Divine Constitution Perspective On the Reactualization of Allah’s Law
Get PDFThe main question of this study is how divine constitution perspective on the reactualization of Allah's law. The background of the problem is the inequality between the law at the ideal and factual levels. Ideally, the degree of law is within the corridors and the degree of Allah's law, but the facts show that the nuances of the law are more oriented towards the product of man alone. The research position is very interesting with the variety of legal concepts. Questions are discussed with normative legal studies with qualitatively analyzed. The main result is the position of Allah’s law is the single best law and has the highest degree for a sure person. Allah’s law is a system of laws that contains the maslahat of the world and the hereafter. Allah’s law is fixed and some is changing whose content material is comprehensive and accordance with the needs of the times, places, circumstances, intentions and traditions. Allah commissioned the apostles, bringing down the books and the suhuf-suhuf as the basic benchmark and the main reference of the law. The last treatise was received by the Muhammad SAW with the guidance of the Qur'an and the sunnah.. Allah's law must be obeyed, and the disobedient are obeyed. Taqwa is the noblest level in the application of the law of Allah. Allah guarantees a successful life and goes to heaven for people who obey Allah's laws
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of the madrasah principal's leadership on the work motivation of teachers at the Ash-Sholihin Islamic Boarding School, Gowa Regency. This research is a quantitative research using ex post facto method. The population in this study were 107 people from 3 levels of education, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Madrasah Tsanawiyah, and Madrasah Aliyah at the Ash-Sholihin Islamic Boarding School. Determination of the sample is done through probability sampling by determining as much as 25% of the total population so that the resulting sample is 27 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through simple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the leadership of the madrasah principal has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation by 37.51% with the resulting regression equation is = 115.016 + 0.186X. These findings indicate that the better the leadership of the madrasah principal is applied, the higher the work motivation of teachers in carrying out their duties

Pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah suatu sistem pembelajaran baru maka supervisi akademik dirasa sangat perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru selama pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Supervisi akademik menjadi salah satu patokan dalam perbaikan mutu pembelajaran.Kajian teori dalam teori ini adalah hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan supervisi akademik, Kepala Madrasah dan pandemic covid-19 dengan fokus penelitian pada supervisi akademik Kepala Madrasah pada masa pembelajaran daring yang terdiri dari pengertian supervisi dan langkah-langkah supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Madrasah.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode ini digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena implementasi supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Madrasah se Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dengan batasan penelitian perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut supervisi dengan masa penelitian dari bulan Oktober 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi akademik melalui beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Perencanaan supervisi akademik di masa pandemi terdiri dari merumuskan tujuan, jadwal pelaksanaan, ruang lingkup, serta menentukan teknik supervisi akademik selama pandemi. Sedangkan tahap pelaksanaan dimulai dengan pemeriksaan perangkat pembelajaran daring serta observasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan menggunakan instrumen supervisi akademik masa pandemi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan supervisi tetap berjalan meskipun pada pembelajaran daring meskipun belum maksimal pada beberapa aspek. Tahap tindak lanjut supervisi akademik dilakukan dengan pemberian pembinaan pada guru terutama pada penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, mendorong guru untuk ikut serta pada workshop secara virtual dan berbagai aktivitas pengembangan diri lainnya.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademi, Kepala Madrasah, Pandemi Covid-1

The purpose of this paper is to determine the responsibility of the perpetrators of committing the crime of Rape on Minors by Deception. This writing uses a normative juridical approach research method and qualitative descriptive research. Criminal liability is based on several elements, namely the presence of each person. This element is intended to further examine who is sitting as a child, whether it is really the culprit or not, this is to avoid an error in persona in punishing someone. In this case, a child has been brought before the trial, namely, the child is in good physical and mental health and is able to answer all questions that are asked to him clearly and responsively, then there is an element of deliberately tricking, a series of lies, or persuading the child to have intercourse with him. or with other people.Â
MAQASID SHARIA IN TABARRU’ CONTRACT LAWS
Get PDFA Research related to maqasid sharia in the tabarru’ contract law had to be very seldom. With this research that examines two purposes, including, first, to determine the role of maqasid sharia in Islamic finance. Second, to determine the existence of maqasid sharia in tabarru’ contract laws. By using qualitative approach, the data for this study was obtained from relevant books, journals, and other academic materials and supporting documents. The results of this study show that there are many roles of tabarru’ contract, first, generally tabarru'at contract is reproduced considering that it contains several benefits. Second, tabarru' contract is issued voluntarily without the slightest doubt because this contract is a good deed and generosity. Third, improving the means of organizing tabarru’ contracts according to the wishes of the donors. Fourth that donations should not be used as an excuse to waste other people's money, ranging from the rights of heirs to the debts of people who are in debt. This study will contribute to the literature on maqasid sharia in tabarru’ contract laws and Islamic finance
SUPERVISI MENGAJAR PADA PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH WILAYAH TIGA BONE
Get PDFThis study aims to describe the learning supervisors carried out by madrasa supervisors for teachers in improving teaching competence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency, 2) Describe the implications of the strategy of madrasa supervisors for increasing class teacher competence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions.The results showed that, first, madrasas located in region 3 of Bone Regency tended to carry out learning supervision with three strategies consisting of the planning stages (preparation of supervisory semester programs, preparation of annual supervision programs, preparation of supervision programs/schedules for each school), implementation stages (supervision of equipment learning, supervising the implementation of learning in class, providing the results of a review/assessment of the results of supervision of learning in class) and evaluation stages (student learning outcomes in the form of daily tests, mid semester, and semester tests, results of national exams in arts and sports achievements, attitude achievements ( honesty, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, tolerance and others)). The second result, the implications of the madrasa supervisor's strategy for increasing the competence of class teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Region 3, Bone Regency, it can be seen that the four competencies (pedagogic, social, personality and professional) have been fostered by the madrasa supervisor. This coaching is carried out when the madrasa supervisor supervises program planning, program implementation and evaluates the results of supervision and fosters the competency of the madrasa supervisor for class teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in the Bone Regency area. This can be seen from student learning outcomes in the form of increased cognitive test results and changes affective behavior

MONEY IN ISLAM: ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL
Get PDFMoney has a crucial role in human economic and social life. Based on Islam, money is not only a medium of exchange or a unit of account but also has high ethical and moral values. Money is considered as a deposit from Allah SWT and humans have the responsibility to use money wisely and responsibly. The purpose of this research is to reveal the Islamic view of money in an economic and social approach. The methodology used is qualitative with a type of literature approach. The results of this study reveal that Islam emphasizes that the use of money as a means of transaction in the financial system must be based on sharia principles which consist of three levels, namely dharruriyat, hajiyat, and tahsiniat. Of these three levels, it can include the principles of justice, equality, and balance in economic activity. In addition, money also has an important role in human social life. In Islam, money can be used to help others through zakat, infaq, and alms. This shows that money is not only used for personal gain but also for social and humanitarian interests. In order to optimize the role of money in economic and social life, Islam emphasizes the importance of ethics and morals in the use of money. Humans are responsible for using money wisely, and responsibly, and paying attention to social and human interests. In this way, money can become a tool that brings blessings to people and society.Â
