Anti-suicide themes in popular Ghanaian music: A focus on Nacee’s Yewo Nyame A Yewo Adze
The current article presents the results of a content analysis of a popular Ghanaian gospel song with anti-suicide themes and lyrics that have great potential to prevent suicidal behavior among listeners. The analysis was conducted against a backdrop of public intimations that suicide rates in the country were rising. The results of the analysis show that several lines in the lyrical text implore the listener to resist suicide while offering messages of patience, hope and encouragement, that can serve as preventative to suicide. It is impossible to quantify the full impact of the song on listeners and there is no way of knowing how many suicides have been prevented by the lyrical text of the song and the accompanying video presentation of events captured in the video. That the song has had a powerful impact on people who listen to it is evident in the listeners/viewers comments left at the site of the song/video. The final segment of the article provides excerpts from some individuals’ experiences with the song. The message of hope in the song, that things will get better has had a major effect on people.
How the good corporate governance moderate relationship between corporate social responsibility voluntary disclosure and firm value? A case study on bank listed on IDX 2019-2021
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Good Corporate Governance, which is proxied by managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committees as a moderating variable on the relationship between disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and the value of banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019-2021. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the samples obtained were 31 banks. Tobin's Q is used as a ratio in measuring firm value. The type of data used is secondary data derived from the company's annual report and sustainability report. The data were analysed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable significantly influences the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and firm value. This means that banks that disclose higher Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can increase firm value, especially in companies with a level of implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied by high managerial ownership in banking companies listed on the IDX for 2019-2021

Language cases against UU ITE in Indonesia
Since the law's enactment in 2008, language cases against the Undang-Undang Informarmasi dan Transaksi Electronic Republik of Indonesia (hereafter UU ITE), also known as the Electronic Information and Transaction of Republic of Indonesia Law, have risen year after year. One source of language cases against the law is social media messages, which are the result of their users' lack of legal and intellectual comprehension. Defamation, hate speech against specific persons or SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, intergroup), threats, decency, and obscenity are all prevalent components of the unpleasant content of legal-related social media text messages. The issues addressed in this study are (1) the category of language offence and (2) the microlinguistic and macrolinguistic analysis of the text type of offence. The objective, which is supported by a qualitative descriptive method within the Forensic Linguistics approach, is to identify a system of violations that could be justified based on linguistic facts. The findings demonstrate that texts with the potential to become legal cases can be proven by microlinguistic facts like word choices and grammatical structure, while macrolinguistic facts can support the microlinguistic elements like disregard for language ethics, lack of social media literacy, and lack of editing steps before text publication
Design of remote temperature monitoring system tool using VHF waves based on VFC LM331
A remote temperature monitoring system has been designed and manufactured using VHF waves based on VFC LM331. This remote temperature monitoring system uses the IC LM35 temperature sensor. The technique used for sending data uses radio waves on VHF lines with an OOK (On-Off Keying) modulation system. So that the analogue voltage signal from the sensor can be modulated and transmitted by the transmitter, the voltage must be converted to frequency using a VFC LM331. From the results of measuring the accuracy of the design tool, it was found that the design tool worked well at a temperature of 0 oC up to 99% compared to a reference device. The range of the system that has been designed is much influenced by the frequency of the transmitter used, the more users on that frequency, the shorter the range. The farthest distance that can be reached is around 120 meters at a frequency of 80 MHz while at a frequency of 89 – 106.3 MHz it can only reach around 48 meters
Improvement studies for building capacity at Bali State Poly-technic
Bali State Polytechnic has 6 majors, with 32 study programs. As many prospective students are interested in studying at the Bali State Polytechnic, it is not in line with the addition of classrooms. Until the 2021, PNB ideally needs 214 classrooms, while the number of available rooms is 142 classrooms. Thus PNB in 2021 still has a shortage of 72 learning rooms. In this study, a case study was taken in a Civil Engineering lecture building with a study of increasing space capacity through adding floors to existing buildings. The research was conducted by analyzing the strength of the building in terms of structure. The methods used are field studies and data analysis. Field studies are carried out through testing on the strength of existing structures, then from the results of field studies continued by analyzing additional designs. The capacity of the lecture building at the Bali State Polytechnic can be increased because the strength of the existing lecture building structure is able to bear the load due to the addition of space capacity from 2 floors to 3 floors
Human resources for the development of higher education and academic culture of achievement and continuous learning
This paper discussed the development of high-endowment resources and academic culture in learning achievement and sustainability. We get the data online and analyze it under a distinctive approach involving data coding systems, in-depth data interpretation, and drawing conclusions that answer problems with high validity. Our data search is specifically for literature released ten years ago because the development of universities with their vital human resources has experienced extraordinary developments in the last ten years. After a series of analyses, interpretations, and discussions, the results include developing university resources and achieving academic results. A sustainable learning culture will only be possible when the university can optimize existing resources: having a culture of increasing success in obtaining specialization makes high career future opportunities and building relationships that lead to career support after getting knowledge in college. Thus, these results benefit similar studies in the future
