Irtyshcheva // TEM Journal. – 2022. – Vol. 11, iss.1. – Р. 367–373.The paper presents the results of evaluation of the efficiency of employment of the communities’ resource potential using different approaches on the example of Lviv region in Ukraine. The proposed methodology secures creation of a rational system of monitoring of the results of activities of amalgamated territorial communities (ATC) and determines what factorial indices should be improved and concerned by the communities’ managers to conduct more efficient managerial work in the community. For example, in the communities with the budget that is sufficient to secure the increasing development of the community (Davydiv, Dubliany, Zabolottsi ATC), the primary focus can be done on the social development and growth of the infrastructural base, whereas in the ATCs with the low level of economic development (Volia-Baranetska, Lukiv, Mizhenets ATC), the most important task is to secure the sufficient extended growth of the population’s income

Stupak // Postmodern Openings. – 2022. – Vol. 13, iss. 1(Sup1). – P. 229–246.The article analyzes the features of poetic reflection in the work of A. Krymsky in the relation "man-nature". Coverage of this problem in the conditions of postmodern philosophical discourse requires appropriate embeddedness in the national and cultural experience. Moreover, the poetry of A. Krymsky manifests the deep experiences of the Ukrainian man's ties with the natural world, which includes the actualization of the inner nature of man. The author seeks to "write out" the laws of the "moral constitution" according to which a person is worthy of his purpose of being in nature "has the right" to love according to the vocation of his convictions, his needs and inclinations. On the one hand, the author seems to call us to abide by these "laws", but, on the other hand, his thoughts divert from such categoricalness into the space of "identity" and confessional repentance. As follows from the above, the dignity of a person consists in the awakening and strengthening of an independent, responsible, formed on the path of enriching the inner life of a spiritual personality and the search for a free egress. And in this, in fact, the highest value of the relevance of postmodern self-communication in the interpretation of the poetic work of A. Krymsky is developed

Ponomarova // Journal of Optimization in Industrial Engineering. – 2022. – Vol. 15, iss. 1. – Р. 261–268.The paper outlines the essence, components, and features of globalization from the viewpoint of manifestations in society, development priorities, and possible threats. The processes taking place in the globalized environment are proven to require market participants to adapt to changes in the external environment, including through the expansion of the spheres of transnational business influence. A significant increase in the influence of geopolitical, geosocial, geo-economic, and environmental factors on a global level is emphasized. The paper proves that the development of the world economy, individual states, and regions of the world should be focused on a set of global factors that determine potential opportunities and the priority threats of market entities. A significant advantage of modern activity management is the timely identification of priority approaches to adapting solutions in order to prevent threats, conduct analytical assessments, and predict (plan) the activities of entities in the context of the growing influence of transnational business using appropriate methodological approaches to economic analysis. The authors argue that the development of business ideas, the formation of business plans, and forecasting the results of market entities’ activities should take into account the relevant capabilities and input conditions that will allow a timely response to ensure the adequacy of actions and forecasts. The efficiency of forecasting (planning) activities and adjusting managerial decisions is emphasized. The calculations are based on the method of extrapolating trends according to the equation of the line to predict the activities of a market entity. The paper proves that expansion of the activity domain of the transnational business fosters the maintenance of efficient management mechanisms that allow quick change of approaches to holding the domestic and external policy of business processes

Filippova // Arab World English Journal (AWEJ). – 2022. – Vol. 13. – N 3. – P. 130–138.The research paper aims to improve the methodology platform and engage language students. The study’s main aim is to optimize the effectiveness of the learning process. Therefore, the authors of the article focused on solving the following tasks: 1) to revise the theoretical linguistic semiotics and lingua didactic approaches to understanding the notion of film/cinema; 2) to design the model of the neurolinguistic semiotics structure of a film; 3) to formulate the practical recommendations for applying the criterion of ecological impact to select authentic teaching video materials; 4) to experimentally prove their expediency. We utilize both general scientific research tools and unique experimental methods. We use observation, description, analysis, synthesis, generalization, and systemization, applied neurolinguistic programming (NLP), and lingua didactic techniques. We use the first group of strategies to formulate the theoretical basis of the work, logical arrangement of scientific facts, expression of conclusions, and qualification of actual material. With the help of the second group of methods, we design a model of the neurolinguistic semiotic structure of the film and experimentally verify its effectiveness in the teaching process. The main results: 1) the range of impact varieties is in the following way: weak degree – persuasion, moderate – suggestion, moderate and considerate – manipulation; 2) symbols are oriented to suggestive impact, copies – to suggestive and persuasion impact, indices – to the ability to actualize all impact varieties, including manipulations; 3) the use of publicist documentaries with persuasive and suggestive elements helps to increase student activity in the classroom. The significance of the work is that its results can be helpful to language teachers in the selecting of educational video materials for students
