This article reveals some of the features of teaching some professional skills and abilities to use a foreign language, the organization of the educational process and some guidelines for the choice of both educational and language material. But in both cases, when translating in the field of business or official communication in the specialty, interpretation requires, first of all, the ability to enter the subject-conceptual content of communication. It may be easier for a specialist acting as a translator in this case than for a professional non-specialist translator, however, in either case, a certain attitude towards the content of the work ahead is required, and, consequently, the ability to create such an attitude in oneself

CT-scan patient dose monitoring on thorax examination in general hospital Sanjiwani Gianyar
Currently, in the world of medicine, the use of medical devices is very important. Along with the development of technology, the need for imaging in radio diagnostics is getting higher. This can be seen from the increasing trend of using medical devices by experts that are tailored to the needs of patients. The progress of radiological examination is growing rapidly with the use of radiation sources, one of which is by using a CT-Scan (Computed Tomography Scanning). The use of CT-Scans must be monitored to ensure the protection and safety of workers, patients, and the public. Protection requirements that must be met in the use of radiation are optimization of radiation protection and safety. The optimization of radiation protection is determined from the diagnostic guide level or the Indonesian Diagnostic Reference Level (I-DRL). The data used in this study is a chest contrast examination with the category of adults (15 years and over). From the CT-Scan irradiation, the CTDIVol and DLP values ??were determined in the 3rd quartile (Q3=75 percentile)
The effectiveness of e-ID card services in subdistrict city North Ternate
This research is a descriptive qualitative study to analyze or explain the effectiveness of e-ID services in Ternate City District Office in improving the handling of service of e-ID; study descriptive aimed to explain something the object of research is relatively deep and focused on the object study. The research results show that the implementation of e-ID services in the District of North Ternate City began recording the mass until manually recording is currently not implemented effectively. This can be proven by several indicators of effectiveness measurement, namely the Achievement of Objectives in terms of the time target has not been achieved. In terms of the final goal, which is the concrete target of recording implementation for compulsory e-ID Card, only 92.49% have been recorded while the remaining 7.51 % have not been recorded. There is miscommunication between the sub-district government and the civil registry office of Ternate City so that for now, all recordings have been pulled in the civil registry office of Ternate City
The development strategy of civil association cooperative
Cooperatives' existence and role in supporting national economic activities are essential and strategic. Strengthening the cooperative economy and small business economy is a priority. Kediri City received the cooperative award from the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSME in 2017. The award was given because it successfully guided and developed Cooperatives. Until now Kediri City has a cooperative citizen association (CA) that has been formed. One hundred fifty cooperatives from a total of 352 CA have been created in the city. Data analysis using SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a project or business speculation. These four factors make up the SWOT acronym (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats). They are used to determine the strategy for developing a CA Cooperative in Kediri. Based on the calculation from the results of the SWOT analysis, the total score of the internal strategic factor analysis (IFAS) obtained a score of 2.54, and this shows that The CA Cooperative has an excellent strength to face the opportunities and threats that occur
Effect of corporate governance on expropriation practices with family ownership as moderation variable
The practice of expropriation is one of the accounting frauds committed by controlling shareholders because of their control rights that exceed cash flow rights. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate governance on the practice of expropriation and the existence of family ownership as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at companies in all sectors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, the sample of this study was 78 companies with 312 observations. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the practice of expropriation in Indonesia can be minimized by implementing adequate corporate governance. The results of this study also prove that companies whose shareholding structures are dominated by the family will maintain control in the company through their management so that they have an impact on limiting governance practices in reducing expropriation practices
Relationship between competitive intelligence and competitive advantage in manufacturing industry
The business environment of today is complex and dynamic due to increasing global competition. The businessman needs to master and know all the information that has strategic value, and Competitive Intelligence is positioned as the most appropriate tool to achieve this goal. Strategic and innovative intelligence were the objectives for this study using a survey. In recent decades, research and publications related to Competitive Intelligence have been increasing, although the military heritage of this field of research and the association with large corporations has meant that the literature is still at an early phase of development and specialization. Competitive Intelligence is closely linked to innovation processes in companies, facilitating its development. Furthermore, it highlights the importance that business management, together with the promotion of absorptive capacity and alignment around Competitive Intelligence will allow companies to improve their competitive advantages, as well as greater success with new products. Descriptive and inferential statistics was used in the analysis. A sample size of 153 was determined using Kotari’s formula. Little research was found on aspects related to small and medium-sized enterprises and patents in relation to Competitive Intelligence
Impact of diversification strategy on organizational performance in manufacturing firms in Nigeria
This study investigated the impact of the Diversification Strategy on Organizational Performance in Manufacturing Firms in Nigeria. The specific objectives of the study are to ascertain the effect of the measures of Diversification Strategy, namely; Product Diversification (PD), and Geographical Diversification (GD), The data was collected through the aid of 5-Likert scale structured question from the respondents that comprised a sample size of one hundred and twelve (112) respondents. The Data collected from the questionnaire was coded using the Excel spreadsheet and entered into Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for analysis using descriptive statistics and presented using inferential statistics where the test for significance, direction, and strength of the relationship was established. Inferential statistics such as correlation analysis were used to discover if two variables are related and the hypotheses of the study were tested using multiple regressions. The findings revealed that Product Diversification (PD) and Geographical Diversification (GD), has a significant relationship with Organizational Performance (ORGP). Based on the findings, the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between Diversification Strategy and Organizational Performance in manufacturing firms. 
Processes aimed at students to improve their learning
Nowadays educators are using less frequent activities that motivate students, usually, some teachers often repeat techniques similar to the previous one, and that causes distraction in children. Motivational activities are factors that influence the teaching-learning process, being the fundamental engine to attract attention and have participative children capable of expressing the knowledge acquired in their environment because they like to know, learn. The objective of the work is to investigate the motivation that the teacher has in the teaching-learning process, which opens the student's reflective observation. The study of playful activities was used that offer the ability to internalize knowledge with technological tools where the modality is applied playing I learn, but it does not necessarily have to do with a game itself, but with a phrase. It was obtained as a result that students learn better with recreational activities than with traditional methodology
The effect of underwriter's reputation and auditor's reputation on underpricing in medium companies taking an initial public offering on the Indonesia stock exchange
The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of auditor reputation and the effect of underwriter reputation on medium-sized companies that conduct initial public offerings. This research was conducted on 190 companies experiencing underpricing listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period, the research data used in this study is secondary data. The number of samples analyzed was 130 development board companies and experienced underpricing because companies that met the sample criteria. The analytical technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study prove that underwriter reputation has a negative influence on underpricing of medium-sized companies that conduct initial public offerings. The reputation of the auditor has no effect on the underpricing of medium-sized companies that make this initial public offering on the IDX
