Purpose:This article evaluates the impact of project risk management (PRM) and leadership development (LD) on the project success (PS). The aim of the study is to investigate the linkage between PRM and PS, to study the relationship between LD and PS. To evaluate the moderating effect of Risk Manager on relationship between PRM and PS; and between LD and PS.
Design/Methodology/Approach:The study was intended to understand the relationship of LD and PRM with PS in the overall setting of different construction projects in Karachi and surroundings. The research was carried out adopting a quantitative method using the deductive approach, by using statistical techniques to identify the casual relationship between variables. The data was collected through survey questionnaires.
Findings:Our research results empirically support the hypothesized relationship between PRM and PS. Significant correlation was found between LD and PS at tow-tailed level with a value of .542** at p= .000 indicating high level of significance.
Implications/Originality/Value:This research was conducted in and around Karachi city on the construction projects from public and private sector. The future research may be conducted with the same variables on all types of projects of Pakistan for generalizability of results

Design/Methodology/Approach: The study adopts the quantitative research method and conducted a survey through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. The study has collected 168 responses from the project managers, contractors, designers and consultants of housing projects in Pakistan. In order to examine the relative importance of the risk, the study has applied the Relative Importance Index (RII) method to analyse the risks.
Findings: The results of the study depict that there are five extreme
risks, ten high risks and 13 low risks which may contribute harm the sustainability of the housing projects. Moreover, all the critical risk factors have high probability of occurrence and extreme impact on the sustainability of the housing projects in Pakistan.
Implications/Originality/Value: The practitioners are recommended to develop such projects that should not damage the ecology of the region in which they are located. Also the land should be determined on the basis of sociological and environmental consideration and not on land value alone

Farmer’s Perceptions on Market and Climate Risks: Adaptive Behavior in Punjab, Pakistan
Purpose: Rural communities particularly in developing countries are consecutively facing losses of income and crops production due to dynamics of the market and climatic risks. Methodology: A multistage random sampling approach was used for collecting the data of 480 household respondents from climate-based categorized three districts of Punjab, Pakistan.
Findings: For empirical correlation of risk perception of farmers with combined risks and adaptive behavior, this study used two Logit models. Estimates indicated as risk perception of the farmers market and climate change significantly affected their adoption behavior such as fall in agriculture products prices and drought while an increase in floods, rainfall and hail storms. Logit model explanatory capacity was improved by including demographic factors in the model. Large farms household heads were unwilling whereas well-educated and male farmers were more enthusiastic to take measures for avoidance of risks. In averting the climate risks, the majority of farmers adopted scheduled adjustment and crop varieties as adaptive measures in the study area.
Policy Implications: For motivating farmers to adapt and risk management measures there is a need for adequate provision of financial support through formal institutions on the subsidized rate of interest in these study areas

Findings: This paper’s findings unearth that education expenditures and economic growth are positively associated with democracy and are statistically significant in the long run. Furthermore, government expenditure, trade openness, corruption, and law & order are negatively associated with democracy and statistically significant in the long run. Implications/Originality/Value This research suggests that it is importantly needed for the democratic government to rise the education expenditure and take an initiative for the better education of the voters, and make them able to understand their manifestos and the effects of their policies on the betterment of society. Post Covid-19 Pandemic Experience of Architecture Students in Mehran University of Engineering and Technology Jamshoro Sindh Pakistan
Purpose: This paper deals with the educational experience of the students of the architecture department at Mehran University of engineering and technology, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan during the peak covid-19 pandemic when everyone was working remotely from their homes, etc. This paper shows that when there was the first peak COvid-19 wave from mid-march to August 2020, how do students die with the sudden change in learning patterns from physical classes to online classes?
Methodology: A questionnaire was designed which was then filled by the students of the architecture department. The students showed they were very uncertain about the online classes that they took during peak Covid-19(coronavirus),
Findings: Some students were satisfied from the online system whereas many of them were not satisfied with it at all. This paper proves that learning architecture online is a little bit difficult when it comes to study about practical/studio work, whereas theoretical classes can be, teach online very well.
Value:These findings will be helpful for the educational institutes for the future and can provide a good value to work more productive for online education
