The Education model of principles on the relationship (PRIOR) for native youth organizations of sekaa teruna teruni improving reproductive health behavior of teenagers in Denpasar city
Reproductive health problems in teenagers become an important issue in Indonesia. A program has been done in national scale, but that’s program have many obstacles, the service time is during working hours, so there are difficult to access, they also have limited resources, Only 12% of teenagers know about that’s a program and only 2% access that services. This is a community trial, involve 241 teenagers. The results showed that there is a significant effect in knowledge 95% CI (14,627-21,952), attitudes 95% CI (6,000-9,001) and practices 95% CI (0.380-2.46), while in negotiation skills there is no effect (P>0.05). Conclusion: The educational intervention model of PRIOR has been proven to improve knowledge, attitudes, and practices. Research suggestions: It is necessary to provide a negotiation strategy topic in an education program for reproductive health to improve the achievement of knowledge, attitudes, and practices into the negotiation skills
Development of culture village through service quality analysis to customer satisfaction
Cities tend to be the focus of development, including the development of the tourism sector. This tendency is motivated by the social demographic factors of the population of the city is much easier to accept the latest issues related to modernization and economic empowerment. Denpasar, as the center of the city, still has green and beautiful land, which is Kertalangu Cultural Village. As a tourist destination, there are many facilities and infrastructures in Kertalangu Cultural Village needs to be improved. The purpose of this research is to find out and provide empirical evidence about the Development of Kertalangu Cultural Village Based on Analysis of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis using mixed methods, both qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that service quality variables such as responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The service quality variable in the form of tangible (physical evidence) has a positive effect but not significant
Mobile payment transaction on MSMEs
The rapid development of technology is driving changes in payment systems in transactions. One payment system is a payment system using a smartphone called Mobile Payment. We can pay attention to Mobile Payment service providers in Indonesia starting to target MSMEs as their target market. This is a very appropriate step considering a large number of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the acceptance of Mobile Payment at MSMEs. By investigating the factors that influence the intention to use Mobile Payment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and interpretive through observation, documentation, and interviews with informants. The informants in this study were the MSMEs Owner and Managers in Denpasar. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Mobile Payment has not been fully accepted by MSMEs in Denpasar. Consumers use Mobile Payment because they have partnered with the application, if for offline shopping consumers rarely use and use more cash. The results showed the Perception of Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Perception of Comfort, and Social Influence affect the acceptance of Mobile Payment at MSMEs in Denpasar
Safe haven investment during turbulent conditions in Indonesia and Philippines capital market
Haven investment is a safe and profitable asset for investors during turbulent capital market conditions. Investors tend to divert investment in shares owned to safe-haven assets to secure investment value during the decline in value on the stock market. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence related to the ability of gold as a safe-haven investment in the State of Indonesia and the ability of gold as a safe-haven investment in the Philippines. The data used in this study is a daily return from the period January 1, 2018, to February 20, 2020. Data analysis techniques used in this study use the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) stationary test and the quantile regression analysis test with a quintile rate of 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%, and 10%. The results show that gold is a haven investment in Indonesia. Gold is a haven investment in the Philippines
Self efficacy: psychoeducation program on facing the computer-based national exam
The emergence of anxiety on students facing the national exam is caused by the lack of self-efficacy. The low self-efficacy of students has an impact on the psychological state that can create feelings of fear and pressure on students, thus hampering students' success in facing the national exam. This study wants to see an increase in students' self-efficacy through psychoeducation programs. The design in this study uses The One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The number of participants in this study was 100 participants, obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a self-efficacy scale consisting of 11 items. The statistical test used is Wilcoxon with SOFA software version 1.5.2. The results of this study indicate that the pretest score obtained M = 25.0 and the post-test score obtained M = 31.0. The results of testing the hypothesis obtained values ??W (486.5) and p (.000 < 0.05), so there is an increase in self-efficacy through psychoeducation programs. The difference in the pretest and posttest scores shows that the psychoeducation program is an activity that can improve students' self-efficacy, especially for students of 4 senior high school Bone which will face the national exam
Competitive advantage and organisational performance in selected firms
This study examined competitive advantage and organizational performance in, Delta State. A 12-item validated structured questionnaire served as the research instrument to 125 staff and customers of the selected firms in Delta State. Two objectives and hypotheses to examine the impact of resource availability on organizational performance and to determine the effect of research and development performance guided the study. The major analytical tools used were correlation and multiple regression analysis. Primary data was used on a sample of 125 members of staff. It was found that there is a strong relationship between Resource availability, Research and development, and firm performance. The researcher, therefore, concluded that Resource availability positively affects the firm strategic performance in the firms selected. Bringing together expertise and capabilities from various organizations improves the performance of a product. Combining financial resources and strategic alliances help in improving the performance of a product. The strategic resources, however, which are generally intangible, are neither easily identifiable nor rapidly developed. Hence, the researcher recommends that there is a need for management of these manufacturing firms to enhance their Resource availability as this will lead to organization performance
The mediating of job satisfaction on effect of organizational commitment and compensation turnover intention
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and compensation on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the SPA in Bali with a total population of 568 therapists. Of the three SPA studied, a total of 235 therapists were selected using proportionate random sampling. This research data was processed using PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. The results found that organizational commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction
Intellectual capital on financial performance in sharia banks in Indonesia
This research was conducted to determine the effect of intellectual capital (VACA,VAHU, STVA) on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The population in this study were all 14 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The sample used in this study met the criteria of 12 Islamic commercial banks using a purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses secondary data in the financial statements for the period 2014-2019. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis show that value-added capital employees (VACA) have a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. Value-added human capital (VAHU) has a negative and significant effect on financial performance in Islamic banks in Indonesia, Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. Structural capital value-added (STVA) has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at Islamic banks in Indonesia for the period 2014-2019. Intellectual capital in banking companies can be used as a tool to increase company value so that it can continue to compete and can develop IC as a tool to increase company value so that it can continue to compete and become better
Selling arak is a business opportunity in sidemen village
Arak Bali is a traditional Balinese alcoholic beverage that is still popular in this modern era. Balinese people are already very familiar with this type of alcoholic drink, especially those who are young or who have religious ceremonies. Arak Bali is widely produced in Sidemen village, Karangasem Regency. This study applies a descriptive qualitative research method. The data were collected through participating observation, interviews with the community in Sidemen village as well as a literature study of Arak Bali. The study found, so far Arak needs have been widespread, from the religious need to commodify into the needs of tourism, especially in bars and restaurants. The Arak cocktail has become a spirit in beverage blends, which can be found in the bars and restaurants in Bali. Therefore, this type of beverage is still an item that has high value in the economic sector as well as support for the life of farmers in Sidemen village. This condition makes farmers in the village of Sidemen to consistently produce wine and retain their legacy
