Sondaggio sulla rivista Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft condotto tra membri e lettori: Risultati, giugno 2024
No full textEine Umfrage unter den deutschsprachigen Mitgliedern der ASP zur Zeitschrift Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft wurde im Frühsommer 2024 durchgeführt. Anlass war, dass die ASP die Zeitschrift künftig nicht mehr allein finanzieren kann. Die Umfrage zeigt, dass die PTW unter den Mitgliedern gut bekannt ist, gelesen und geschätzt wird. Manche Einzelwie auch Kollektivmitglieder sind bereit, einen freiwilligen finanziellen Zusatzbeitrag zur Sicherung der Weiterexistenz der PTW zu leisten.A survey of German-speaking members of the ASP on the journal Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft was conducted in early summer 2024. The reason for this was that the ASP will no longer be able to finance the journal alone in future. The survey shows that PTW is well known, read and appreciated by members. Some individual and collective members are prepared to make a voluntary additional financial contribution to ensure the continued existence of the PTW.All’inizio dell’estate 2024 è stato condotto un sondaggio tra i membri di lingua tedesca dell’ASP sulla rivista Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft. Il motivo è che l’ASP in futuro non sarà più in grado di finanziare da sola la rivista. Dall’indagine risulta che la PTW è ben conosciuta, letta e apprezzata dai suoi membri. Alcuni membri singoli e associazioni collettive sono disposti a dare un contributo finanziario aggiuntivo su base volontaria per garantire la continuità di PTW

No full textDas Gefühl der Nichtzugehörigkeit zum Geburtsgeschlecht ist nicht neu, als Phänomen kann es bis in die antike Mythologie zurückverfolgt werden. Aber es war stets selten, wohingegen aktuell ein sprunghafter Anstieg von Abweichungen im Geschlechtsidentitätserleben bei Jugendlichen zu verzeichnen ist. Der Text geht dieser Problematik anhand der Frage nach, inwieweit diese Entwicklung auch ein Resultat kultureller und vor allem aber medientechnologischer Umbrüche ist, die bedingen, dass Jugendliche sich im «falschen Geschlecht» wähnen und im Extremfall eine Transition anstreben. Die wichtigsten Eckpunkte des geplanten deutschen Selbstbestimmungsgesetzes werden vorgestellt, das allerdings der zugrundeliegenden Problematik kaum gerecht werden dürfte. Der Text schließt damit, dass er diesbezüglich eine Reihe offener Fragen benennt und erste Antworten versucht.The feeling of not belonging to one’s birth sex is not new; as a phenomenon it can be traced back to ancient mythology. But it was always rare, whereas recently there has been a sharp increase in gender identity deviations, especially among adolescents. The text explores the extent to which this development is a result of cultural and, above all, media-technological upheavals, which cause young people to believe they are in the «wrong gender» and, in extreme cases, to strive for transition. The most important cornerstones of the planned Self-Identification law are presented, which are however unlikely to do justice to the underlying problems. In conclusion, the text addresses a number of open questions in this regard and attempts initial answers.La sensazione di non appartenenza al proprio sesso di nascita non è nuova; come fenomeno, può essere fatta risalire alla mitologia antica. Ma è sempre stato raro, mentre attualmente è in forte aumento il numero di giovani che sperimentano deviazioni dell’identità di genere. Il testo esamina questo problema chiedendosi fino a che punto questo sviluppo sia anche il risultato di sconvolgimenti culturali e, soprattutto, mediatico-tecnologici, che inducono i giovani a credere di essere del «sesso sbagliato» e, in casi estremi, a mirare a una transizione. Vengono presentati i punti chiave più importanti della prevista legge tedesca sull’autodeterminazione, anche se è improbabile che ciò renda giustizia al problema di fondo. Il testo si conclude menzionando una serie di questioni aperte a tale riguardo, cercando di fornire delle prime risposte

No full textUntersuchungen zeigen, dass Mütter einen deutlichen Einfluss auf das Essverhalten ihrer Töchter haben. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es daher, die Beziehung zwischen bulimischen Töchtern und ihren Müttern aus Sicht der Tochter zu betrachten. Es wurde untersucht, ob die Betroffenen einen Zusammenhang zwischen ihrer Erkrankung und der Beziehung zu ihrer Mutter sehen bzw. welche anderen Erklärungen die Tochter für die Entwicklung ihrer Krankheit hat. Dazu wurden fünf Frauen mit Bulimie zu ihrer Erkrankung und ihrer Beziehung zu ihrer Mutter mittels narrativen Interviews befragt. Die gewonnenen Daten wurden sodann mittels dokumentarischer Methode ausgewertet und dabei eine formulierende und reflektierende Interpretation, sowie, im letzten Schritt der Auswertung, eine komparative Analyse durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Mütter in den Augen ihrer Töchter einen Einfluss auf die Entwicklung der Erkrankung haben. Allerdings konnten noch weitere Aspekte festgestellt werden, wie der Einfluss von Hänseleien innerhalb und ausserhalb der Familie sowie die Nutzung sozialer Medien.Research shows that mothers have a significant influence on their daughters’ eating behavior. The aim of the present study was therefore to look at the relationship between bulimic daughters and their mothers, from the daughter’s point of view. It was investigated whether the affected women see a connection between their mothers or what other explanations the daughter has for the development of her illness. For this purpose, five women with bulimia were interviewed about their illness and their relationship with their mother by means of narrative interviews. The data obtained were then analyzed using documentary methods, with formulative and reflective interpretation and in a final step of evaluation, a comparative analysis. The results show that mothers have an influence on the development of the disease in the eyes of their daughters. However, other aspects could be identified, such as the influence of teasing within and outside the family as well as the use of social media.Gli studi dimostrano che le madri hanno un influsso significativo sul comportamento alimentare delle figlie. Lo scopo dello studio è stato, quindi, quello di esaminare la relazione tra figlie bulimiche e le rispettive madri dal punto di vista della figlia. Si è esaminato se le persone colpite vedono una correlazione tra la loro malattia e il rapporto con la madre o quali altre spiegazioni hanno addotto per spiegare lo sviluppo della loro malattia. A tal fine, a cinque donne affette da bulimia sono state poste domande sulla loro malattia e sul rapporto con la loro madre mediante interviste di tipo narrativo. I dati ottenuti sono stati poi analizzati con il metodo documentario ed è stata fornita un’interpretazione riflettente e formulante nonché, nell’ultima fase della valutazione, un’analisi comparativa. I risultati mostrano che, agli occhi delle figlie, le madri esercitano un influsso sullo sviluppo della malattia. Tuttavia, sono stati individuati anche altri aspetti che hanno un influsso sul disturbo alimentare come l’essere derisi all’interno e all’esterno della famiglia e l’uso dei social media
Il martello di Thor e l’indisponibile: Una risposta al tentativo di Kurt Greiner di creare un paradigma funzionale generale nella scienza psicoterapica
No full textKurt Greiner hat zu Repliken zu seinem in der letzten Ausgabe der Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft veröffentlichten Beitrag «Psychotherapie als Textmedizin» eingeladen. Darin bemüht er sich, die Psychotherapiewissenschaft auf hermeneutischer Basis vom naturwissenschaftlichen Paradigma abzugrenzen und Psychotherapie modalitätenübergreifend als textwissenschaftliches Geschehen auszuweisen. Meine Replik stellt erstens fest, dass Bezeichnungen wie Training der Leidenstext-Kompetenz, Textmedizin oder Funktionalität als Signale in die falsche Richtung verstanden werden können. Zweitens wird bemerkt, dass der Bezug auf die hermeneutische Tradition wichtige Weiterentwicklungen vermissen lässt. Dabei geht es um Alterität, Differenz oder um das Unverfügbare, also um eine nicht zu vernachlässigende Dimension der Psychotherapie und infolge auch der Psychotherapiewissenschaft.Kurt Greiner has invited responses to his article «Psychotherapie als Textmedizin» published in the last issue of Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft. In it, he endeavors to distinguish psychotherapy science from the scientific paradigm on a hermeneutic basis and to identify psychotherapy as a text-scientific process across modalities. My reply notes, firstly, that terms such as training of suffering text competence, text medicine or functionality can be understood as signals in the wrong direction. Secondly, it is noted that the reference to the hermeneutic tradition lacks important further developments. This is about alterity, difference or the unavailable, i. e. a dimension of psychotherapy and consequently of psychotherapy science that should not be neglected.Kurt Greiner ha invitato a rispondere al suo articolo «La psicoterapia come medicina testuale» pubblicato nell’ultimo numero di Psychotherapie-Wissenschaft, in cui si adopera per distinguere la scienza psicoterapica dal paradigma delle scienze naturali su base ermeneutica e presentare la psicoterapia come un evento testuale-scientifico transmodale. In primo luogo, la mia risposta afferma che termini come formazione della competenza relativa al testo sulla sofferenza, medicina testuale o funzionalità possono essere intesi come segnali nella direzione errata. In secondo luogo si nota come il riferimento alla tradizione ermeneutica manchi di importanti ulteriori sviluppi. Si tratta dell’alterità, della differenza o dell’indisponibile, cioè di una dimensione della psicoterapia che non dovrebbe essere trascurata, e di conseguenza anche della scienza psicoterapica
