Disseminating False Medical Information on Websites: Its Ruling and its Impacts from a Jurisprudential Perspective
jurisprudential rulings and effects of dissemination of wrong medical information on websites. The study follows the inductive and descriptive approach. Some of the most important findings of the study are as follows: Adapting the medical advice revolves around being a lease or royalty agreement, and adapting the unpaid dissemination of medical information is an act of righteousness. The doctor who publishes false information ignorantly is a guarantor. If a doctor who strives to publish information on a website, after verifying it, finds out later on that it is false information, he will be rewarded by Almighty Allah, but he has to admit that what has been published is wrong. As for the doctor who shares false medical information intentionally, his behavior is deemed an act of deception and lying, and it requires worldly punishment and the hereafter sin.
The research recommends Ministries of health, information technology authorities, and other relevant authorities that a great attention must be paid to the official and institutional websites that publish medical information; it also highlights the necessity of developing mechanisms for the creation of websites and rules that govern their work. In addition, the study recommends that doctors who own websites should publish real copies of their qualifications and scientific certificates.
Finally, the researcher recommends that wrong information published on websites should be corrected, and that financial fees for browsing medical websites should not be exaggerated
Teachers\u27 Viewpoints about the Effectiveness of Distance Education on Kindergarten Children\u27s Developmental Skills during the Pandemic
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of distance education in developing the developmental skills of kindergarten children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in light of the Corona pandemic. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The sample was randomly selected, consisting of (70) female teachers. The results were analyzed by (SPSS), the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of distance teaching in developing the developmental skills of all Kindergarten children (with regard to memory activities, perception activities and thinking and developmental activities) from the point of view kindergarten teachers it was ahighiy rated. As for attention activities, from the point of view of kindergarten teachers, they were moderate. The results of the study showed that there is a difference in the viewpoints of kindergarten teachers about the effectiveness of Distance education in developing the developmental skills kindergarten children according to age in favor of the older group. The results of the study also showed that there is a difference according to their professional experience in favor of more years.

The Impact of a Program Based on Education for Sustainability Principles in Developing Awareness of Climate Change and the Environmental Citizenship Values Among Middle School Students in Slum Areas.
The research aimed to reveal the Impact of a program based on education for sustainability principles in developing awareness of climate change and the environmental citizenship values among second-grade middle school students in slum areas. The research relied on the quasi-experimental approach. The sample consisted of (103) students and were divided into two groups: experimental group (52), and a control group (51), The climate change awareness scale was applied. Prepared by Abd Hamid, et al. (2021), translation by the researchers, and the environmental citizenship values scale. Prepared by the researchers, the results were analyzed using the t-test, and the size effect using Cohen’s d. The research reached a number of results: There were a statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the means scores of the experimental and control group in the post-measurement of awareness of climate change and environmental citizenship values in favor of the experimental group, as all Cohen\u27s d values were greater than (0.80), while there were not statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in post and follow-up measurements, which indicates the continuity of the impact of the program in developing the awareness of climate change and the environmental citizenship values.

International Judicial Cooperation to Combat Money Laundering According to the Palestinian and the UAE Legislation: A Comparative Study
This study sheds light on the mechanisms of international judicial cooperation, and the most prominent challenges that impede international action in combating the crime of money laundering, which prevent the effective realization of combating this crime in Palestine and the United Arab Emirates as required. The study was divided into two sections, the first deals with the nature of international judicial cooperation, and the second deals with the mechanisms of international judicial cooperation and the most prominent obstacles in Palestine and the United Arab Emirates.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the absence of an internal Palestinian legal organization for international judicial cooperation in criminal matters, the lack of bilateral agreements in this field between the State of Palestine and other countries, the weakness of international judicial cooperation in the field of combating money laundering in Palestine, and the absence of a specialized judiciary of money laundering crimes in Palestine. The situation is quite the opposite in the United Arab Emirates.
The most prominent recommendations of the study are the need to pass a law on judicial cooperation in criminal matters in Palestine, internationalize the procedures for prosecuting perpetrators and to try to unify them, find mechanisms to compel countries, especially countries that do not have bilateral or regional agreements or treaties, extradite criminals and accused persons in their territory, establish international criminal record for organized crimes and money laundering crimes so that the national judge can refer to this record and rely on it in his/her judgment, harmonize between internal laws and the rules of international law, balance in the application of the principle of national sovereignty, the principle of reciprocity, double criminality, and non-strictness in the application of the principle of banking secrecy. and the necessity of recognizing the legal effect of international, regional and bilateral agreements on the internal application
PRESENCE OF ATHEROMATOUS PLAQUES AND THEIRS EFFECTS ON THE BLOOD FLOW
The paper utilizes a finite element method to study both the blood flow and atheromatous plaques. Specifically, the COMSOL finite element package is employed to achieve a fluid model. COMSOL is a powerful finite element tool commonly used in various research and industrial domains to study multiphysics problems. The focus of the investigation is on the geometric aspects of the atheromatous plaques. The study considers different forms and arrangements of stenosis, taking into account the irregularities formed by various shapes of the plaques and the resulting flow patterns. The key findings of the research suggest that the pressure and velocity of blood flow in the artery are dependent on the presence, position, number, and shape of the atheromatous plaques. This information is crucial for understanding the impact of these plaques on blood flow dynamics and may have implications for the diagnosis and treatment of arterial conditions
DEVELOPMENT OF TIO2/NH2-MIL-125 NANOCOMPOSITE FOR THE REMOVAL OF CIPROFLOXACIN UNDER INDUCED SOLAR IRRADIATION
This research focuses on the development and application of Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs)-based nanocomposites for the photocatalytic removal of pharmaceutical contaminants, with a specific emphasis on ciprofloxacin (CIP). The photocatalytic degradation of CIP was investigated using as-synthesized photocatalysts of TiO2 nanowires (TiO2NWs), bare MOF of NH2-MIL-125, TiO2NW/NH2-MIL-125 composite, and Lanthanum (La)-doped composite. Intriguingly, the TiO2NW/NH2-MIL-125 composite exhibited the highest efficiency, achieving a photodegradation rate of 0.0111 min-1, surpassing the independent performances of bare MOF of NH2-MIL-125 and TiO2NW. The observed efficiency was attributed to the formation of a Z-scheme heterojunction which improves charge separation and the generation of active species (•O2– and •OH) under the induced solar irradiation. Furthermore, the first-order rate constant of 0.0111 min-1 estimated for the TiO2NW/NH2-MIL-125 photocatalyst demonstrates promising and competitive performance when compared to prior research. This study emphasizes the potential for enhancing MOF photocatalytic properties through formation of heterojunction with inorganic photocatalysts like TiO2, particularly for pharmaceutical wastewater treatment. This research presents a promising solution for addressing pharmaceutical contaminations and invites further exploration into MOFs-based photocatalysis, recognizing experimental limitations and the scarcity of relevant literature
MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF AN EPIDEMIC IN SCALE-FREE NETWORK WITH IMPERFECT VACCINATION
In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, the mathematical epidemiological model has proven to be essential for understanding the disease dynamic and finding the best control tool to help contain the disease and minimize its impact. This thesis investigates the dynamics of an infectious disease spread with latent infection and vaccination. The aim is to study this model\u27s dynamic in a network that reflects the heterogeneity of the environment where the disease spreads. The vaccination is assumed to be not perfect, which means that vaccinated persons are likely to be infected and that the vaccinated person could lose their immunity, i.e., the waning rate of the vaccination. Using an extended version of the SEIR model with an additional vaccination compartment model, we first studied the single patch model, and we showed the basic properties in terms of the existence of a solution and its feasibility, as well as the basic reproduction number and stability results. The study was extended to scale-free networks to model the non-uniform connectivity of real-world populations, reflecting the varied susceptibility and contact rates among different groups. The findings highlight the critical thresholds for disease control and emphasize the complex interplay between network topology and disease dynamics. This study advances our understanding of epidemic control and underscores the importance of considering network structures in public health strategies
FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERIZATION OF POTATO ARP1 GENE ENCODING AUXIN- REPRESSED PROTEIN IN ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA UNDER SALINITY STRESS CONDITIONS
Auxin-repressed proteins (ARPs) are conserved in higher plants and are involved in plant growth anddevelopment by controlling gene expression. ARP1 has been studied for its role in biotic stress response, but its role in abiotic stress response remains unclear. In this study, transgenic Arabidopsis plants expressing potato ARP1 were evaluated for their salinity stress response. By gradually increasing NaCl concentrations from 0 to 200mM, plants were subjected to high salinity stress. As compared to wild-type (WT) control plants under stressed conditions, the ARP1 transgenic plants demonstrated improved height and root length and higher chlorophyll content. Under NaCl-induced salinity stress, the stomatal conductance of ARP1 plants was higher than that of WT plants. These measures indicate stress-related tissue damage and plant water status, respectively. As compared to WT plants, ARP1 plants accumulated more proline. Genes encoding antioxidant enzymes such as, Ascorbate peroxidase (APX), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Catalase (CAT) were expressed at higher levels in ARP1 plants, indicating better ROS (Reactive oxygen species) detoxification capacity. Chlorophyll-a fluorescence kinetics analyses showed that overexpression of the S. tuberosum ARP1 gene increased PIABS and PItotal indices as well as quantum yields and efficiency of photosystem II (PSII) as measured in eleven critical photosynthetic parameters, on salinity stressed ARP1 plants. RNA-seq analyses were conducted to characterize ARP1 plants further. Overall, this study has exhibited the positive role of potato auxin-repressed protein in alleviating salinity stress tolerance in higher plants
CELLULAR AUTOMATA MODELING APPROACH OF ADDICTION
This thesis develops a mathematical model and cellular automata simulations to study the spread of drug addiction in populations, incorporating key factors like peer influence, substance availability, support networks, and awareness campaigns. The model describes transitions between non-use, experimental use, recreational use, and addiction states. Mathematical analysis establishes model properties, while an irregular graph cellular automata framework analyzes emerging spatial patterns and behaviors. Extensive scenario simulations explore peer influence, isolation, substance availability, support networks, and awareness campaign impacts, enabling visualization of model evolution over time and determining thresholds, tipping points, and intervention effectiveness. The findings provide an actionable understanding of addiction trends to inform prevention and intervention strategies by policymakers and healthcare providers. The research contributes insights into addiction dynamics, control mechanisms, and societal impact while laying the foundation for future work incorporating richer individual dynamics, multi-addiction interplay, real-world data integration, and advanced treatment strategies
EXCLUSION TESTS FOR APPROXIMATING ALL SOLUTIONS OF NONLINEAR EQUATIONS
The exclusion test is a mathematical technique used to isolate and approximate solutions of nonlinear equations within a defined interval. This thesis introduces a new exclusion test-based approach that aims to accelerate convergence to the zeros of nonlinear equations within a compact domain. By selecting Taylor, series, and Lipschitz test and solving nonlinear equations, the proposed method substantially reduces the number of subintervals necessary for accurate approximation. The primary contribution of this research is the development of a more efficient algorithm, which significantly improves the speed of convergence. These findings have meaningful implications for the field of numerical analysis, presenting a novel method that optimizes the process of solving nonlinear equations and enhances computational efficiency
