Актуальність теми дослідження і значущість проблеми зростання міжнародної конкурентоспроможності експортноорієнтованих підприємств, а також недостатня розробка її вирішення обумовили вибір теми роботи. Науково обґрунтована потреба стратегічного управління міжнародною конкурентоспроможністю підприємств виноробної галузі України обумовлена наявністю багатьох проблем в галузі та країні загалом.
Метою роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування, вироблення науково-методичних засад і практичних пропозицій, спрямованих на вдосконалення стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності експортноорієнтованого підприємства виноробної галузі України в умовах глобалізації ринку вина.
Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності експортноорієнтованого підприємства виноробної галузі України в умовах глобалізації ринку вина.
Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних, науково-практичних аспектів процесу розробки стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності експортноорієнтованих підприємств. У кваліфікаційній роботі було використано такі методи дослідження: морфологічний аналіз, абстрагування і логічне усвідомлення, статистичного та економічного аналізу, графічний метод (для візуалізації результатів дослідження), системного аналізу і синтезу (для визначення взаємозв’язків), метод моделювання (для проектування ефективної стратегії), монографічний, оглядово-аналітичний.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в обґрунтуванні і систематизації науково-методичних положень та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності виноробних підприємств України. А саме: удосконалено механізм реалізації ефективної стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств як складового елементу системи управління експортною діяльністю, що дало можливість в найближчому стратегічному періоді домогтися приросту обсягів зовнішньої торгівлі та результативності експортної діяльності; отримали подальший розвиток: систематизація передумов формування стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності виноробних підприємств з урахування галузевих та регіональних особливостей; послідовність формування стратегії міжнародної конкурентоспроможності виноробних підприємств як взаємопов’язаної системи заходів щодо зростання обсягів реалізації продукції винної промисловості на експорт. Основні положення кваліфікаційної роботи були використані для розробки стратегії просування виноробної продукції на зовнішні ринки ТОВ «МДМ Корпорейшн», обговорювались на Всеукраїнських наукових економічних читаннях «Сучасні тренди морегосподарювання» (м. Миколаїв, 1–2 грудня 2021 р.), а також були опубліковані в журналі «Економіст» № 12, 2021.Master's thesis on the theme: "Improving the strategy of international competitiveness of export-oriented enterprises of the wine industry of Ukraine in the globalization of the wine market" includes 101 pages, 12 tables, 8 figures, 3 appendices. The list of links includes 58 items. The urgency of the research topic and the importance of the problem of increasing the international competitiveness of export-oriented enterprises, as well as insufficient development of its solution led to the choice of the dissertation topic.
The aim of the work is theoretical substantiation, development of scientific and methodological principles and practical proposals aimed at improving the strategy of international competitiveness of export-oriented enterprises of the wine industry of Ukraine in the globalization of the wine market.
The object of research is the process of forming a strategy of international competitiveness of export-oriented enterprises of the wine industry of Ukraine in the context of globalization of the wine market The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological, scientific and practical aspects of the process of developing a strategy for international competitiveness of export-oriented enterprises.
The following research methods were used in the master's thesis: morphological analysis, abstraction and logical awareness, statistical and economic analysis, graphical method (to visualize research results), systems analysis and synthesis (to determine relationships), modeling method (to design an effective strategy), monographic, review and analytical.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the substantiation and systematization of scientific and methodological provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the strategy of international competitiveness of Ukrainian wine enterprises. Namely: the mechanism of realization of effective strategy of international competitiveness of enterprises as an integral element of the system of management of export activity was improved, that gave the chance in the nearest strategic period to achieve growth of foreign trade and efficiency of export activity; received further development: systematization of prerequisites for the formation of the strategy of international competitiveness of wineries, taking into account industry and regional characteristics; the sequence of formation of the strategy of international competitiveness of wine enterprises as an interconnected system of measures to increase sales of wine industry products for export. The main provisions of the master's thesis were used to develop a strategy for promoting wine products on foreign markets LLC "MDM Corporation", discussed at the All-Ukrainian scientific economic readings "Modern trends in maritime management" (Mykolaiv, December 1–2, 2021), and were published in «The Economist» № 12, 2021

Оцінювання трудовитрат розробки ПЗ є важливою складовою у визначенні термінів реалізації програмного проекту та його здійсненності. Без адекватної та достовірної оцінки трудовитрат неможливо забезпечити чітке планування та управління проектом. Існуючі підходи до оцінювання мають свої переваги та недоліки, залежать від класу оцінюваних проектів, мови програмування, Нелінійна регресійна модель для оцінювання трудомісткості розробки логістичних web-сервісів на Python та розробка програми для її реалізації платформи. Так як не було знайдено моделі для оцінювання трудомісткості розробки логістичних web-сервісів на Python, то актуальною є тема визначення трудовитрат такої розробки. Мета та задачі дослідження. Мета дослідження полягає в підвищенні достовірності оцінки трудомісткості розробки логістичних web-сервісів на Python. Сформульована мета визначила наступні задачі: виконати аналіз підходів до оцінювання трудовитрат, удосконалити математичну модель для оцінювання трудовитрат на розробку логістичних web-сервісів на Python та розробити ПЗ для реалізації моделі. Об’єктом досліджень є процес оцінювання трудовитрат на створення логістичних web-сервісів на Python. Предметом досліджень є нелінійна модель регресії для оцінювання трудовитрат створення логістичних web-сервісів на Python.
Методи дослідження. Поставлені задачі вирішувалися з допомогою методів регресійного аналізу, теорії ймовірностей та математичної статистики. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: удосконалено модель регресії для оцінювання трудовитрат на розробку логістичних web-сервісів на Python з застосуванням для нормалізації десяткового логарифму, що дозволяє отримати більш точну оцінку в порівнянні з лінійною моделлю. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що була розроблена програма, яка дає можливість оцінити трудовитрати на розробку логістичних web-сервісів на Python, зменшити час на розрахунки та підвищити достовірність. Апробація результатів досліджень. Отримані результати були представлені ХIII Міжнародній науково-практичній конференції "Free and Open Source Software" (м. Relevance of the topic: Estimating the labor costs of software development is an important component in determining the timing of the program project and its feasibility. Without an adequate and reliable estimate of labor costs, it is impossible to ensure clear project planning and management. Existing approaches to evaluation have their advantages and disadvantages, depending on the class of projects being evaluated, programming language, platform. Since no model has been found to assess the complexity of developing logistics web-services in Python, the topic of determining the labor costs of such development is relevant. Purpose and tasks of the research. The purpose of the study is to increase the reliability of the assessment of the complexity of developing logistics web-services in Python. The formulated purpose identified the following tasks: to analyze the approaches to labor cost estimation, to improve the mathematical model for labor cost estimation for the development of logistics web-services in Python and to develop software for the implementation of the model. The object of research is the process of estimating the labor costs for the creation of logistics web-services in Python.
The subject of research is a nonlinear regression model for estimating the labor costs of creating logistics web-services in Python. Research methods. The tasks were solved using regression analysis methods, probability theory and mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: improved regression model for estimating labor costs for the development of logistics web-services in Python with the use of decimal logarithm for normalization, which allows to obtain a more accurate estimate compared to the linear model.
The practical significance of the results is that a program has been developed that allows you to estimate the labor costs for the development of logistics web-services in Python, reduce the time for calculations and improve their quality.
Approbation of research results. The obtained results were presented at the XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference "Free and Open Source Software" (Kharkiv, November 16–18, 2021)

Серед останніх – скорочення чисельності студентів – вихідців з України, національного кластеру центрів формування фахових компетенцій і, що особливо бентежить, – науково-педагогічного персоналу, який би мав опікуватися підтриманням на належному рівні інтелектуального капіталу нації. Зроблене припущення, що виявлені тенденції посилюються особливим змістом державної політики в економічній сфері. Вона не сприяє піднесенню бізнесу і призводить до хронічного зменшення видатків на соціальні програми і вищу освіту зокрема. За цих обставин привабливим виглядає заохочення до навчання в нашій країні абітурієнтів із країн, де зростає потяг до академічної міграції громадян.The article presents the results of observing the events that have taken place in the highly competitive market of educational services in our country over the past years and consequences of their influence on domestic higher educational institutions. The most significant among these results are the next: a decrease in the number of students who come from Ukraine for high quality and less expensive education, than in their countries, the curtailment of the national cluster of the formation of professional competencies centers and also the number of scientific and pedagogical personnel reduction, their training quality, who are meant for maintaining the intellectual capital of the nation at the proper level, that is especially alarming. Identified negative trends are in contradiction with the views of the key states of the planet regarding the role of education in the era of Industry 4.0 establishment. And the impressive statistics of countries that are at the forefront of the implementation of Industry 4.0 products and the quality of education are proof of this. The rapid diffusion of innovative technologies created by Industry 4.0, new business models requires consequently a new quality of workforce. It is suggested that many problems appeared due to the special content of state policy in the economic sphere. Alas, it does not contribute to such a required growth of business and, as a result, leads to a chronic budget deficit and a decrease in spending on social programs and on higher education, in particular. In these circumstances, it looks quite attractive to encourage students to receive educational services in our country from those regions where there is a torrentially growing desire for academic migration among young people. Regardless on the true motives of the growth in the popularity of it. There is an urgent need to analyze the current situation of education in Ukraine, to study the dynamics of key indicators to identify the challenges facing the modern education system. The results of the analysis will help to look soberly at the problems, overcoming which will be a priority for reformers of the educational process.В статье представлены результаты исследования событий, которые происходят на высококонкурентном рынке образовательных услуг, и последствий, которые они имеют для отечественных высших учебных заведений. Среди последних – сокращение численности студентов – выходцев из Украины, национального кластера центров формирования профессиональных компетенций и, что особенно тревожит, – научно-педагогического персонала, который призван поддерживать на должном уровне интеллектуальный капитал нации. Актуальність роботи обумовлена необхідністю вдосконалення підсистем цифрової обробки сигналів у складі контрольно-вимірювальної техніки для підвищення їх точності та забезпечення роботи в режимі реального часу. Для синтезу цифрових фільтрів використовувався метод опису їх структури. Використовуваний метод полягає у формуванні графо-аналітичної форми опису процедури обробки вхідних аргументів. У висновках наведено переваги отриманих структур цифрових фільтрів та зазначено практичну цінність результатів.In the paper, the synthesis of digital filter structures for determining voltage parameters is considered. The relevance of the work is due to the need to improve the digital signal processing subsystems as part of instrumentation to improve their accuracy and ensure real-time operation. For the synthesis of digital filters, a method for describing their structures was used. Used method consists in the formation of a graphic-analytical form of describing the procedure for processing input arguments. In the conclusions, the advantages of the obtained structures of digital filters are given and the practical value of the results is indicated

Переглядати величезні списки товарів та послуг на сайтах, щоб знайти потрібні, – не варіант, оскільки займе надто багато часу. Вирішенням цієї проблеми стали рекомендаційні системи.
Метою даної дипломної роботи є вдосконалення існуючих рекомендаційних систем за рахунок урахування дій користувача та його демографічних даних.
Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що пропонується алгоритм рекомендаційної системи, що враховує не тільки дії користувача але й демографічні дані притаманні типовим групам користувачів. Об'єктом дослідження є рекомендаційні системи та поведінка користувачів на сайтах. Предметом дослідження є механізми роботи рекомендаційних систем та управління увагою користувачів. В роботі проведений аналіз алгоритмів існуючих рекомендаційних систем та обраний гібридний алгоритм, який є найбільш придатним для нової системи. При проектуванні рекомендаційної системи у роботі використані методології проектування ERD, UML. Робота виконана на 76 сторінках, містить 20 рисунків, 9 таблиць, 12 формул та список використаної літератури з 30 найменувань.Thesis "Research of user behavior and development of information systems and data analytics to improve the work of the web service" is devoted to the study of recommendation systems and their improvement. Browsing huge lists of products and services on sites to find the right ones is not an option, as it will take too long. Recommendation systems have solved this problem. The purpose of this thesis is to improve existing recommendation systems by taking into account the actions of the user and his demographic data. The scientific novelty is that the algorithm of the recommendation system is proposed, which takes into account not only the actions of the user but also the demographic data inherent in typical user groups. The object of the study is the recommendation systems and user behavior on the sites. The subject of the study is the mechanisms of recommendation systems and user attention management.
The analysis of algorithms of existing recommendation systems is carried out in the work and the hybrid algorithm which is the most suitable for new system is chosen.
ERD and UML design methodologies were used in the design of the recommendation system. The work is performed on 76 pages, contains 20 figures, 9 tables, 12 formulas and a list of references from 30 titles

Лебедєв // Електротехніка і Електромеханіка. – 2021. – № 1. – С. 20–26.Проаналізовано існуючі системи активного впливу на перенесення електродного металу при управлінні процесом дугового зварювання плавким електродом, в тому числі, і на основі імпульсної подачі електродного дроту. Особливо виділено новий спосіб зварювання – з керованими параметрами руху за рахунок введення в електропривод зворотних зв'язків за параметрами дугового процесу зварювання-наплавлення з дозованою подачею дроту. Розглянуто алгоритм реалізації зварювання з дозованою подачею. Обрано електропривод механізму подачі, який базується на спеціально розробленому швидкодіючому вентильному електродвигуні з комп'ютеризованим регулюванням. Для аналізу і вибору параметрів цієї системи запропоновано розглядати її в комплексі з дуговим процесом із застосуванням методів гармонійної лінеаризації. Бібл. 12, рис. 4.Goal. Refinement of the methodology for the development of an effective control system for an electric drive with controlled relay-type regulators for organizing a metered feed of an electrode wire using the parameters of the arc process with the possibility of using it in design practice and practice of technological application. Methodology. The proposed method for the mathematical description (mathematical model) of the system of the developed structure electric drive - arc process with current feedback of welding with a variable structure device is based on the theory of automatic control as applied to nonlinear elements, the application of the theory of operational calculus. At the same time, a selection and description of a nonlinear node in the feedback circuit in the form of a relay element with a certain structure and subsequent linearization of this element was made. As an electric motor of the electrode wire feeder, a new development of a specialized valve electric motor is used, which is used in the system with a microprocessor controller. Results. Due to the presence of a substantially nonlinear link, the calculation of the valve electric drive system – the arc process can be found on the basis of a system of nonlinear differential equations, which is practically impossible for practical application. In this work, these complications are overcome on the basis of a rational choice of the description of the nonlinear link, its harmonic linearization and obtaining on this basis a mathematical description of the system, from which, using the methodology of operational calculus, the relations necessary for calculating the parameters of the system are determined in analytical form. Originality. The problem of calculating a rather complex problem of mathematical description of the valve electric drive system – a technological link in the form of an arc process with a substantially nonlinear link in the feedback circuit in the work is solved with the effective use of a set of methodological methods, which include as a means of representing individual links, including nonlinear links selected simplifications and solutions of the obtained differential equations using original methods of operational calculus. The proposed method (mathematical model) is tested in two directions – oscillography of a real system, as well as system simulation. Practical significance. Using the developed methods for describing the control system, it is possible to calculate its characteristics and, on their basis, select the parameters for setting the electric drive controller, which allows, without additional experimental research, to obtain the necessary character of the transfer of electrode metal, and, consequently, the quality of the result of the arc process. References 12, figures 4.Проанализированы существующие системы активного влияния на перенос электродного металла при управлении процессом электродуговой сварки плавящимся электродом, в том числе, и на основе импульсной подачи электродной проволоки. Особо выделен новый способ сварки – с управляемыми параметрами движения за счёт введения в электропривод обратных связей по параметрам дугового процесса cвврки-наплавки с дозированной подачей проволоки. Рассмотрен алгоритм реализации сварки с дозированной подачей. Выбран электропривод механизма подачи, который базируется на специально разработанном быстродействующем вентильном электродвигателе с компьютеризованным регулированием.
