Purpose: Math Braille is a difficult subject to teach online to students with visual impairment. Students with visual impairment are also supposed to have mastery of math braille to accomplish their academic goals.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study was based on a qualitative approach. This study's population consisted of all braille math teachers from the school level in Lahore. Data from 15 respondents including braille math teachers (N= 15) of different grades were taken as a sample by using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this study was an interview protocol for teachers. The data was collected through interviews. Qualitative data were analyzed through coding & thematic analysis.
Findings: The findings of the study revealed that there are many visually impaired students who have difficulty in applying braille math rules. It was also found that teachers experienced many problems while teaching braille math to students with visual impairments through online mode. Additionally, an assistive device should be used, and the availability at the school level should be ensured & challenges and innovations for instructing braille math in online mode were also part of the findings.
Implications/Originality/Value: So it is concluded that teacher training and conceptual learning of braille math for students with visual impairment in online educational setting that must be provided for better teaching & learning process
Influence of National Culture on Trust Development: Empirical Evidence and Managerial Implications
Purpose: The existing research suggests that trust has a drastic impact on improving individual work motivation as well as organizational performance, keeping the status of glue that joins individuals and organizations. However, the existing research suggests that trust is influenced by various factors and national culture is one of them. This research is conducted to estimate, analyze and understand the influence of national culture on trust building in the light of the available literature and empirical evidence.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This research is based on the PhD research dissertation of the author and it was conducted through qualitative content analysis of research articles on the subject matter.
Findings: This research suggests that trust is not an independent, but a dependent variable, which is influenced by several individual, organizational and environmental factors and among these variables, national culture is one of the most important factors influencing the process of trust development among individuals as well as organizations.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study corroborates the drastic cultural influence on trust development. Due to the internationalization of business, trust development is progressively encompassing cross-cultural relationships. Hence, cultural variance instead of a moderator, is a predictor for the cultivation of trust building. Theoretically, as well as practically, this research paper offers several implications for managers and practitioners.

Optimizing Green Design: Evaluating Environmental Satisfaction of End Users in Bhimber's Dhq Outpatient Department for Sustainable Future Usage & Optimum Functionality
Purpose: Out Patient Department (OPD) is one of the most accessed departments with high influx and multiple clinical & allied facilities for public. OPD in District Head Quarter Hospital of Bhimber city in Azad Kashmir Pakistan has been a major OPD for public in city and influx has rapidly increased in recent pandemic and pre-pandemic times, raising questions about sustainable future usage and optimum services delivery.
Methodology: Hence the user satisfaction with respect to environmental variables was a major concern and thus was explored through the observational study with help of a checklist and pictorial record was followed by data collection from medical and patient side end users of the facility using a questionnaire. Data was collected in both summer season (106 respondents) and winter (114 respondents) season.
Findings: Major issues were indoor color design, air freshness, noise level, temperature, humidity, seating comfort, cleanliness of rest rooms due to their non presence at all and poor signage. Apart from these poor landscape design and seating for end users was also reported missing.
Implications: As a result, design interventions were proposed at the end of the research which mainly included solarization, hybrid HVAC system integration, multiple nursing station additions and additions of internal storage and toilets through prefabricated units
Developing Best Practices to Achieve Sustainable Development in Hotels
Purpose: This research seeks to create a checklist of optimal practices for attaining Sustainable Development (SD) in hotels located in Fayoum, Egypt. To achieve this, a conceptual framework is developed from the viewpoint of customers, aiming to investigate the ways in which SD initiatives influence guests' decisions about hotel stays and their propensity to return.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The research utilizes a survey methodology, which includes distributing a questionnaire to hotel patrons to evaluate the hypotheses through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The survey effectively engaged 210 participants, yielding 160 valid responses deemed suitable for statistical analysis, resulting in a response rate of 76%.
Findings: The research indicates that SD measures have a notable effect on guests' intentions to return (IR). The environmental, economic, and social aspects of SD, influenced by subjective norms, enhance IR positively. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis validates that subjective norms play a significant mediating role in the connection between SD measures and IR, demonstrating considerable predictive relevance.
Implications/Originality/Value: This study enhances the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by applying it within the hotel industry, presenting a holistic SD framework that encompasses environmental, economic, and social aspects. From a practical standpoint, it equips hotel managers with a set of actionable strategies (Toolkit) to adopt effective SD practices, improve service quality, and cultivate guest loyalty through sustainable operations

Influence of Expected Loan Loss on Operational Performance of Commercial Banks in Kenya
Purpose: The main objective of this study was to examine influence of credit risk stress testing on operational performance of commercial Kenya. The theoretical framework was based on credit risk theory.
Methodology/Approach: The study used all commercial banks which are 42 it total. The adopted mixed research comprising of causal and longitudinal research designs.
The study used secondary data from operational statements of banks. Descriptive applied involved skewness, kurtosis, mean and standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis was also applied. Data was presented using tables.
Findings: The results revealed that expected loan loss lead to performance of commercial Banks as shown by a positive and significant coefficient of in the regression model in a fixed effect model.
Implications: The study suggested that operational institutions implement a stringent policy that escalates the loss in the event of default, thereby restricting loan approvals to clients who can guarantee they will repay the loan in full
