and professional success; nonetheless, many students struggle with grammar, sentence structure, and coherence, particularly in narrative works.  This study used a quasi-experimental design with 36 tenth-grade pupils. The data were gathered by pre- and post-tests and analyzed with SPSS.  The data show that using the Quizizz program considerably enhanced pupils' writing skills.  Quizizz increased student enthusiasm and involvement throughout writing lessons.  Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Quizizz program is an effective digital tool for improving students' writing abilities, particularly in narrative text writing.  Thus, including Quizizz into English language instruction can improve the teaching and learning process

    DEVELOPING AN ENGLISH WORKSHEET INTEGRATING GAMIFICATION THROUGH KAHOOT ON THE TOPIC OF PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE

    This research focuses on the development of more engaging English language student worksheets. The conventional worksheets, previously characterized by black-and-white printed pages dominated by question sets, were perceived as tedious and uninspiring. To overcome this limitation, a gamification-based worksheet was designed, integrating the interactive quiz platform Kahoot to enhance learner engagement. The study adopted the ADDIE development framework, encompassing the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. A descriptive quantitative method was employed to evaluate the outcomes. The finalized worksheet achieved a validation score of 95.3% from three expert reviewers and a practicality score of 69.4% based on students’ responses. These findings suggest that the gamified worksheet is not only pedagogically valid but also sufficiently practical for use in classroom instruction, particularly for teaching the present continuous tense

    THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING YOUTUBE AS A MEDIUM FOR TEACHING EFL IN IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILLS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

    This study presents a systematic review of recent empirical research examining the role of YouTube as an instructional tool for enhancing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners' speaking abilities, with particular emphasis on vocabulary development, pronunciation improvement, and confidence building in digital learning contexts. Adhering to the PRISMA 2020 framework, the review analyzed fifteen empirical studies published between 2020 and 2023, sourced from databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ. The findings indicate that YouTube supports speaking skill development by offering learners authentic, multimodal, and repeated exposure to spoken language. Results showed that learners experienced better vocabulary acquisition, more accurate pronunciation through mimicry, and increased speaking confidence due to the flexibility of self-paced learning. Conversely, unstructured or passive viewing was found to have minimal impact. The implications of this review are significant for EFL educators, curriculum developers, and educational institutions seeking to effectively incorporate YouTube into speaking instruction through interactive, reflective, and task-based approaches. This study offers a distinctive synthesis of recent global research and emphasizes pedagogical techniques that promote active engagement in speaking rather than passive content consumption

    Penguasaan media digital dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan nilai-nilai Islam di era modern yang dinamis. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Phatnawitya, Yala, Thailand, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) dan AI secara optimal dalam proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra mencakup keterbatasan dalam penggunaan media digital yang relevan serta kurang optimalnya integrasi teknologi AI dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai keislaman secara efektif. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis AR dan AI, serta pelatihan integrasi teknologi AR dan AI dalam pengajaran nilai-nilai Islam. Evaluasi program dilakukan melalui pretest dan posttest yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan konsep dan keterampilan praktis peserta. Rata-rata skor meningkat dari 1,2 menjadi 3,9 dalam skala 4, dengan peningkatan skor minimum dari 0,0 menjadi 3,0. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi teknis guru serta mendorong pengembangan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif, kontekstual, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan abad ke-21
