    This study dealt with a scientific review of the subject of knowledge management and the outputs of university education, where many Arab and foreign research efforts were reviewed that dealt with the importance of knowledge management and its relationship to improving the outputs of university education. A number of specialized and accredited databases, and the study terms have been tracked since the beginning of its appearance, it has been shown through tracking that the beginning of the emergence of the term knowledge management was in 1980 and at the first American Conference on Artificial Intelligence, but the real beginnings of knowledge management were in the nineties when it became The hot and most dynamic topics in the intellectual production of business administration, especially after the publication of Nonaka and Taikoshi in 1995 AD for a book entitled Creative Companies for Knowledge Management (Buran, 2016) that the actual interest in the subject of knowledge management and the outputs of university education began long ago, but at a low pace and weakness that, according to what The researcher reviewed it and the specified time period at the beginning of the year 2000 AD, and the number of foreign studies began to increase significantly, as studies appeared that were directly related to the term knowledge management and the outputs of university education, and studies followed successively during the years 2001-2006 until the last study was in the current year 2021 AD.                                 &nbsp

    Modeling the factors affecting the adoption of cloud computing in Saudi universities

    The study aimed to model the factors affecting the cloud computing adoption process in Saudi universities. The study sought to identify the most important adoption factors in educational institutions based on multiple characteristics, namely (TOE) innovation, technology, organization, environmental contexts, and the (DOI) framework, which explains the state of momentum that innovations gain over time. A model was developed that combines the (TOE) framework and the (DOI) theory to capture as many factors as possible influencing the adoption of cloud computing in Saudi universities, and then evaluated it experimentally based on a sample of 93 Saudi university employees, where 25 factors influencing the adoption of cloud computing were discussed. The structure process is: (flexibility, privacy, perceived benefits, security, compatibility, performance, top management support, readiness, cost, size of the educational institution, infrastructure, level of knowledge, competitors and competitive pressure, lack of confidence in the market, organizational support, uncertainty (MAS, masculinity, individual and collective, laws, relative advantage, degree of complexity, appropriateness, testability, acceptability of the result, and observability), where a set of factors were found that may contribute to the adoption of cloud computing in Saudi universities, which are: relative advantages, organizational support, relevance and degree of complexity. Three factors emerged from them: relative advantage as one of the most important elements with a positive impact on adoption, followed by organizational support, and suitability. On the other hand, the degree of complexity emerged as one of the most important elements that may negatively affect the adoption process, according to the study sample

The reality is that countries need to build collaborations, reduce trade obstacles and always pursue new markets. Commercial disputes are currently arising more often in the field of industrial property, therefore, it is crucial to have rules that runs the movement of trade. This is quite the role of the Dispute Settlement System of the WTO and the other mechanisms that are covered by international trade agreements. This research studies the impact of alternative dispute resolution for trade disputes wherein trade barriers were enacted for industrial property reasons. Such disputes have been directed through the WTO dispute settlement mechanisms, which contain solid mechanisms that are supposed to resolve disputes on commercial industrial property concerns. The research presents and explains the available WTO modes of alternative procedures. The aim of this study was to examine the impacts of the internet and social media in starting up businesses with a focus on United Kingdom Education Consultants Ltd (UKEC). Consumer decision making model was used as the theoretical model to indicate how consumer behaviours are influenced by the internet and social media. The literature review indicates that social media and the internet impact businesses by communicating them across the market and reach as many customers as possible. Exploratory and descriptive research designs were employed to discover new ideas as well as add to the existing literatures. Quantitative research method was employed whereby only quantitative data were gathered. Questionnaire method of data collection was used to gather data from 50 customers of UKEC. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: a high degree of agreement by the sample members on diagnosing knowledge through the availability of informative methods of knowledge developments that can be obtained through student activities, and a large degree of agreement among the sample members on generating knowledge through the adherence of the representative of student activities to the instructions of the university to obtain on knowledge

    This scientific paper aimed to review the terms of knowledge management, strategy, and smart government from 1973 AD until 2021 AD, and to address them with a detailed definition according to previous studies, the abundance and abundance of terms used in these studies, their digital and sequential development in Arab and English intellectual production, and the scientific research presented by scholars and researchers that include these terms. The success of governments, their keeping pace with technological development, and the satisfaction of citizens by providing smart services in smooth, transparent, more flexible and reliable ways. Finally, this scientific paper recommended the need to pay attention to the issue of the relationship between knowledge management and smart government strategy and conduct further studies on it due to its great importance
