MAQASID AL-SHARIA IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY

This paper aims to know the definition and function of the maqasid of shari'ah in concluding the law. Second, to understand the thoughts of scholars towards maqasid shari'ah. Third, to know the implementation of the shari'ah maqasid on the distribution of property. This article uses a qualitative approach. This article is library research. The results showed that sharia maqasid is an important concept in the study of Islamic law by paying attention in maintaining faith (din), soul (nafs), mind ('aql), progeny (nasl) and wealth (maal) for humankind. Thoughts of scholars toward sharia maqasid were the main goal (universal value) to be achieved from legal provisions both in general and in particular. Sharia maqasid on the distribution of property creates a turnover of wealth among humans fairly and evenly. Distribution of property can be done through various means including nafaqah, zakat, inheritance, will, waqf, infak, alms, qardul Hasan, feeding the poor, qurban, aqiqah, helping others, fulfilling the rights of neighbours, fulfilling guest rights and Profit, and Loss Sharing (PLS), in addition, the distribution of property can also be done through the delivery of state property to citizens who are considered in need

Get PDFThis research was conducted in order to find out the Implementation of Learner Management in a boarding school (pondok pesantren). This article aims to find out about the Implementation of Pesantren-Based Learner Management at Al Ma'arif Bilae Boarding School in Bone Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of learner management at Pondok Pesantren Al Ma'arif Bilae Boarding School in Bone Regency has been carried out quite well. The interesting thing about the implementation of pesantren-based learner management is that in the admission of students, the learner data base has been inputted in an EMIS (Education Management Information System) application, including if there are participants who want to mutate/move from or to another madrasah, this EMIS application can be used to mutate/move through communication between madrasah operators. On the other hand, certain parts still need improvement, especially in the planning of students where the boarding school needs to make careful preparations, especially in preparing better socialization by socializing superior programs such as the Quran tahfiz program, other things regarding the code of ethics, discipline of students Some who do not implement the rules or norms that apply in the boarding school even come not on time. On the other hand, some teachers sometimes come late, and some do not even come at all when it is time to teach, so the class is empty. This certainly shows a poor performance, so it is necessary to improve and collaborate with all parties so that the management of students in the future will be much better. Keywords: Learner Management, Boarding School

Get PDFThis study discusses the contribution of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering an attitude of religious moderation at SMA Negeri 13 Bone. As for the purpose of this study, namely, to determine the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering religious moderation in SMA Negeri 13 Bone. This research is a qualitative research (Qualitative Research). The approaches in this study are normative approaches, pedagogic approaches, sociological approaches and psychological approaches. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the contribution of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering religious moderation at SMA Negeri 13 Bone, Islamic Religious Education teachers have given the best to students through inculcating tolerance values with learning activities with methods such as providing exemplary, giving directions, habituation, activities Rohis:, and the use of media in learning. All students are guided and fostered according to their talents and interests without distinguishing between religious backgrounds, especially for academic achievement and all school stakeholders have never shown the slightest sign of discrimination at SMA Negeri 13 Bon

Mereka mengelola kontribusi dana dengan hati-hati, mengelola risiko, dan memberikan informasi transparan kepada peserta dana pensiun. Kedua, kontribusi dari PT Bank Muamalat Capem Bone bervariasi sesuai dengan kesepakatan antara perusahaan dan Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan (DPLK), serta ketentuan yang berlaku, dapat disesuaikan dengan gaji karyawan. Perusahaan juga memberikan kontribusi tambahan sebagai insentif, bergantung pada kebijakan perusahaan dan masa kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan gambaran meditasi zikir yang diterapkan pada lansia di Desa Bana Kecamatan Bontocani Kabupaten Bone dan mengemukakan penerapan meditasi zikir dalam mengurangi stres pada lansia di Desa Bana Kecamatan Bontocani Kabupaten Bone. Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (Field Research), yaitu penelitian yang ada dilapangan. Pendekatan peneletian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori spiritualis, teori ini menekankan pentingnya kesadaran saat ini dalam menangani stres. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. (1) Ada bebrapa tahapan dalam melaksanakan meditasi zikir, diantaranya adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan dan penutup. Meditasi zikir berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk mencapai kesejahteraan fisik, mental dan spiritual. (2) Meditasi zikir terbukti berpotensi dalam mengurangi stres yang sering dialami oleh lansia, mengelola emosi negatif seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Namun sebagian besar peserta didik kurang memiliki motivasi tersebut karena kurangnya dukungan orangtua. Orang tua sebagai guru pertama yang berperan penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI anak di MI/SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI di MI/SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menanyakan bahwa peran orang tua sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar PAI di MI/SD. DEVELOPING LEARNING MEDIA OF CROSSWORD PUZZLE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS’ VOCABULARY
Get PDFThe objective of this study is 1) to develop learning media for crossword puzzles to improve vocabulary; 2) to determine the feasibility of learning media for crossword puzzles to improve vocabulary from material experts and media experts; and 3) to know the effectiveness of developing learning media for crossword puzzles to improve students’ vocabulary. The type of research used is research and development (R&D). The method used is the ADDIE development method. The research subjects involved are 8th grade students of Darul A’mal Metro MTs, for a total of 15 students. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the learning medium of crossword puzzles to improve students’ vocabulary is effectively used in the teaching and learning process based on the N-Gain Score scores obtained with a score of 100% in the high category

In This research, research design used descriptive qualitative. The way the researcher obtained data was by using observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while the research subject was class X MA Miftahul Ulum Bettet Pamekasan students consisting of 28 students. while the results of this research are the process of implementing the spelling bee game with 4 steps, namely; form a group, practice, apply it, the one who gets the highest points is the winner. from data obtained from field research regarding the difficulties faced by students in developing vocabulary, namely the problem of the difference between pronunciation and writing in English consisting 8 students, the problem of using vocabulary in English consisting 7 students, the problem of differences in writing and spelling consisting of 9 students. and finally the problem of difficulty distinguishing Indonesian letters from English was 4 students.Â
Increasing Legal Awareness of Child Neglect Crimes by Parents with Increased Legal Awareness
Get PDFLaw enforcement against the phenomenon of child neglect by parents is a complex problem. Awareness and obedience to the law can be used as a strategy for minimizing child neglect. As a solution in creating the next generation of the nation with superior character and producing quality and moral human resources. The core of the problem carried out in this study is first, identifying the phenomenon of child neglect in Bone Regency, and second, identifying law enforcement efforts against the crime of child abuse by increasing legal awareness. The research methods used are normative juridical and empirical juridical. The results of the study show that neglect of children in Bone Regency is in the form of physical, educational, emotional, and medical neglect caused by the weak influence of the synergy of substance, structure, and culture by Lawrence Friedman's law enforcement theory. Preventive law enforcement efforts for child neglect are carried out by regulations, but repressive efforts from law enforcement are still constrained by public legal awareness of the crime of child neglect. Repressive efforts need strategies to support law enforcement of child neglect crimes by parents in the form of the concept of post-responsibility to realize child protection
