In the process of developing a web-application, the main problems of the
pizzeria were identified; the design of the application according to the layout is
collected; installed all the necessary libraries for the correct and fast operation of
the application; debugging the user interface and writing all the functions for the
full functioning of the application; conducting tests on the speed of the
application on the mobile and PC versions; the issue of labor protection in
relation to work on the PC is considered

Розроблена система вона двотрубна розподільна з розведенням трубопроводів у конструкції підлоги. Як опалювальні прилади прийняті конвектори опалювальні «Универсал ТБ» типу КСК20. В житловому будинку запроектована припливно-витяжна вентиляція з природним спонуканням руху повітря. Припливне повітря надходить через припливні клапани, встановлені у плетінні вікон. Витяжна вентиляція здійснюється з кухонь, вбиралень та ванних кімнат через приставні канали. Розроблено тепловий пункт. Проведені заходи з охорони праці та охорони навколишнього середовища.In the qualification work the development of the heat supply system of the two-section twelve-storey residential building was carried out, which was performed in accordance with the current norms and rules. The developed system is a two-pipe distribution system with piping in the floor structure. Heating convectors "Universal TV" type KSK20 are accepted as heating devices. The supply and exhaust ventilation with a natural motivation for air movement is designed in the residential building. Supply air enters through supply valves installed in the window weaving. Exhaust ventilation is carried out from kitchens, toilets and bathrooms through additional channels. A heating point has been developed. Measures on labor protection and environmental protection were carried out

This work is related to the automation and customer orientation of the order creation system, the ability to create an account, store information about the order and menu items, read the menu list and search for additional information about the restaurant. The qualification work analyzes the subject area and methods of creating website software for the restaurant "International". The task of developing a website software for the International restaurant has been completed. Also the qualifying work contains: – technical task; – sketch project; – working project; – test methodology and program, as well as test results; – user manual, system requirements; – section on labor protection; – software description. Ukraine, the analysis of the war economy and the postwar economic development in Ukraine. The conclusion of the study. The forecast for global economic growth during the war in Ukraine assumes that the rate in developed economies will reach a 38-year high of 5.7 percent, while price growth in developed and developing countries will accelerate to 8.7 percent, the fastest decline since the global financial crisis of 2008. The acceleration is projected to decline by 2.5 percent and 6.5 percent, respectively, starting in 2023. Global socioeconomic development will depend on the most significant factors: energy and food contributed to rising inflation in 2021, when oil and gas supplies were constrained after several years of restrained investment and geopolitical uncertainty; rising food prices will affect every country in the world as extreme weather has reduced crop yields and rising oil and gas prices have increased fertilizer costs; factory closures, port restrictions, ship congestion, container shortages and staff shortages will continue to disrupt some sectors; labor shortages, especially in high-contact industries, are driving up wages, although inflation has caused them to fall. It has been researched that according to estimates
of national and other international expert institutions, the reduction of Ukraine's GDP in 2022 will be 35%. The analysis showed that in April 2022, regions where significant hostilities are taking place or part of the territory is under occupation account for almost 20 percent of Ukraine's GDP, in particular: Kharkiv – 6.11 percent, Donetsk – 4.89 percent, Zaporizhzhia – 3.96 percent, Mykolaiv – 2.29 percent, Luhansk – 1.02 percent, Kherson –
1.62 percent. It is established that during the three months of the war in Ukraine there was a deep decline in economic activity, and the introduction of a number of tax changes to mitigate the shock in the economy led to a significant reduction in tax revenues. Іщенко // Український журнал прикладної економіки та техніки. – 2022. – Том 7, № 4. – С. 40–48.Ефективність соціально-економічного розвитку України значною мірою залежить від транспортного потенціалу, особлива роль якого актуалізується в умовах воєнного стану та в післявоєнний період відбудови економіки України. Важливими для соціально-економічного розвитку та задоволення потреб обороноздатності країни стають можливості здійснювати різні види та різні обсяги перевезень.
Метою написання статті є процес створення імітаційної динамічної моделі поствоєнного економічного відновлення транспортного потенціалу України.
Для реалізації запропонованих методичних підходів та з метою усунення суб’єктивізму отриманих результатів використано статистичні дані Державної служби статистики України та сучасні інструменти прикладної програми Microsoft Excel. Категорію «транспортний потенціал» запропоновано розуміти як всі можливості (матеріальні, людські ресурси, фінансово-інвестиційні ресурси тощо), що можуть бути використані для транспортування будь-кого або будь-чого, тобто для отримання результатів виробництва транспортної системи, яка виступає важливим компонентом національної виробничої інфраструктури.
Для побудови екс-поствоєнних імітаційних динамічних моделей та прогнозування складових параметрів національного транспортного потенціалу в системі соціально-економічного розвитку запропоновано дослідження здійснювати на підставі групування характеристик транспортного потенціалу за ознаками його ресурсних можливостей та результатів виробництва, виділивши наступні групи показників: матеріальні ресурси, людські ресурси, інвестиційні ресурси, результати виробництва. Запропоноване групування та побудовані екс-поствоєнні імітаційні динамічні моделі дозволяють структурувати ресурси транспортної системи для досягнення максимізації або оптимізації результатів виробництва транспортної системи в контексті національного соціально-економічного розвитку та визначити прогнозні оцінки для окремих параметрів національного транспортного потенціалу.The effectiveness of the socio-economic development of Ukraine depends on the transport potential largely, the unique role of which is actualized under martial law conditions and in the post-war period of reconstruction of the economy in Ukraine. Therefore, the ability to carry out different types and different volumes of transportation becomes essential for socio-economic development and meeting the needs of the country's defense capability.
The article's purpose is to create a simulation dynamic model of the post-war economic recovery of Ukraine's transport potential.
To implement the proposed methodological approaches and to eliminate the subjectivity of the obtained results, statistical data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and modern tools of the Microsoft Excel application program were used. The category "transport potential" is proposed to be considered as all the possibilities (material, human resources, financial and investment resources, etc.) that can be used to transport anyone or anything, that is, to obtain the results of the production of the transport system, which is a crucial component of national production infrastructure.
In order to create ex-post-war simulation dynamic models and forecast the constituent parameters of the national transport potential in the system of socio-economic development, it is proposed to carry out research based on grouping the characteristics of the transport potential according to its resource capabilities and production results, by distinguishing the following groups of indicators: material resources, human resources, investment resources, production results. The proposed grouping and creation of ex-post simulation dynamic models allow structuring the resources of the transport system to achieve maximization or optimization of the production results of the transport system in the context of national socio-economic development and to determine forecast estimates for individual parameters of the national transport potential

Уточнено понятійний апарат, надано авторське визначення поняття «диверсифікація державної політики управління місцевим економічним розвитком». Проведено ретроспективний аналіз державної регіональної політики України. Охарактеризовано сучасні управлінські підходи до територіального розвитку та зроблено висновки щодо запровадження в сучасних реаліях безпекової складової управління місцевим економічним розвитком. З урахуванням інструментарію місцевого економічного розвитку запропоновано напрями диверсифікації державної політики, серед яких: визначення спільних рис та проблем для територіальних підходів, присвоєння пріоритетності їх вирішення; знаходження компромісу між сталим розвитком,
інклюзивним розвитком та SMART-спеціалізацією при розробці та реалізації програми відбудови громад та територій; оновлення та переосмислення стратегічних планів відновлення різних ієрархічних рівнів. Представлено модель диверсифікації державної політики управління місцевим економічним розвитком як компроміс між координацією з боку держави та місцевим економічним розвитком, який варто враховувати при відновленні потенціалу території. Перспективи дослідження автори вбачають у формуванні інституційних та прикладних засад диверсифікації державної політики управління місцевим економічним розвитком.The article raises the issues of identification of circumstances that pose a threat to local economic development in wartime conditions, and the possibility of their solution during post-war reconstruction by creating conditions by national and local institutions to achieve economic growth of the territorial communities of Ukraine. Goal: Coverage of the challenges facing territorial communities during the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as further restoration of the local economy; and the formation of practical recommendations for the diversification of the state policy of managing local economic development. The process of managing local economic development is characterized: 1) as a subject of political competition, 2) as an activity of the leadership of local governments, and the factors of its success are identified. The conceptual apparatus is clarified, the author's definition of the concept of «diversification of the state policy of managing local economic development» is given. A retrospective analysis of the state regional policy of Ukraine was carried out. Modern managerial approaches to territorial development are characterized and conclusions are drawn on the introduction of the security component of local economic development management in modern realities. Taking into account the tools of local economic development, directions for the diversification of state policy are proposed, among which are: identifying common features and problems for territorial approaches, assigning priority to their solution; finding a compromise between sustainable development, inclusive development and SMART-specialization in the development and implementation of a program for the restoration of communities and territories; updating and rethinking the strategic recovery plans of different hierarchical levels. A model for the diversification of the state policy of managing local economic development is presented as a compromise between coordination by the state and local economic development, which should be taken into account when restoring the potential of the territory. The authors see the prospects for the study in the formation of institutional and applied principles for the diversification of the state policy of managing local economic development

The theoretical basis of the research was the results presented in fundamental and applied scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists in such areas as: taxation, tax management, tax control, tax administration, digital economy, as well as in analytical reports and documents of international organizations on topical issues of digitalization tax administration. A digital platform is proposed, which will allow attracting specific proposals from individuals and legal entities – taxpayers in the field of fiscal administration, aimed at improving the quality of digital technologies that are introduced in the fiscal sphere.
