органів повинні залишатися і традиційні канали взаємодії з платниками податків.The article states that the digital fiscal environment for a taxpayer – an individual – is, first of all, his personal account, and access to it is possible both within the official website of the fiscal authorities and from the mobile application. It has been proven that the results of the measures adopted by the fiscal authorities to expand the digital environment and increase the efficiency of tax control are ultimately manifested in the growth of tax revenues in the budget system of Ukraine. In addition to the presented possibility of submitting tax reports through the website of the DPS of Ukraine and carrying out economic activities within the framework of the "Single Tax" regime, fiscal authorities provide many other digital services that can be voluntarily used by taxpayers for the purpose of interaction in the digital environment as directly within the official portal, as well as through mobile applications of fiscal authorities. Various examples acquired from world experience can be useful for Ukraine as well. This applies both to the development and introduction of new digital technologies, and to the improvement of already existing services in order to improve the quality of their work. The proposed model, which is based on a digital platform, reflects all the main elements that will contribute to mitigating existing and possible obstacles in the interaction of fiscal authorities and taxpayers. The first most important point is that when solving such a task as deciphering the digital fiscal environment, the fiscal authorities must remain traditional channels of interaction with taxpayers. It can be concluded that the implementation and development of digitalization in the field of fiscal management will have a rather positive effect on its effectiveness as a whole and will allow to gradually abandon the conduct of direct tax audits at the enterprise. At the same time, this will lead to the creation of incentives for taxpayers to voluntarily pay all their tax obligations due. In addition, digitalization does not impose a tax component as a competitive advantage on the market, which leads to more favorable conditions for the development and implementation of entrepreneurial activities

Метою магістерської роботи є узагальнення теоретичних, аналіз практичних і розробка науково-методичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення управління ланцюгами постачання фармацевтичної продукції. Завдання дослідження: – дослідити сутність поняття управління ланцюгами постачання; – розглянути еталонні моделі управління ланцюгам поставок; – визначити особливості організації постачання фармацевтичної продукції; – проаналізувати фармацевтичний ринок в Україні; – запропонувати удосконалення управління ланцюгами постачання фармацевтичної продукції з використанням інформаційних технологій.
Об’єктом дослідження є процес постачання фармацевтичної продукції від виробників до кінцевих споживачів.
Предметом дослідження стало впровадження сучасного управлінського, організаційного та інформаційного інструментарію спрямованого на вдосконалення управління ланцюгами постачання фармацевтичної продукції. Методи дослідження. У процесі написання роботи використовувалися загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи досліджень, зокрема: - методи аналізу та синтезу; - метод систематизації – при систематизації інформаційної взаємодії в ланцюгу поставок; - табличний – для представлення розрахунків і оцінки конкретних результатів досліджень; - абстрагування; - узагальнення; - вивчення документів та моделювання.
Наукова новизна роботи полягає у розробці концептуальної моделі управління ланцюгами постачання фармацевтичної продукції, яка формується з погляду системного підходу і полягає у взаємодії елементів виробничої, посередницької, маркетингової, фінансової та інформаційної складових задля максимального задоволення потреб кінцевих споживачів. В магістерській роботі узагальнено науково-теоретичні підходи і запропоновано вирішення проблеми щодо управління ланцюгами поставок на основі сучасних інформаційних систем.
Дослідженно особливості управління ланцюгами поставок в інноваційному розвитку фармацевтичного підприємства та аптечних мереж в Україні. Обґрунтована потреба розроблення системи управління ланцюгами поставок на основі впровадження сучасних аналітичних та інтелектуальних систем SCM. Удосконалена структура механізму формування ланцюга постачань, оптимізована модель управління ланцюгами поставок фармацевтичного підприємства з використанням SCOR-моделі, удосконалено управління ланцюгами поставок фармацевтичної продукції з використанням інформаційних технологій. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Проектною пропозицією стало використання спеціального інформаційного додатку для моніторингу якості ланцюга постачання фармацевтичної продукції, який зможе забезпечити практичні функціональні можливості, зокрема для доступу в режимі реального часу до потрібної інформації, включаючи умови навколишнього середовища, раннє попередження у разі відхилень та прогнозування терміну зберігання, що залишився. Апробація результатів досліджень.

The purpose of the master's thesis is to generalize theoretical, analyze practical and develop scientific and methodological recommendations for improving the management of supply chains of pharmaceutical products. Objectives of the study: explore the essence of the concept of supply chain management; consider reference models of supply chain management; determine the peculiarities of the organization of the supply of pharmaceutical products; analyze the pharmaceutical market in Ukraine; propose improvement of management of supply chains of pharmaceutical products using information technologies The object of the study is the process of supplying pharmaceutical products from manufacturers to end consumers. The subject of the study was the introduction of modern managerial, organizational and informational tools aimed at improving the management of supply chains of pharmaceutical products. Research methods. In the process of writing the work, general scientific and empirical research methods were used, in particular: - methods of analysis and synthesis; - method of systematization - when systematizing information interaction in the supply chain; - tabular – for presenting calculations and evaluating specific research results; - abstraction; - generalization; - study of documents and modeling. The scientific novelty of the obtained results.The scientific novelty of the work consists in the development of a conceptual model of pharmaceutical supply chain management, which is formed from the point of view of a systemic approach and consists in the interaction of the elements of production, intermediary, marketing, financial and informational components for the maximum satisfaction of the needs of end users. In the master's thesis on the topic: «Improving the implementation project of the coods distribution system in pharmacy», scientific and theoretical approaches 7 are summarized and a solution to the problem of managing supply chains based on modern information systems is proposed. Peculiarities of supply chain management in the innovative development of pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmacy chains in Ukraine are studied. There is a well-founded need to develop a supply chain management system based on the implementation of modern analytical and intelligent SCM systems. Improved structure of the supply chain formation mechanism, optimized model of supply chain management of a pharmaceutical enterprise using the SCOR model, improved management of pharmaceutical product supply chains using information technologies. The practical value of the results. The project proposal was the use of a special information application for monitoring the quality of the supply chain of pharmaceutical products, which will be able to provide practical functionality, in particular for real-time access to the necessary information, including environmental conditions, early warning in case of deviations and prediction of the remaining shelf life . Approbation results of the research. The results of theoretical and practical research in the direction of the master's work were reported and discussed at scientific conferences, namely: 1. Лой // Shipbuilding & Marine Infrastructure. – 2022. – № 1 (16). – С. 15–23.Наплавлення застосовується в основному для відновлення вузлів, що вже перебували в експлуатації, і тим самим продовжують термін їх експлуатації. Серед способів наплавлення можна відзначити два основних напрямки, які реалізуються за рахунок імпульсних і модульованих алгоритмів впливу на дуговий процес. Це насамперед способи, що впливають роботу джерела зварювального струму з періодичною зміною вихідної напруги та системи подачі електродного дроту з можливістю управління струмом зварювання – наплавлення. Метою роботи є підвищення експлуатаційних характеристик наплавлення за рахунок реалізації імпульсних та модульованих методів на дуговий процес. У даній роботі наведено дослідження та аналіз характеристик металу в зоні між наплавленими валиками, а також у зоні багатошарового наплавлення з оцінкою їх впливу на експлуатаційні можливості вузлів та деталей при використанні наплавлення з модульованими режимами. Для проведення програми досліджень було обрано комплекс обладнання у складі автомата А-874Н з випрямлячем ВДУ-506.
Модуляція параметрів режиму проводилася за допомогою дослідної приставки модулятора ОИ-10 – конструкції ІЕЗ ім. Є.О. Патона шляхом періодичної зміни частоти обертання валу приводного електродвигуна механізму подачі електродного дроту, або синхронізованого впливу на електричні ланцюги управління джерела живлення та електроприводу двигуна подачі електродного дроту. У модуляторі є два канали управління – для електроприводу механізму подачі електродного дроту, а також заданням рівнів максимальної та мінімальної вихідної напруги і максимальної та мінімальної частот обертання валу приводного електродвигуна і відповідно струму зварювання. Наплавлення дослідних зразків проводилося високолегованим порошковим самозахисним електродним дротом ПП-АН-140 діаметром 2,0
мм. Наплавлення виконували на стандартних зразках, виконаних з легованих конструкційних сталей, переважно матеріалів штампового інструменту. Наплавлений шар випробовувався на зносостійкість. Вивчалася мікротвердість та мікроструктура отриманого шару. Результати дослідження показали, що використання модульованого струму при наплавленні зносостійкого шару дозволяє збільшити показники зносостійкості, при цьому модуляція режимів дугового процесу дозволяє поліпшити показники зносостійкості, так і показники твердості.Surfacing is mainly used to restore units that have already been in operation and thereby extend their service life. Among the surfacing methods, two main directions can be noted, which are implemented due to pulsed and modulated algorithms for influencing the arc process. First of all, these are methods that affect the operation of the welding power source with a periodic change in the output voltage and the electrode wire supply system with the ability to control the welding current – surfacing. The purpose of the work is to improve the operational characteristics of surfacing through the implementation of pulsed and modulated methods of influencing the arc process. This paper presents studies and analysis of the characteristics of the metal in the zone between the deposited beads, as well as in the zone of multilayer surfacing with an assessment of their influence on the operational capabilities of units and parts when using surfacing with modulated modes. To carry out the research program, a set of equipment consisting of an A-874N automatic machine with a VDU-506 rectifier was chosen. The modulation of the mode parameters was carried out with the help of an experimental attachment modulator OI-10 – designed by the PWI. E.O. Paton by either periodically changing the rotational speed of the drive motor shaft of the electrode wire feed mechanism, or by synchronizing the effect on the electrical control circuits of the power source and the electric drive of the electrode wire feed motor. The modulator has two control channels – for the electric drive of the electrode wire feed mechanism, as well as for setting the levels of the maximum and minimum output voltage and the maximum and minimum speeds of the drive motor shaft and, accordingly, the welding current. Surfacing of prototypes was carried out with highly alloyed flux-cored self-shielding electrode wire PP-AN-140 with a diameter of 2.0 mm. Surfacing was performed on standard specimens made of tool steels, mainly from materials of stamping tools. The deposited layer was tested for wear resistance. The microhardness and microstructure of the obtained layer were studied. The results of the study showed that the use of modulated current when surfacing a wear-resistant layer makes it possible to increase the wear resistance indicators, while the modulation of the arc process modes improves both the wear resistance indicators and the hardness indicators
