Traditional Bakiak Game in Enhancing Kinesthetic Intelligence of Early Childhood
Kinesthetic intelligence among early childhood students at TK Theobroma PTPN Banjarsari, Bangsalsari Subdistrict, Jember Regency. The bakiak game, which involves teamwork, balance, and body coordination, was selected as a medium to develop children’s gross motor skills. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the bakiak game improved gross motor skills, spatial awareness, and peer cooperation. Physical activity in this game also had a positive impact on body balance and coordination. Overall, the bakiak game proved effective in stimulating the development of kinesthetic intelligence in children at TK Theobroma Banjarsari. These results suggest that traditional games can serve as enjoyable and beneficial alternatives for learning activities in early childhood education
Pengembangan Modul Ajar Matematika dengan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Berbasis Gamifikasi untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul ajar dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis gamfikasi untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi peluang kelas X MAN 1 Gunungkidul. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RND) dengan model PPE (Planning, Production, dan Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Gunungkidul kelas X mulai dari 11 September-16 Desember 2024. Langkah pertama penelitian ini adalah perencanaan dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi dengan guru matematika kelas X MAN 1 Gunungkidul dan mengumpulkan informasi dengan angket karakteristik belajar peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Gunungkidul. Langkah kedua dalam penelitian ini yaitu produksi yaitu penyusunan modul ajar beserta perangkat pembelajaran lainnya yang mendukung modul ajar, dan langkah terakhir yaitu evaluasi yaitu melakukan validasi ahli dengan hasil validitas modul ajar yang tinggi dengan nilai v= 0.85 yang dianalisis dengan indeks Aiken\u27s V dan revisi akhir modul ajar
Systematic Literatur Review Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Game Edukasi Matematika
Game edukasi adalah sebuah permainan yang dirancang menggunakan multimedia untuk memberikan suatu permasalahan dimana siswa diharuskan menyelesaikannya sehingga terbentuk proses berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Game identik dengan menarik, asik, dan menyenangkan yang dapat membuat siswa tidak bosan dalam memainkannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan sebuah game edukasi matematika dan penggunaannya dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematik Literatur Review (SLR) yang dilakukan melalui tahapan mengidentifikasi, mengkaji, mengevaluasi, serta menafsirkan semua artikel rujukan yang telah terkumpul. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan berbagai macam multimedia dan software yang digunakan dalam pengembangan game edukasi matematika. Uji validasi ahli produk menunjukkan bahwa media game edukasi layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika
Etnomatematika pada Tradisi Begalan Banyumasan
This research reveals the importance of ethnomathematics in mathematics education, particularly in the context of the Begalan Banyumasan tradition. Begalan Banyumasan is a traditional performance that contains symbolic meanings in the tools used, such as wangkring, ian, ilir, kukusan, cowek, and muthu. In this tradition, each tool has a profound meaning that can be related to mathematical concepts, such as cylindrical and conical shapes, square and rectangular shapes, and circles. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data were collected through reviews of articles, journals, and webpages relevant to the Begalan Banyumasan tradition. The results show that the Begalan Banyumasan tradition can be used as a means to understand mathematical concepts in daily life through tools that have symbolic meanings
Eksplorasi Bangun Ruang dan Bangun Datar Pada Budaya Lokal Drumblek
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi geometri spasial dalam budaya Drumblek di Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis elemen etnomatematika, dengan fokus khusus pada konsep-konsep geometris seperti sisi lengkung, diameter lingkaran, jari-jari lingkaran, tinggi, dan aplikasi-aplikasinya, termasuk perhitungan keliling silinder, sebagaimana yang diamati dalam instrumen budaya Drumblek. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tinjauan pustaka untuk mengumpulkan wawasan teoritis. Temuan menunjukkan konsep matematika yang signifikan tertanam dalam budaya Drumblek, menyoroti potensi pembelajaran inovatif dengan mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen budaya ke dalam praktik pendidikan
Pengembangan LKPD Berbasis Etnomatematika untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Berpikir Kreatif Siswa: Systematic Literature Review
Penelitian ini disusun dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Peneliti dalam hal ini telah mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis penelitian-penelitian yang relevan sesuai dengan kajian pengembangan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Pencarian artikel yang peneliti lakukan yaitu dengan Google Scholar melalui Publish or Perish. Kata kunci yang digunakan seperti pengembangan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika, LKPD untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Dari hasil pencarian muncul 100 artikel yang terkait dengan kata kunci tersebut dan difilter menjadi 18 artikel untuk dikaji. Hasil review artikel bahwa pengembangan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika dapat memfasilitasi berbagai kemampuan siswa, salah satunya adalah berpikir kreatif matematis. Beragam budaya dapat ditampilkan dalam etnomatematika sesuai dengan materi yang diajarkan
Systematic Literature Review : Pengembangan LKPD Terintegrasi Keislaman Untuk Memfasilitasi Berpikir Kritis Siswa
Lembar kerja peserta didik dapat dikembangkan dengan memadukan materi pembelajaran dengan materi lain atau dengan memadukan nilai moral dan akhlak. Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai keislaman didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian literature review terkait integrasi keislaman pada LKPD pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literatue Review (SLR) dengan research question dalam penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) terintegrasi keislaman dapat memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kriitis siswa”. Artikel yang digunakan menjadi sumber data berasal dari jurnal terindeks sinta dan sesuai dengan kata kunci yang digunakan. Didapatkan sebanyak 20 artikel yang terpublikasi 8 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pengambangan LKPD terbukti valid, praktif dan efektif, serta dapat memfasilitasi berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Peserta didik juga tidak hanya pendapatkan ilmu kognitif, tetapi juga mendapatkan pengetahuan nilai-nilai keislaman
Mapping Leadership Style and Decision-Making in Islamic Education: A Case Study of SDIT Salman Alfarisi Yogyakarta
Purpose – This study aims to identify and map the leadership style and decision-making process implemented at SDIT Salman Alfarisi Yogyakarta, focusing on the leadership of Mrs. Fauziah Andini as the Vice Principal for Public Relations. The primary objective is to understand how spiritual values influence leadership practices, governance structures, and organizational culture within an Islamic educational institution.
Design/methods – The research employed a qualitative case study approach to explore leadership dynamics in depth. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis, enabling triangulation and contextual understanding of leadership practices and decision-making processes. Thematic analysis was used to interpret data and construct conceptual linkages between spirituality, professionalism, and governance.
Findings – The findings reveal that Mrs. Andini’s leadership harmonizes administrative competence, moral integrity, and spiritual consciousness, forming a faith-based yet professional model of leadership. Leadership is perceived as a spiritual mandate rather than a mere managerial function, characterized by collective, empathetic, and reflective decision-making. Success functions as a driver for innovation, while failure serves as an opportunity for introspection and improvement, fostering a collaborative and adaptive organizational culture.
Research implications/limitations – This study highlights the transformative potential of spiritually grounded leadership in enhancing institutional effectiveness, participatory governance, and moral integrity within Islamic educational contexts. Nevertheless, its single-case design limits the generalizability of findings. Future research should adopt comparative or multi-site approaches across various Islamic schools and cultural settings to assess the broader applicability and long-term outcomes of faith-informed leadership models.
Practical implications – The study suggests that leadership development programs in Islamic education should integrate spiritual intelligence, ethical reasoning, and participatory management to cultivate leaders who are both competent and morally grounded. Additionally, institutional policies should reinforce transparent communication, teamwork, and shared accountability to strengthen trust and organizational resilience.
Originality/value – This research contributes to the academic discourse on Islamic educational leadership by presenting an empirical model of faith-informed leadership that integrates spirituality, professionalism, and ethical governance. It offers a unique framework illustrating how spiritual consciousness can be operationalized within modern educational management to enhance sustainability, innovation, and moral excellence in Islamic institutions
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Scrabble Terhadap Peningkatan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Arab Siswa Kelas V di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Falah Oelaba
This study aims to determine the effect of using the Scrabble game media on improving Arabic vocabulary mastery among fifth-grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Falah Oelaba. The method used in this study is a quantitative design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, involving the measurement of students’ vocabulary mastery before and after being given treatment using the Scrabble game. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ Arabic vocabulary mastery after using the Scrabble media. Statistical testing using the Wilcoxon test produced an Asymp. Sig. value of 0.001, indicating a significant difference between the students\u27 pretest and posttest scores. The implication of this study is that the use of game-based media such as Scrabble can increase students’ active engagement in Arabic language learning, thereby helping them to master vocabulary more effectively. Nevertheless, the study also faced several challenges, such as the time needed for students to adapt to the game rules and limitations in tools during online learning. Therefore, further research is recommended to explore the application of game-based media under various learning conditions and with more diverse methods
Analisis Implikasi Penerapan Bi’ah Lughawiyyah pada Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Arab Naatiq Internasional Arabiyyah
This study aims to analyze the implementation of bi\u27ah lughawiyyah and its implications for the acquisition of Arabic by participants at the Naatiq International Arabic Language and Literature Course Institute. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical research type. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, with the main informants consisting of the founder and tutor as well as course participants. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and its validity is tested through source and technique triangulation. The results of the study show that the linguistic environment in the institution is implemented systematically through the integration of institutional character, learning programs, language rules, periodic evaluations, and the role of tutors as linguistic models. The implementation of an Arabic language environment has proven to have a positive impact on improving participants\u27 Arabic language competence, particularly speaking skills, and contributes to the formation of self-confidence and positive affective attitudes. In addition, language habits and discipline play a role in shaping participants\u27 linguistic habits on an ongoing basis. However, this study also found a number of challenges, such as differences in participants\u27 backgrounds, abilities, and levels of motivation, which require adaptive pedagogical management. This study confirms that bi\u27ah lughawiyyah is not merely a local institutional tradition, but rather a pedagogical approach with a strong theoretical foundation in the acquisition of Arabic as a second language. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of Arabic language learning, particularly in the design of an effective and sustainable language environment
