Філологія. – Одеса, 2022. – № 53, т. 1. – С. 33–36.У статті проаналізовано найпоширеніші синтаксичні помилки у фаховому мовленні. Зокрема, увагу зосереджено на вживанні віддієслівних іменників на -нн(я), розщеплених присудках, конструкціях з предикативними формами на -но, -то, дієприкметникових зворотах з діячем в орудному відмінку, пасивних конструкціях. Зазначено, що однотипні ланцюжки із віддієслівних іменників призводять до громіздкості висловлювання. Розщеплені присудки вважають анормативами через неправильне семантичне узгодження компо нентів, невдале калькування з російської мови. Зауважено, що активні конструкції є важливою ознакою синтаксису сучасної української літературної мови, а вживання пасивних конструкцій має бути вмотивованим. Речення з предикативними формами на -но, -то варто вживати, коли йдеться про наслідки якихось заходів чи подій у момент мовлення, а дійова особа не згадана. Зазначено, що доречно використовувати активні конструкції, якщо є потреба вказати на дійову особу. З'ясовано відмінності між безпідметовими конструкціями з предикативними формами на -но, -то та підметовими конструкціями з пасивними дієприкметниками. На порушення норм сучасної української літературної мови вказують типові синтаксичні помилки фахового мовлення, які проаналізовані на фактичному мовному матеріалі. Подано нормативні конструкції з предикативними формами на -но, -то, у яких наголошують на результаті певної дій без зазначення дійової особи; речення, у яких замість пасивних дієприкметників ужито предикативні форми на -но, -то; приклади заміни віддієслівних іменників дієприслівниками, особовими формами дієслова, іншими іменниками, предикативними формами на -но, -то тощо. Звернено увагу на розбіжності в поглядах науковців щодо використання синтаксичних одиниць у фаховому мовленні: розщеплених присудків, віддієслівних іменників. Щодо заміни пасивних конструкцій на активні думки науковців одностайні.The article analyzes the most common syntactic errors in professional speech. In particular, attention is focused on the use of verbal nouns ending in -nn(a), nominal compound predicates, constructions with predicative forms ending in -no, -to, participial constructions with the verb in the instrumental case, passive constructions. It is noted that the same type of chains of verb nouns lead to cumbersome utterances. Nominal compound predicates are considered anomortive due to incorrect semantic agreement of components, poor copying from the Russian language. It is noted that active constructions are an important feature of the syntax of contemporary Ukrainian literary language, and the use of passive constructions should be motivated. Sentences with predicative forms ending in -no, -to should be used when it comes to the consequences of some measures or events at the time of speech, and the subject is not mentioned. It is noted that it is appropriate to use active constructions if there is a need to indicate the subject. The differences between subjectless constructions with predicative forms ending in -no, -to and subject constructions with passive adjectives are clarified. Violations of the norms of contemporary Ukrainian literary language are indicated by typical syntactic errors in professional speech, which are analyzed on the basis of actual language material. Normative constructions with predicative forms ending in -no, -to are given, which indicate the results of a certain action without specifying the subject; sentences in which adjective forms ending in -no, -to are used instead of passive verbs; examples of replacing verbal nouns with adverbs, personal verb forms, other nouns, predicative forms ending in -no, -to, etc. Attention is drawn to the differences in the views of scientists on the use of syntactic units in professional speech: nominal compound predicates, verbal nouns. Пащенко. – Миколаїв : НУК, 2022. – 117 с.Управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства є відносно новим самостійний напрямком фінансового менеджменту і є одним з найбільш важливих управлінських процесів у його системі. Наукові дослідження із проблем управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства охоплюють сьогодні широкий спектр питань – від оцінки й способів нейтралізації ризику окремих його фінансових операцій до фінансової діяльності в цілому. Багато дослідників за розробку окремих проблем управління фінансовими ризиками відмічено Нобелівською премією. Фінансові ризики впливають на багато аспектів фінансової діяльності підприємства, однак найбільш значимий їхній вплив проявляється у двох напрямках. По-перше, рівень прийнятого ризику впливає на формування рівня прибутковості фінансових операцій підприємства – ці два показники перебувають у тісному взаємозв'язку і є єдиною системою «прибутковість ризик». По-друге, фінансові ризики є основною формою генерування прямої загрози банкрутства підприємства, тому що фінансові втрати, пов'язані із цим ризиком, є найбільш відчутними. Тому, практично всі фінансові рішення, спрямовані на формування прибутку підприємства, підвищення його ринкової вартості й забезпечення фінансової безпеки, вимагають від фінансових менеджерів володіння технологією винайдення, прийняття й реалізації ризикових рішень. Поглиблення теоретико-методологічних засад і розробки практичних рекомендацій щодо управління фінансовими ризиками. Розглядаються теоретичні основи управління фінансовими ризиками підприємств. Зокрема, поняття і класифікація фінансових ризиків підприємства та методичний інструментарій управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства. Також надано характеристику господарської діяльності підприємства та основних фінансово-економічних показників, проводиться аналіз ризику погіршення фінансового стану підприємства та оцінка ризику банкрутства.
Запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення управління фінансовими ризиками виробничо-господарській діяльності підприємства у двох напрямках: обґрунтування внутрішніх механізмів нейтралізації фінансових ризиків та страхування зовнішніх ризиків.Financial risk management of the enterprise is a relatively new independent area of financial management and is one of the most important management processes in its system. Research on the problems of financial risk management of the company today covers a wide range of issues – from assessment and ways to neutralize the risk of individual financial transactions to financial activities in general. Many researchers have been awarded the Nobel Prize for the development of certain problems of financial risk management. Financial risks affect many aspects of the financial activities of the enterprise, but their most significant impact is manifested in two ways. First, the level of risk taken affects the formation of the level of profitability of financial operations of the enterprise – these two indicators are closely related and are the only system of "profitability-risk". Second, financial risks are the main form of generating a direct threat of bankruptcy, because the financial losses associated with this risk are the most significant. Therefore, almost all financial decisions aimed at generating profits, increasing its market value and ensuring financial security, require financial managers to master the technology of inventing, making and implementing risky decisions. Deepening of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for financial risk management.
Theoretical bases of financial risk management of enterprises are considered. In particular, the concept and classification of financial risks of the enterprise and methodological tools for managing financial risks of the enterprise. It also describes the economic activity of the enterprise and the main financial and economic indicators, analyzes the risk of deterioration of the financial condition of the enterprise and assesses the risk of bankruptcy. Measures to improve the management of financial risks of production and economic activities of the enterprise in two directions are proposed: substantiation of internal mechanisms for neutralization of financial risks and insurance of external risks

Therefore, the modern educator must act as anorganizer of the search process, be open to the perception and discussion of different points of view, presented indifferent forms (reports, comments, debates, dialogues). The main product of the educational process should be theformation of professional thinking and the formation of the subjective position of its participants. Such opportunitiesare provided by training, in the process of which the participants in the cooperation form the meaningfulgeneralizations, and the appropriate mastered way of action becomes part of the experience and turns the individualinto a subject interested in the results of interaction.The author proves that training activities best promote the development of professional thinking, whichagrees as a scientific approach to solving professional problems, that is manifested through the stability of subjectselectivity of thinking, the formation of systematic mental operations, the ability to transfer them in order to solvevarious professional problems and the development of future specialist, as subjectivity, mobility, analytical, synthetic,high professional reflection. In this context, the professional thinking of the specialist provides a scientific basis for seeing the situation and finding a new interpretation, leads to a creative rethinking of traditional methods ofsolving professional problems. Іщенко // Український журнал прикладної економіки та техніки. – 2022. – Т. 7, № 1 (13). – С. 150–156.На сучасному етапі цивілізаційного розвитку спортивно-оздоровча діяльність стає однією з пріоритетних сфер розвитку національних економік, популярним соціальним і культурним трендом та іміджевим фактором країн. Фізичне виховання, спорт та суміжні сфери діяльності, які сприяють розвитку культури здорового способу життя, у світовій практиці користуються всебічною державною підтримкою. Безумовно, спорт та оздоровча діяльність є одним з головних цивілізаційних трендів, які набирають оберти впродовж останніх 10 років. У країнах із розвинутою економікою розроблено безліч національних та регіональних програм, що мають на меті стимулювати громадян до ведення активного способу життя та заняття спортом. Метою статті є дослідження глобальних трендів розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності. Аналіз показав, що світовий спортивний ринок у 2020 році досяг майже 388,3 мільярда доларів, збільшившись із сумарним річним темпом зростання на 3,4% з 2015 року. У 2020 році обсяги ринку становили 388,3 млрд дол. і скоротилися порівняно з попереднім 2019 роком на 15,4%, що відбулося через спалах COVID-19 та заходами для його стримування. Аналіз індексів приросту обсягів надання послуг у сфері спорту показав на різке збільшення обсягів послуг у 2016 порівняно з 2015 роком, що є характерним як для України, так і для країн ЄС. При цьому в ЄС темпи приросту демонстрували позитивне значення впродовж майже усього періоду з 2016 до 2020 року. Визначено, що суттєвий вплив на розвиток спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності має епідемія Ковід-19, що у 2020 році внаслідок жорстких обмежувальних заходів призвела до скорочення ринку спортивних послуг на 14% в Україні та на 24% у країнах ЄС. Висновки. Доведено, що серед основних глобальних трендів розвитку спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності є: диджиталізація спорту, посилення індивідуалізму у спорті, виникнення та поширення нових видів спорту, подальше зростання ринку кіберспорту, розвиток блокчейн технологій та психічне здоров’я.At the present stage of civilization development, sports and health activities become the best areas of national economies, a popular social and cultural trend and image factor of the country. Physical education, sports and related fields that contribute to the development of a culture of healthy living in world practice use comprehensive state support. Of course, sports and health activities are one of the main trends in civilization, which are gaining momentum over the past 10 years. In countries with developed economies, many national and regional programs have been developed to encourage citizens to lead an active lifestyle and play sports. The purpose of the article is to study global trends in sports and health activities. The analysis showed that the global sports market in 2020 reached 388.3 billion dollars, increasing with a total annual growth rate of 3.4% since 2015. In 2020, the market volume accounted 388.3 billion dollars, and shortened in comparison to the previous year, 2019, by 15.4%, which occurred due to the outbreak of COVID-19 and measures to contain it. The analysis of growth indices of sports services showed a sharp increase in services in 2016 compared to 2015, which is typical for both Ukraine and the EU. At the same time, the growth rate in the EU showed a positive value throughout the period from 2016 to 2020. It has been determined that the COVID-19 epidemic has a significant healthy impact on the development of sports and health activities, which in 2020 as a result of severe restrictive measures led to a reduction in the market of sports services by 14% in Ukraine and 24% in EU countries. Conclusions. It is proved that among the main global trends in the development of sports and health activities are: digitalization of sports, strengthening the individuality of sports, the emergence and spread of new sports, further growth of the e-sports market, development of blockchain technology and mental health
