CRAMER’S RULE IN INTERVAL MIN-PLUS ALGEBRA
A min-plus algebra is a set , where is the set of all real numbers, equipped with the minimum and addition operations. The system of linear equations in min-plus algebra can be solved using Cramer's rule. Interval min-plus algebra is an extension of min-plus algebra, with the elements in it being closed intervals. The set is denoted by equipped with two binary operations, namely minimum and addition . The matrix with notation is a matrix over interval min-plus algebra with size . Since the structure of min-plus algebra and interval min-plus algebra are analogous, the system of linear equations in interval min-plus algebra can be solved using Cramer's rule. IMPROVING CLUSTER ACCURACY IN TUITION FEES: A MULTILAYER PERCEPTRON NEURAL NETWORK AND RANDOM FOREST APPROACH
Manual classification of Single Tuition Fees (STF) has a high risk of misclassification due to the need for a more in-depth assessment of students' economic criteria. This research uses Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), specifically the Multilayer Perceptron (NN-MLP) model, to detect and correct errors in Single Tuition Fee (STF) classification. This study aims to apply the NN model to identify and correct classification errors in the STF clustering of State Islamic Religious Universities in Indonesia (PTKIN). This research was conducted using exploratory methods and quantitative approaches involving a population of PTKIN students throughout Indonesia. A sample of 282 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling method. The results showed that NN-MLP is an effective tool for identifying and correcting misclassification in determining PTKIN tuition fees with significantly improved classification accuracy characterized by an accuracy value of 71.28% and MSE of 0.287; this model can be used as a basis for developing information systems that are fairer and more accurate in managing tuition fees in higher education. This research also proves that the NN method is superior to traditional statistical methods and simple machine learning in handling complex and diverse data. In addition, the Random Forest model successfully identified the most influential input variables in STF classification. Father's occupation, mother's occupation, number of dependents, and utility bills such as water and electricity significantly contributed to the STF classification. In contrast, variables such as vehicle facilities showed a lower contribution
Isolation of Carrageenan from Eucheuma cottonii by Variying Alkaline Solutions
The carrageenan can be isolated by combining alkaline KOH, NaOH, and Ca(OH)2 solutions. Alkaline solutions of KOH: NaOH, KOH: Ca(OH)2, and NaOH: Ca(OH)2 were combined to extract carrageenan. The amount of the solution was varied, the carrageenan groups were characterized using FTIR, and the carrageenan’s gel strength was tested. The extraction results obtained the highest yield in the combination of alkaline solutions Ca(OH)2 80%+KOH 20%, which is equal to 70.18% FTIR test results for carrageenan produced from the extraction of Eucheuma cottonii seaweed showed absorption showing the type of kappa (κ) carrageenan. The highest gel strength test results were obtained in an alkaline solution of Ca(OH)2 80%: NaOH 20%, which was 252.5 g bloom, and the lowest was made in a solution of Ca(OH)2 80%: KOH 20%, which was 21.0 g bloom
Hydrothermal Synthesis and Characterization of Sodalite from Feldspar Mesawa Minerals
The mineral feldspar is a potential raw material in zeolite synthesis because of the high content of SiO2 and Al2O3. Characterization of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) on Mesawa feldspar minerals showed high crystallinity and aluminosilicate composition. The synthesis process uses the hydrothermal method with various times and concentrations of NaOH. The sample was mixed with NaOH, stirred until homogeneous at 300 rpm for 1 hour, and transferred to an autoclave. The autoclave was tightly closed and heated in an oven at 170 °C for 72 hours. XRD and XRF analysis revealed that the feldspar mineral had changed to sodalite with a purity of 90.89% and 90.06%; with a yield of 80.89% and 87.36%. FTIR characteristics show a specific peak for sodalite at 422-460 cm-1 related to Si-O bond vibrations, and absorption bands at 698 and 719 cm-1 related to Al-OH vibrations. The SEM results confirmed the morphology of the sodalite resembling balls like raspberries". This research proves that the Mesawa feldspar mineral sample contains type 6 secondary building units, the same blocks as zeolite analcime and cancrinite, so it has the potential as an adsorbent for heavy metals and as a catalyst alternativ
The Analysis of The Absorption Capabilities of The Heavy Metal Mercury (Hg) in Mangrove Crab (Scylla serrata), Mangrove Snail (Telescopium telescopium) and Mangrove Clams (Polymesoda erosa)
Mercury is a neurotoxic heavy metal with high bioaccumulation ability in aquatic biota, such as mangrove crabs (Scylla serrata), mangrove snails (Telescopium telescopium), and mangrove mussels (Polymesoda erosa), which are widely consumed by humans, and used as bioindicators of pollution. This study aimed to analyze the effect of mercury solution concentration and species differences on mercury absorption in the three biota. The method used was experimental treatment with mercury concentrations of 1 ppm, 5 ppm, 10 ppm, and control. Samples were analyzed using the AAS Cold Vapor method at the IPB Bogor Proling Laboratory. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using two-way Anova with an α level of 0.05, followed by the Duncan Test if the hypothesis was accepted. Research data will be processed using SPSS 26.0 software. The results showed that mercury concentration and species differences influenced the ability to absorb mercury. Mangrove clams had the highest mercury accumulation compared to mangrove snails and mangrove crabs, especially in the 5 ppm and 10 ppm treatments. The highest mercury exposure occurred on the second day of observation.
 
Mapping of the Transportation Sector in Maluku Province Using Biplot Analysis
The transportation sector is one sector that contributes to economic development. Economic activity will develop if it has good infrastructure and transportation facilities for accessibility. This study aims to map regencies/cities in Maluku province based on the characteristics of the transportation sector. The method used is Biplot analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the results of mapping 11 regencies/cities in Maluku Province if grouped according to the location of the quadrant divided into 2 clusters, namely Cluster 1 consisting of the City Ambon, West Seram Regency, Central Maluku Regency, Buru Regency, Tual City, Southeast Maluku Regency, and Tanimbar Islands Regency. The seven regencies/cities have similar characteristics of the transportation sector in the percentage of villages where public transportation is available with fixed routes, the widest type of land surface is asphalt/concrete, and the road can be passed by four wheels throughout the year. While Cluster 2 consists of Eastern Seram Regency, South Buru Regency, Southwest Maluku Regency, and Aru Islands Regency. The four regencies have similar characteristics of the transportation sector in the percentage of villages based on the availability of land and sea transportation infrastructure, the availability of sea transportation infrastructure only, public transportation is not available or available without a fixed route, the widest type of land surface is in the form of soil or hardened with gravel, the road cannot be passed by four wheels or four wheels can pass but only in the dry season. Meanwhile, based on the Euclidean distance, it can be made more specific into 4 clusters, namely Cluster 1 is Ambon City, Cluster 2 includes West Seram Regency, Central Maluku Regency, Buru Regency, Tual City, Southeast Maluku Regency, and Tanimbar Islands Regency. Meanwhile, Cluster 3 includes Eastern Seram Regency, South Buru Regency, and Southwest Maluku Regency, and Cluster 4 is Aru Islands Regency
Pelaksanaan Rehabilitasi Bagi Warga Binaan Narkotika
Rehabilitation is a way or process of recovering narcotics abuse for addicts, abusers and victims who are carried out medically or socially in order to restore community members so that they no longer fall into narcotics. Rehabilitation is an alternative method determined by certain procedures and conditions. This study aims to analyze and explain the implementation of rehabilitation of prisoners of narcotics crimes in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Law Number 22 of 2022. Based on the analysis of the implementation of rehabilitation for prisoners of narcotics crimes, social rehabilitation activities are carried out by applying the Therapeutic Community method, which is a stage of rehabilitation where a person must strive to restore himself without being given facilities in general by carrying out the stages of recove. The results showed that based on the analysis of the implementation of rehabilitation for prisoners of narcotics crimes in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2009, although only social rehabilitation activities can be carried out by applying the Therapeutic Community method. This stage of rehabilitation is a stage of rehabilitation where a person must strive to restore themselves without being given facilities in general by carrying out stages of recovery. Meanwhile, the implementation of rehabilitation of prisoners in narcotics cases that can be carried out is only social rehabilitation while medical rehabilitation is the responsibility of BNN in collaboration with the Hospital
Dampak Hukum Perjanjian Kerjasama Pemerintah Daerah Dan PT. Blue Bay Divers Terhadap Pengelolaan Pulau Saronde
Saronde Island is administratively included in Ponelo Islands District, North Gorontalo Regency. The management of Saronde Island was previously carried out by PT Gorontalo Alam Bahari since 2013, then transferred to PT Blue Bay Divers through a new five-year cooperation. An evaluation of the agreement is needed to review the results and losses incurred. This study aims to determine the impact of the agreement between the Regional Government and PT Blue Bay Divers on the management of Saronde Island and analyse the legal consequences in the event of losses. This research uses empirical law research method and qualitative approach. The results show that the agreement has fulfilled the legal requirements, with the agreement of both parties, proven by the signing of the contract. The cooperation has a positive impact, such as increased development on Saronde Island, foreign tourist visits, local revenue, and environmental preservation. The negative impact is the lack of contribution to economic growth and empowerment of local communities. The research found that management by BBD has not fulfilled justice and benefits for local communities. The unilateral termination of the previous cooperation with PT Gorontalo Alam Bahari that was not in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding became a weak point. The Regional Government is considered not to have suffered financial losses, but legally, the policies taken must prioritise the welfare of the people. Therefore, it is important to review the government's decision, improve community involvement in the economic ecosystem, and ensure fairness in the implementation of this cooperation. This research recommends the establishment of local regulations as a legal umbrella to protect cooperation with third parties, ensure supervision of the implementation of agreements, and encourage cooperation that is oriented towards the welfare of local communities for sustainable and inclusive development for all stakeholders
PELATIHAN PENYUSUNAN RENCANA PEMBELAJARAN DAN ASESMEN BERDASARKAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA UNTUK GURU SD DI KECAMATAN KAIRATU
Pembelajaran dan asesmen merupakan satu kesatuan yang sebaiknya tidak dipisahkan. Guru dan siswa perlu memahami kompetensi yang dituju, sehingga keseluruhan proses pembelajaran diupayakan untuk mencapai kompetensi tersebut. Pembelajaran dapat diawali dengan proses perencanaan asesmen dan perencanaan pembelajaran. Guru perlu merancang asesmen yang dilaksanakan pada awal pembelajaran, pada saat pembelajaran, dan pada akhir pembelajaran. Perencanaan asesmen, terutama pada asesmen awal pembelajaran sangat perlu dilakukan, karena untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan belajar siswa, dan hasilnya digunakan untuk merancang pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tahap capaian siswa. Namun pada kenyataannya, para guru sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran dan asesmen. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan kegiatan pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk inservice training yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para guru SD di kecamatan Kairatu kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat untuk menyusun rencana pembelajaran dan asesmen berdasarkan kurikulum merdeka. Target khusus yang akan dicapai adalah tersedianya Rencana Pembelajaran dan Asesmen, sehingga menjadi pedoman untuk guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajara
The One-Gate Management System and Temple Conservation: A Comparative Study of Borobudur and Angkor Wat Temples
This study aims to analyze the management of Borobudur Temple in Indonesia and Angkor Wat in Cambodia as world heritage sites, focusing on a comparison between single-gate management and conservation-based approaches. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, involving data collection through literature review, observation, and interviews. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman approach, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the management of Borobudur Temple has undergone significant transformation, shifting from multi-party management to a single-gate system in 2024 under InJourney Destination Management (IDM). This approach integrates Borobudur as both a tourist destination and a place of worship for Buddhists, with challenges arising in harmonizing conservation and tourism needs. Meanwhile, Angkor Wat has been managed by the APSARA Authority since 1995, with a stronger emphasis on conservation and controlled management to maintain its appeal to tourists while prioritizing the preservation of its cultural and historical values. The study concludes that single-gate management has the potential to enhance efficiency and synergy but requires adaptive strategies to ensure conservation sustainability. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive comparison of two management models, offering valuable insights for managing other world heritage sites. The study recommends a more balanced integration of tourism, conservation needs, and local community involvement to support the advancement of social sciences and humanities, particularly in the field of cultural heritage management studies
