    RESTROSPEKSI PENCIPTAAN KARYA TARI SLEWAH

    This research aims to reveal or describe reproduction, namely looking at events that have been exceeded from the process of creating Slewah dance works. This research has the problem of how the form of the Slewah dance work and the process of creating the Slewah dance work. Answering the problem of the form of the Slewah dance work using the theory of Slamet MD, while answering the problem of the process of creating the Slewah dance work using the theory of Alma Hawkins translated by Y. Sumandiyo Hadi. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method research type with a choreographic approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature studies.The results of the study show that reintrospection, namely looking at the past or looking back at the creation process that has occurred so that the creation of Slewah dance works which includes the form of Slewah dance works and the process of creating Slewah dance works. The form of Slewah dance works discusses 1) movement, 2) dancers, 3) fashion makeup, 4) floor patterns, 5) dance music, and 6) performance venues. The process of creating Slewah dance works discusses 1) exploration, 2) improvisation, and 3) composition. Keywords: Slewah Dance; Form; Creation Process

    Sastra dan sosiologi berfokus pada masyarakat dan aspek-aspeknya. Sosiologi sastra adalah studi tentang bagaimana sastra menggambarkan kehidupan sosial. Berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial digambarkan dalam novel Love by Accident. Penelitian ini akan mempelajari aspek sosial dan moral novel tersebut dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dan menyajikan data dari novel dalam bentuk paragraf atau kalimat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen sosial dalam novel tercermin melalui hal-hal seperti kondisi ekonomi, interaksi antar karakter, pendidikan, budaya, dan norma sosial. Faktor sosial seperti stabilitas finansial, hierarki sosial, dan norma budaya mempengaruhi keputusan dan interaksi karakter, dan perbedaan status ekonomi mencerminkan dinamika sosial dalam masyarakat. Interaksi karakter menampilkan norma sosial seperti sopan santun dan memperhatikan perasaan ora. Alexis' pendidikan adalah contoh bagaimana pendidikan memengaruhi identitas, status sosial, dan karir seseorang. Norma dan nilai-nilai menunjukkan aspek budaya yang mempengaruhi interaksi karakter. Aspek moral novel termasuk penindasan, tindakan dermawan, kasih sayang, dan ketabahan. Penindasan karakter dikombinasikan dengan tindakan dermawan yang menunjukkan empati dan kebaikan hati. Kekhawatiran dan dukungan emosional adalah tanda kasih sayang. Dalam menghadapi tantangan, ketabahan Natalie menunjukkan semangat dan tekad yang luar biasa

    Tinjauan sosiologi sastra dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menganalisis hubungan sosial yang terdapat dalam masyarakat sebagaimana digambarkan dalam novel. Penelitian ini berfokus pada novel Tambelo Kembalinya Si Burung Camar karya Redhite Kurniawan dengan aspek sosial sebagai objek kajian sosiologi sastra. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan aspek sosial yang terkandung dalam novel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diambil dari dokumen berupa novel Tambelo Kembalinya Si Burung Camar karya Redhite Kurniawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis konten dengan cara membaca dan mencatat. Keabsahan data diperiksa menggunakan triangulasi teori. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan tinjauan sosiologi sastra serta metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek sosial yang ditemukan dalam novel meliputi enam kategori utama, yaitu: 1) aspek sosial ekonomi dengan 6 data, 2) aspek sosial politik dengan 5 data, 3) aspek sosial pendidikan dengan 8 data, 4) aspek sosial religi dengan 7 data, 5) aspek sosial budaya dengan 7 data, dan 6) aspek sosial kemasyarakatan dengan 8 data

    Innovating Islamic Education Through Technology: Strategies for Overcoming Challenges in Online Learning

    This study explores the implementation of online learning in Islamic Education (PAI) using the Independent Curriculum and offers solutions to overcome these obstacles. Using a qualitative methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature reviews from various sources, including books, scientific publications, and interviews with PAI teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1. The key findings reveal three main challenges: a lack of parental involvement, low digital literacy among teachers and students, and unequal access to technology. Furthermore, the limited availability of engaging, contextual, and digital-based PAI content poses significant difficulties. This study recommends enhancing teacher training in digital literacy, developing technology-based PAI learning resources, and fostering collaboration with communities, parents, and schools. To increase student interest, it emphasizes project-based learning methods and the integration of Islamic technologies, such as digital Quran applications. This research aims to support the development of relevant and effective PAI learning strategies for the digital era

    Physical and Anthropometric (Somatotype) Female Badminton Athletes Aged 10-12 Years

    The aim of this research was to determine the physical condition and somatotype of female badminton athletes aged 10-12 years in Semarang City. The population in this study were female athletes aged 10-12 years who had achieved achievements on the podium, totaling 10 athletes. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 10 athletes. The instruments in this study used tests and measurements referring to physical tests aged 10-12 years (Wiyanto, 2020) and somatotype measurements using the Heath & Carter formula (Carter & Heath, 1990; Penggalih et al., 2018). The results of the physical tests for female badminton athletes aged 10-12 years were in the very good category 2 athletes (20%), in the Good category there were 6 athletes (60%) and in the Medium category there were 2 athletes (20%). The results of measuring the somatotype of female badminton athletes aged 10-12 years were in the Mesomorph category of 3 athletes (30%), in the Good category there were 7 athletes (60%) and in the Endomorph category there were none. In conclusion, female badminton athletes aged 10-12 in the city of Semarang have a good level of physical condition and are of the Ectomorph somatotype type which tends to have a tall body posture, little body fat and a small body shape

    The Effect of Giving Feedback on Improving The Basic Technical Ability of West Sumatra Junior Tennis Athletes

    In Learning and Training, the element of feedback is very necessary and has a very good impact if done correctly. In this study, it aims to see the effect of providing direct and indirect feedback on the improvement of basic technical skills of West Sumatra junior tennis athletes. The sample in this study is 30 junior tennis athletes in the age category of 12-14 years. The results of the study show that 1) Providing  direct feedback has a significant influence marked by the calculation of tcount 5.34> ttable 2.13. 2) Giving  indirect feedback has a significant influence on the ability of basic techniques of court tennis marked by the calculation of tcount 4.65>t table  2.13. 3) Providing  direct feedback is not more effective than providing  indirect feedback on the basic technical ability of tennis by obtaining tcalculation 1.87 < ttable 2.13

    DIGITAL LITERACY COMPETENCE OF MOVER TEACHERS IN IMPLEMENTING THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM IN SUMBAWA BESAR CITY

    This study examines the efforts of Mover Teachers in Sumbawa Besar City to implement digital literacy principles in line with the Independent Curriculum. Using a multi-case study approach, it reveals that while teachers are adept at using basic digital tools like Zoom and Google Classroom, they struggle with integrating more advanced platforms like Google Docs and data analytics tools. Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and peer collaboration are key enablers, with training workshops fostering innovative teaching practices. However, challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, limited internet access, and inconsistent high-level training hinder broader adoption. Teachers also face difficulties managing digital classrooms and developing students' critical assessment skills, highlighting the need for targeted professional development. Grounded in Vygotsky's sociocultural theory and Bandura's social learning theory, the study emphasizes the importance of scaffolding and collaborative learning to enhance digital competencies. Addressing these barriers is essential for equitable and effective curriculum implementation, equipping educators and students with 21st-century skills for a digitally connected world

    DENOTATION, CONNOTATION, AND MYTH THROUGH VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL SIGNS ON REPRESENTATION OF IDENTITY IN THE BIG SIX PREMIERE LEAGUE CLUB LOGOS

    This study investigates the verbal and non-verbal elements within the logos of the "Big Six" Premier League clubs, aiming to uncover their denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings, and how these aspects represent identity. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on Roland Barthes' semiotic framework, the research draws data from official club websites and documented literature. The analysis reveals that logos embody club identities through denotation, connotation, and myth, reflecting the historical, cultural, and social values associated with the clubs and their respective cities. Key components such as colors, symbols, and text, which are distinctive to each logo, play a significant role. This study contributes to the fields of cultural studies, semiotics, sports branding, and identity representation in visual communication and design. By exploring the semiotic depth of football logos, it bridges cultural semiotics and sports branding, uncovering often-overlooked narratives and enhancing both academic and fan perspectives on logo symbolism

    FRASA EKSOSENTRIK PADA FILM LEA DIHAPOGOSON DALAM BAHASA BATAK TOBA

    ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the use of exocentric phrases in the film Lea di Hapogoson using a note-taking and film-watching method approach. Exocentric phrases refer to the construction of phrases that are not centered on one core element, thereby creating a freer and more dynamic structure in the sentence. This research identifies two divisions of exocentric phrases, namely directive and non-directive exocentric phrases, each of which functions to indicate direction or goal (directive) and phrases that do not have a clear goal or direction (non-directive). Directive exocentric phrases were found to be used more frequently in the context of dialogue that directs or gives orders, while non-directive phrases were more dominant in the context of casual or reflective conversation. This discussion also includes syntactic analysis to understand the relationship between elements in phrases and their influence on the storyline and characters. It is hoped that the research results can make a significant contribution to understanding the structure of the Toba Batak language, as well as enrich linguistic studies regarding the use of exocentric phrases in audio-visual media. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan frasa eksosentrik dalam film Lea di Hapogoson dengan pendekatan metode catat dan menyaksikan film. Frasa eksosentrik merujuk pada konstruksi frasa yang tidak berpusat pada satu elemen inti, sehingga menciptakan struktur yang lebih bebas dan dinamis dalam kalimat. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dua pembagian frasa eksosentrik, yaitu frasa eksosentrik direktif dan non-direktif, yang masing-masing berfungsi untuk menunjukkan arah atau tujuan (direktif) serta frasa yang tidak memiliki tujuan atau arah yang jelas (non-direktif). Frasa eksosentrik direktif ditemukan lebih sering digunakan dalam konteks dialog yang mengarahkan atau memberi perintah, sementara frasa non-direktif lebih dominan dalam konteks percakapan santai atau reflektif. Pembahasan ini juga mencakup analisis sintaksis untuk memahami hubungan antar elemen dalam frasa dan pengaruhnya terhadap alur cerita dan karakter. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pemahaman struktur bahasa Batak Toba, serta memperkaya kajian linguistik tentang penggunaan frasa eksosentrik dalam media audio-visual. &nbsp

    Suku Batak Toba memiliki warisan budaya penting salah satunya adalah lagu Batak Toba. Lagu batak toba sangat sering menggunakan metafora dalam lirik-liriknya untuk menyampaikan berbagai realita kehidupan, maupun percintaan. Salah satu lagu Batak Toba yang mencolok dalam hal ini adalah “Raphon Ho”. Lagu ini dinyanyikan oleh Jun Munthe dan sebagian liriknya mengandung berbagai metafora yang mencurahkan perasaan cinta, ketulusan, dan kesetiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis makna metafora cinta yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu “Raphon Ho” serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh lagu ini terhadap nilai-nilai romantis dalam masyarakat Batak. pada lirik lagu ini menunjukkan bahwa metafora cinta di dalam lagu ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ungkapan perasaan pribadi, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai romantis yang kuat dalam masyarakat Batak Toba, seperti kesetiaan, pengorbanan, dan kesempurnaan cinta.
