    Tenure amnesty for the upstream oil and gas industry in the forest area

    The overlap of the operational area of ??the upstream oil and gas industry with forest areas in the Rokan Block as the main contributor to 40 percent of the national oil, threatens the contribution that can be given to national oil needs. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of tenure amnesty to resolve tenurial conflicts in the upstream oil and gas and forest areas. Descriptive analysis was carried out by using the IRAC reasoning scheme, namely issue (I), rule of law (R), analysis (A), and conclusion (C) as forming policy analysis. The findings of this study showed that there were two solutions to resolve tenure conflicts in r upstream oil and gas industrial land and forest areas, namely IPPKH (Borrowing and Use of Forest Areas Permits) and tenure amnesty. Tenure amnesty is better mechanism than IPPKH both socially, economically and institutionally. The presence of the upstream oil and gas industry through tenure amnesty in forest areas, can improve the performance of ecosystem management through harmonization of operations that is followed up by collaborative program

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of IT benefits on employee performance. The specific objective of this study was to determine the effect of moderation in IT-task suitability, satisfaction, and effectiveness of AIS on the effect of IT usefulness on employee performance. The study population and using a purposive sampling method to determine the research sample. Furthermore, primary data was collected using a modified questionnaire from previous researchers and tested the validity and reliability of the instrument. Then, the collected data is tabulated and analyzed using MRA analysis techniques, through the following stages: 1) classical assumption test for compliance with the Best Linear Unbiased Estimator (BLUE) requirements which include: normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test, 2) model feasibility test (F test), 3) analysis of the coefficient of determination (Adj. R2), and 4) hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the usefulness of IT had a significant positive effect on employee performance. IT-task suitability, AIS satisfaction, and AIS effectiveness reinforce the positive influence of AIS benefits on employee performance

    Causes of interpersonal conflict and biparti institution contribution in handling conflict towards tourism industry

    This article contains the results of interpersonal interactions that occur in the tourism industry. This research is a qualitative study using three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The following data retrieval results produce the final results about the causes of interpersonal conflict in the tourism industry, namely (1) differences in the meaning of information to cause discrepancies in the work done, (2) the influence of priorities from tourists. This personal characteristic is caused by the self-concept formed in a person, (3) Unresolved old conflicts so that a compilation of new interpersonal conflicts occurs, old conflicts also contribute. (4) Interpersonal conflict also arises because the leadership style that is applied so that it causes discomfort in work which in the end the work productivity does not decrease

    The use of e-commerce during COVID-19 pandemic towards revenue and volume of MSMEs sales

    A large number of MSMEs in Denpasar City must be able to overcome the challenges caused by the COVID-19 virus and must be able to reach changes around it. Marketing communication must be done as well and as effectively as possible to potential customers. The use of online strategies with e-commerce media is currently the best solution for MSMEs. This is because promotion through online media is easier to reach consumers in terms of introducing or selling their products without having to meet face to face. E-commerce makes it easier for consumers and producers to make transactions. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of e-commerce on the income and sales volume of MSMEs in Denpasar City. Targeting MSMEs as research respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique with a sample of 100 MSME owners. The data obtained will be analyzed using a partial least square (PLS) based structural technique. The results of this study are expected to be able to contribute ideas to related parties, in this case, the community, government, and MSMEs players related to the effect of e-commerce on the income and sales volume of MSMEs

    The role of organizational commitments in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction towards turnover intention on nurses private hospital

    This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurses at private hospitals in South Kuta. The number of samples used was 82 nurses using saturated sampling technique or census methods and collecting data using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results show that there is a negative and significant influence of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment, as well as the role of organizational commitment as a partial mediator between work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention which has a negative and significant effect. The findings in this study imply that companies are required to pay more attention to appropriate compensation and to reward employees who are loyal to the company and pay attention to the working conditions of their employees so that employees will remain in the company

    The research was intended to explore the existence of M?y?danawa story in Bali. A researcher is a key instrument in qualitative research, in addition to the researcher doing more research in the field. The primary data source of this study is the speech data, the instruments used in the study include (1) recording aids in the form of a recording tape to document M?y?danawa storytelling from informants; (2) oral data notes to anticipate loss or obscurity of data from the results of the recording; (3) cameras to document religious aspects related to the M?y?danawa story, unlike, the palinggih relics in the Tirta Empul Tampaksiring temple, the M?y?danawa tunnel/cave and the ritual activities at the holy sites and other related activities. Before conducting data collection, the researcher established good relations with the local community. Data collection was obtained using the methods of participatory observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data collection can be done by naturalistic observation and in-depth interviews or open-ended (or ethnographic in-depth interviews)

    The purpose of this study is to determine the Perception of Selected Elementary School Teachers on Laro ng Lahi in Quirino, Isabela. The participants of this study were ten (10) selected Elementary School Teachers, five (5) from Generation X and five (5) from the Millenials. The researchers utilized qualitative research through face to face interviews. The responses were analyzed through descriptive coding using the thematic analysis. Based on the gathered data’s, Laro ng Lahi is still being played by pupils despite their access to advanced technologies and some of these are Tumbang Preso, Sipa, Patintero, Tagu-Taguan, Chinese Garter, Sungka, Luksong Tinik, Luksong Baka, Holen, Tug of War, Agawang Sisiw, Bum-Bum Lata, Agawan ng Panyo, Agawan ng Base, and Siyato. The importance of Laro ng Lahi can be classified according to its benefit in terms of health, culture, social aspiration, and values. Laro ng Lahi can be preserved employing continuous engagement in the respective houses and classroom integration by considering the use of native materials

    The paper deals with the development of a design concept for a museum of Inca culture in Ecuador. The current trends in the organization of historical museums in Latin America are presented. An overview of the graphic support of the Latin American museums of culture, archeology, and history is made. The historical foundations of the Museum of Inca culture are presented, the iconography of the Inca civilization of various periods is analyzed. The current state of the museum, the history of its foundation, prerequisites for creating a new brand are described. Associative graphic images for creating a new logo for the museum were considered, corporate colors were substantiated, and components of the brand were developed. This will strengthen the museum's brand and increase its social significance for the popularization of the Inca culture

    Validation of blended learning model of applied mathematics through schoological networks for learning in new normal era in vocational education

    This study aims to determine the feasibility of a model of blended learning applied mathematics using Schoology for vocational education. Research using the 4D model development method includes: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate, conducted at the Politeknik Negeri Bali. Data was collected using a validation sheet and student response questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed descriptively. As a result, the design of applied mathematics blended learning using Schoology achieved: feasibility level of 84.91% (high enough), practicality 78.84% (quite practical), and compliance was 88.02% (very high). Blended learning applied mathematics is very appropriate to be used as a model of learning in vocational education. Feasible to use as a learning strategy in vocational education in the new normal era. Needs to be refined and the development process can be continued to the stage of test effectiveness, program evaluation, and dissemination
