Болотникова. – Миколаїв : НУК, 2021. – 70 с.Багаторічне вивчення локалізації та характеру травматичних пошкоджень опорно-рухового апарату при заняттях спортом виявило, що найбільш частою і найбільш серйозною травмою є пошкодження колінних суглобів (більше 50 %). Складні анатомічні і біомеханічні умови функціонування колінного суглоба, а також велике фізичне навантаження, особливо при опорі ноги з обертанням, роблять його пошкодження найбільш частими. Поширеність ушкоджень колінного суглоба у деяких видах спорту дуже висока; аналіз літератури та матеріалів досліджень показує, що найбільша кількість травм нижніх кінцівок серед представників різних видів спорту, спостерігається у спортсменів, які займаються стрибками на батуті. Травми опорно-рухового апарату є основною причиною перерви в тренувальному процесі, що відповідно веде до стійкого зниження рівня фізичної працездатності і якості життя спортсменів. Оцінка клінічного стану спортсменів з травмами нижніх кінцівок традиційно проводиться з урахуванням двох основних чинників: больових відчуттів і функціональних можливостей ураженого суглоба і нижніх кінцівок в цілому. Для об'єктивної оцінки клініко функціонального статусу спортсменів запропоновані численні клінічні, біомеханічні та електроміографічні методики. Однак жодна з них не дозволяє отримати уявлення про те, наскільки травма обмежує життєдіяльність спортсмена. Одним з нових критеріїв ефективності лікування, що отримали в останні роки широке поширення, є дослідження показників якості життя, котра є інтегральною характеристикою певних станів організму: фізичного, психологічного, емоційного і соціального, заснована на суб'єктивному сприйнятті особистості. Оцінка якості життя дозволяє тренеру та спортсмену здійснювати постійний моніторинг впливу засобів відновлення. Поєднані пошкодження структур колінного суглоба у представників стрибків на батуті представляють особливий вид патології, що вимагає спеціального відновлення. Одним з основних засобів батутистів є різні види фізичних вправ. Разом з тим, методика фізичної та психічного відновлення, а також їх вплив на якість життя спортсменів, особливо при поєднаних пошкодженнях, знаходиться в процесі постійного вивчення. Тому розробка, наукове обґрунтування та впровадження програми фізичної та психологічного відновлення є актуальним.Many years of study of the location and nature of traumatic injuries of the musculoskeletal system during sports revealed that the most common and most serious injury is knee injury (more than 50 %). Complex anatomical and biomechanical conditions of the knee joint, as well as heavy physical activity, especially when supporting the leg with rotation, make it the most common injuries. The prevalence of knee injuries in some sports is very high; analysis of the literature and research materials shows that the highest number of injuries of the lower extremities among representatives of various sports, is observed in athletes who engage in trampoline jumping. Musculoskeletal injuries are the main reason for a break in the training process, which in turn leads to a steady decline in physical fitness and quality of life of athletes. Assessment of the clinical condition of athletes with injuries of the lower extremities is traditionally carried out taking into account two main factors: pain and functionality of the affected joint and lower extremities in general. Numerous clinical, biomechanical and electromyographic methods have been proposed to objectively assess the clinical and functional status of athletes. However, none of them gives an idea of how much the injury limits the athlete's life. One of the new criteria for the effectiveness of treatment, which has become widespread in recent years, is the study of quality of life, which is an integral characteristic of certain conditions: physical, psychological, emotional and social, based on subjective perception of personality. Assessing the quality of life allows the coach and the athlete to constantly monitor the impact of recovery tools. Combined damage to the structures of the knee joint in trampolines is a special type of pathology that requires special recovery. One of the main tools of trampolines are various types of exercise. However, the methods of physical and mental recovery, as well as their impact on the quality of life of athletes, especially with combined injuries, is in the process of constant study. На сьогоднішній день, для здобуття перемоги, важкоатлету, окрім розвитку фізичних якостей, потрібні і певні особистісні якості, і певні психічні ресурси, які формуються у процесі психологічної (психічної) підготовки. Психологічна підготовка спортсменів олімпійських видів спорту загалом і важкої атлетики, зокрема, дуже важлива і мало вивчена в даний час. Повноцінну підготовку важкоатлетів до постійно збільшуючих фізичних навантажень, допомогу у складних ситуаціях, що виникають як під час тренувань, так і під час змагань, а також психологічну стійкість під час виступу можуть реалізувати професійні психологи та психотерапевти. Однак не кожна спортивна школа, спортивний клуб може залучати до роботи психологів, при цьому психологічна підготовка спортсменів, здебільшого, лягає на плечі тренерів. Знання випускниками спеціальності 017 «Фізична культура і спорт» особливостей психологічної підготовки та методики оцінки компонентів психіки спортсменів допоможе побудувати шлях професійного зростання як вихованців-спортсменів, так і педагогів-тренерів.Like any Olympic sport, weightlifting, which is based on the performance of exercises to raise the bar over the head, has the goal of achieving the highest result for athletes. Today, for a weightlifter to win, in addition to the development of physical qualities, certain personal qualities and certain mental resources are needed, which are formed in the process of psychological (mental) training. The psychological preparation of athletes in Olympic sports and weightlifting, in particular, is very important and little studied at the present time. Professional psychologists and psychotherapists can realize full-fledged preparation of heavyweights for constantly increasing physical loads, assistance in difficult situations arising both during training and during competitions, as well as psychological stability during performance. However, not every sports school, sports club can attract psychologists to work, while the psychological preparation of athletes mainly falls on the shoulders of coaches. The knowledge by the graduates of the specialty 017 "Physical culture and sport" of the peculiarities of psychological training and the methodology for assessing the components of the psyche of athletes will help to build a path of professional growth for both pupils-athletes and teachers-trainers

The main task of the article is to display the Ukrainian evangelicals’ uncoordinated realities. These realities, on the one hand, seek to obtain various advantages from the European Union in the context of Ukraine’s European integration, and, on the other hand, are not ready to fully implement European guidelines. In Ukraine there are three main positions of the protective measures of pro-family movements: categorical non-acceptance, the development and promotion of preventive measures, and a condescending recognition of the other gender variations of a person. Conclusions: the transformational processes of the family institute in Ukraine have prompted pro-family activists to stand up for the rights of the heterosexual family, despite the diametrical nature of protective measures, the motivational common lever of which was the dissonance between Biblical commandments and alternative forms of family

They decompose the strategic goal of the company into operable work. The literature related to the issue of efficient utilizing and visualizing KPIs has been rapidly expanding lately (Anand & Grover 2015; Kucukaltan et al. 2016; Kaganski et al. 2016 etc.). However, it does not fully take into account modern management trends. First of all, it relates to implementing the concept of corporate sustainability. The implementation of this concept makes it possible to ensure the balanced development of enterprises in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Nowadays, investors and management not only focus on the financial indicators of enterprises, but also sustainable non-financial indicators have become necessary information.
The purpose of the qualifying work is to substantiate the system of sustainability key performance indicators in management in the existing business environment.
According to the defined purpose in work the following tasks are set: expand the main provisions of the theory of KPIs; assess the KPIs applied in practice, using financial and non-financial reporting, on the sample of Ukrainian companies with IPO on the Warsaw and London stock exchanges; expand evolution of corporate sustainability practices; develop a system of combined financial and non-financial indicators for corporate performance evaluation; expand the development of a Sustainability balanced scorecards (SBSC); develop methods of applying the key performance indicators in sustainable balanced scorecards for managing strategic, tactic, and operational goals.
The object of the study is the processes forming the economic results of an enterprise.
The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations for the development and application of the sustainable key performance indicators system.
The research is based on a dialectical approach to the study of economic phenomena and processes, general scientific and fundamental provisions, and principles of modern economic theory. It is proved that among the main prerequisites for attracting environmental investments are improving the legal framework for building a motivational mechanism for investment climate, development of investment infrastructure and institutional support for compliance with environmental requirements of economic entities in accordance with European standards. It is determined that the implementation of the existing prerequisites will achieve the most effective at all levels of the economy while protecting the environment. Слабкі реформи не
змогли докорінно змінити традиційну колективну організацію українських господарств. Розпад і внутрішня
перебудова великих господарств були дуже обмеженими. Тому не дивно, що процес переходу не забезпечує підвищення прибутковості та ефективності.
Висунуто припущення, що сільське господарство може дати поштовх широким інвестиціям та реформам у всій економіці. Запропоновано основні п’ять цілей, яких має дотримуватися держава в процесі реалізації аграрної реформи в Україні.
Проаналізовано вплив реалізації аграрної реформи на галузь та висунуто пропозиції щодо підсилення її дії.
Вагомість порушених питань виражається в тому, що чинна влада повинна враховувати всі фактори, які впливають або можуть вплинути на розвиток аграрного сектору України (як екзогенні, так і ендогенні), оскільки тільки завдяки симбіозу пропозицій у цій сфері може бути можливий позитивний результат.
Визначено, що негативні дії відбуваються двома способами, як-от відсутність відшкодування ПДВ та експортних квот і мит. Звичайно, є багато дрібних позитивів і негативів від державної політики, але вони відносно несуттєві.
У статті визначено результати аналізу основних переваг та недоліків реформування в АПК за окресленими
напрямами.
Доведено, що подальший прогрес у напрямі підвищення ефективності сільського господарства України
потребує продовження реструктуризації фермерських підприємств у менші автономні одиниці, засновані на
приватній власності на землю та активи. Також країна потребує чіткого формулювання процедур, які дозволяють вийти окремим особам та малим групам із частками землі та майна, розвитку земельних ринків, а також створення ринкової інфраструктури для конкурентоспроможного постачання сировини, маркетингових послуг та фінансових послуг.
Мета. Відобразити важливість обраної теми, оскільки вона перебуває в контексті великої економічної та
продовольчої безпеки країни.
Метод. У статті використано такі методи: аналіз, синтез, дедукцію, метод екстраполяції, порівняльний метод
та індуктивний.
Наукова новизна. Вагомість порушених питань виражається в тому, що ми повинні враховувати всі фактори,
які впливають або можуть вплинути на розвиток аграрного сектору України. Тільки симбіоз пропозицій у цій
сфері уможливить позитивний результат.
Результати. Доведено, що країна потребує чіткого формулювання процедур, які дозволяють вийти окремим
особам та малим групам із частками землі та майна, розвитку земельних ринків, а також створення ринкової інфраструктури для конкурентоспроможного постачання сировини, маркетингових та фінансових послуг.
Практичне значення. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані в навчальному процесі студентів, а
також можуть стати основою для подальших наукових досліджень у цьому напрямі.The article considers the current trends in the development of the agro-industrial complex in the framework
of the fact that in Ukraine land reform has largely been limited to the transformation of state ownership into collective.
Weak reforms have not been able to radically change the traditional collective organization of Ukrainian farms. The
disintegration and internal restructuring of large farms were very limited.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the transition process does not increase profitability and efficiency. It has been
suggested that agriculture can boost broad investment and reform throughout the economy.
The main five goals that the state should adhere to in the process of implementing agrarian reform in Ukraine are proposed. The
impact of the implementation of agrarian reform on the industry is analyzed and proposals are made to strengthen its action.
The importance of the issues raised is that the current government should take into account all factors that affect or
may affect the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector (both endogenous and endogenous), as only through a
symbiosis of proposals in this area can a positive result be possible. It is determined that the negative effects occur in
two ways: the lack of VAT refunds and export quotas and duties.
Of course, there are many small positives and negatives from public policy, but they are relatively insignificant. The
article identifies the results of the analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of reforming the agro-industrial
complex in these areas.
It is proved that further progress in improving the efficiency of agriculture in Ukraine requires further restructuring of
farms into smaller autonomous units based on private ownership of land and assets, clear wording of procedures that
allow individuals and small groups to reach land and property, development land markets, as well as the creation of a
functioning market infrastructure for competitive supply of raw materials, marketing services and financial services.
Purpose. To reflect the importance of the chosen theme, as it is in the context of a major economic and food security
of the country.
Method. In the article used the following methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, extrapolation method, comparative
method and inductive.
Results. It has been proven that the country needs clear procedures that allow individuals and small groups to enter
with shares of land and property, develop land markets, and create a functioning market infrastructure for competitive
supply of raw materials, marketing services and financial services.
Scientific novelty. The weight of issues raised reflected in the fact that we should take into account all the factors that
affect or may affect on the development of Agrarian sector of Ukraine. Only through symbiosis proposals in this area
can be possible positive result.
Practical importance. Results of the study can be used in the educational process of students, and may be the basis for
further scientists research in this area
