The suggested methodological approaches contribute to narrowing the results of the analysis of diverse phenomena and processes down to a single unified system of standardized parameters, thereby developing a single monitoring model and simplifying the decision-making process. The fact that the decentralization process has primarily 3 interrelated and interdependent directions is taken into account in forming the methodological approaches to evaluation of the ongoing reform efficiency. The indicators of analysis of the reform implementation efficiency across the organizational-administrative, budgetary, and socio-economic components are systematized in order to be used both for determining the average reform implementation paces in the country and comparing the respective structural changes. The set of mathematical tools to evaluate them is suggested. The efficiency of the decentralization reform implementation is comprehensively analyzed across Ukrainian regions. The major accomplishments and bottlenecks to be addressed at the current stage are determined. The comparative analysis of the efficiency of the decentralization reform implementation across Ukrainian regions has shown that, currently, there isn’t any consistent relationship between the organizational, budgetary, and socio-economic results of the reform in the regions. Галузі змінюють свою думку та філософію. Електростанції в Західній Європі, США, на Далекому та Близькому Сході повільно переходять на альтернативні джерела палива, такі як: природний газ – метан.
Сучасне суднобудівна індустрія також змінюється. Починають використовувати водень, метан, метанол, аміак, енергія сонця для виробництва електроенергії замість рідкого палива, щоб зменшити викиди CO2, NOx, SOx.
Мета – у статті пропонується розглянути комплексний пакет силових рішень, які допомагають на шляху до декарбонізації та альтернативи, за допомогою яких судновласники можуть покращити свій EEXI без зниження швидкості плавання.
Наукова новизна та практична значимість полягає в тому, що доставка вантажів морем відіграє вирішальну роль у світовій економіці, 90% світової торгівлі транспортується морем. Щоб пом’якшити екологічний вплив судноплавства, міжнародна морська організація (IMO) прийняла стратегії, спрямовані на скорочення шкідливих викидів в атмосферу від судноплавства на 50% до 2050 року порівняно з рівнем 2008 року. Щоб відповідати
меті IMO, потрібні зміни в дизайні судна та виробництві електроенергії. Однак головна проблема – це паливо.
Весь сучасний флот починає використовувати двопаливні двохтактні або чотирьохтактні двигуни, які можуть працювати на альтернативних джерелах палива. Сучасні балкери, контейнери, портові та океанські буксири будують з установками, які працюють на природному газу, та ведуться розробки установ на інших альтернативних джерелах палива. Багато сучасних суден модифікуються, щоб відповідати сучасним вимогам.
Судновласники прагнуть підвищити паливну економічність та зменшити кількість шкідливих викидів зі своїх суден, бо це впливає на їхню репутацію та можливість здобути вигідний, довгостроковий контракт.Our world is changing, we are focusing more on “clean energy” to fight global warming. Industries are
changing their minds and philosophies. Power plants in Western Europe, USA, Far and Middle East are slowly switching to alternative fuel sources, such as: natural gas – methane. The modern shipbuilding industry is also changing. They are starting to use hydrogen, methane, methanol, ammonia, solar energy to produce electricity instead of liquid fuel to reduce CO2, NOx, SOx emissions.
Purpose – The article proposes to consider a comprehensive package of power solutions that help on the path to decarbonization and alternatives by which ship owners can improve their Energy Efficient Existing Ship Index without reducing sailing speed.
The scientific novelty and practical significance lies in the fact that the delivery of goods by sea plays a decisive role in the world economy, 90% of world trade is transported by sea. To mitigate the environmental impact of shipping, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) has adopted strategies aimed at reducing harmful emissions from shipping by 50% by 2050 compared to 2008 levels. To meet the International Maritime Organization targets, changes in ship design and power generation are required. However, the main problem is fuel.
All modern fleets are beginning to use dual-fuel two-stroke or four-stroke engines that can run on alternative fuel sources. Modern bulk carriers, containers, harbor and ocean tugs are being built with natural gas-powered installations, and other alternative fuel installations are under development. Many modern vessels are being modified to meet modern requirements.
Shipowners strive to improve fuel efficiency and reduce harmful emissions from their ships, as this affects their reputation and the ability to win a profitable, long-term contract

двигун з наддувом потужністю 255 кВт на базі прототипу 8ЧН13/14, та
розроблено конструкцію поршня.
Проектований двигун 8ГН13/14 планується встановити на автомобілі
КрАЗ-250. В першому розділі пояснювальної записки було виконано детальний
опис двигуна-прототипу 8ЧН13/14.
В другому розділі виконано розрахунок параметрів робочого циклу
двигуна, на основі отриманих результатів якого побудовано теоретичну та
дійсну індикаторну діаграми. Визначено величини складових зовнішнього
теплового балансу двигуна, а також сили та моменти що діють в кривошипношатунному механізмі двигуна.
Проаналізовано існуючі схеми конструкцій поршнів ДВЗ. Для
забезпечення високих ресурсних показників запроектованого двигуна та
надійності його роботи змінено тип палива. Виконано розрахунок основних
параметрів складових поршневої групи газодизеля з метою забезпечення
оптимальних умов протікання робочого процесу в циліндрах двигуна.
В проекті розглянуто основні проблеми щодо захисту навколишнього
середовища та охорони праці підчас експлуатації двигуна. Проаналізовано
можливі небезпеки при експлуатації та під час обслуговування газового
двигуна, проведені розробки заходів з охорони праці та навколишнього
середовища. Визначено рівні шуму та вібрації проектованого двигуна.
В графічній частині виконано креслення: поперечний переріз двигуна
8ГЧН13/14, складальне креслення поршневої групи та робоче креслення
поршня; схема системи живлення;індикаторна діаграма та діаграма сил, що
діють в КШМ.In the diploma project, in accordance with the task, a supercharged gas engine
with a power of 255 kW was designed on the basis of the 8ЧН13/14 prototype, and
the design of the piston was developed.
The designed 8ГН13/14 engine is planned to be installed on the KrAZ-250 car.
In the first section of the explanatory note, a detailed description of the 8ChN13/14
prototype engine was made.
In the second section, the parameters of the engine's operating cycle are
calculated, based on the obtained results, theoretical and actual indicator diagrams are
constructed. The values of the components of the external heat balance of the engine,
as well as the forces and moments acting in the crank-rod mechanism of the engine,
were determined.
The existing designs of internal combustion engine piston designs were
analyzed. The type of fuel has been changed to ensure high resource performance of
the designed engine and reliability of its operation. The calculation of the main
parameters of the components of the gas diesel piston group was performed in order
to ensure optimal conditions for the flow of the work process in the engine cylinders.
The project considers the main problems of environmental protection and labor
protection during engine operation. Possible hazards during operation and
maintenance of the gas engine were analyzed, labor and environmental protection
measures were developed. The noise and vibration levels of the designed engine were
determined.
In the graphic part, drawings are made: a cross-section of the 8ГЧН13/14
engine, an assembly drawing of the piston group and a working drawing of the
piston; diagram of the power supply system; indicator diagram and diagram of the
forces acting in the KSHM

Проаналізовано структуру системи управління персоналом підприємства, на основі виокремлення підсистем: керівництва, організаційної структури та кадрів; управління трудовими відносинами, соціальним та корпоративним розвитком; правового та інформаційного забезпечення; функціонування та розвитку персоналу. Проаналізовано теоретико-методологічне підґрунтя стратегічних імператив методології управління персоналом підприємства. Запропоновано схему взаємозв’язку між: теорією управління персоналом; теорією життєздатності суб’єкта та концептуальної моделі життєздатності промислових підприємств. Здійснено оцінку особливостей стратегічних імператив управління персоналом промислового підприємства. Окреслено стратегічні імперативи ефективності використання трудового потенціалу підприємства. Визначена концепція стратегічних імператив управління трудовими ресурсами промислового підприємства. Запропоновано механізм впровадження інвестицій у інноваційний розвиток трудового потенціалу ТДВ «Первомайськдизельмаш».The results obtained during the study together solve an important scientific and practical task for the further development of theoretical foundations, the development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations aimed at improving the management of the strategic imperative for the development of the labor potential of the enterprise. Theoretical provisions of evolutionary development of theory and practice of personnel management, human resources and personnel are investigated. The conceptual and terminological apparatus of the study is generalized. The definition of the essence of the concept of "personnel management" is given. The peculiarities of strategic imperative of personnel management of industrial enterprise were evaluated. Financial and economic state of enterprise activity is analyzed. Assessment of trends of personnel movement at Pervomayskdizelmash. Personnel turnover at the enterprise, taking into account the basic indicators, namely: turnover rate for reception, turnover rate for disposal, ratio of required personnel turnover, ratio of excess personnel turnover, coefficient of total personnel turnover, personnel growth rate, coefficient of staff variability, full period of staff variability, years, level of personnel stability and level of personnel productivity, was investigated. Conceptual determinants of strategic personnel management imperative are investigated. It has been found that it is advisable to use and combine several methods, principles and tools to improve the level of functioning and development of the enterprise in order to choose the optimal strategy of personnel management of the enterprise. The scientific and methodological approach to assessment of the level of optimality of the system of personnel management of industrial enterprise is proposed, which involves taking into account factors of functioning (integral indicator of stability and reliability) of personnel and development (survivability and motivation) of personnel. Scenarios of viability, development and functioning of the optimal system of personnel management of industrial enterprises on the basis of scenario and econometric modeling are determined. Strategic imperatives of the efficiency of using the labor potential of the enterprise are outlined. The object of research is the processes of organizing marketing activities of the enterprise.
In the qualification work, a theoretical generalization and new recommendations for improving marketing activities at the enterprise were made.
The study made it possible to systematize, supplement and develop theoretical, methodological and conceptual foundations and to form scientific and methodological approaches to the organization of marketing at the enterprise. Improvements were made to the structure of the budget of marketing communications and tools that ensured the growth of financial results from their use.

Пояснювальна записка магістерської роботи складається зі вступу, трьох розділів та висновків. У вступі визначається актуальність теми та проводиться короткий огляд поставленої задачі. The object of research is the process of technical and tactical training of young athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling.
Purpose - to carry out scientific and theoretical substantiation of technical and tactical training of young athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling at the stage of preliminary basic training and to test its effectiveness in the process of competitive activity. Practical significance of the obtained results. The results of this study can be used by coaches to improve the process of technical and tactical training of athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling at the stage of preliminary basic training. The explanatory note of the master's work consists of an introduction, three chapters and conclusions. The introduction defines the relevance of the topic and gives a brief overview of the task. The first section deals with the theoretical aspects of teaching technical and tactical actions of young athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling at the stage of preliminary basic training. In the second section the methodology and research of technical and tactical training of young wrestlers is carried out. The third section evaluates the effectiveness of the methodology of technical and tactical training of young athletes in Greco-Roman wrestling at the stage of preliminary basic training. У першому розділі розглядаються стан системи управління бадмінтоном. У другому розділі зазначаються методи дослідження особливостей управління спортивними проєктами закладами фізичної культури та спорту. Третій розділ присвячений шляхам підвищення ефективності управління стейкхолдерами спортивних проєктів закладу фізичної культури та спорту. У висновках проводиться аналіз проведеної роботи та отриманих результатів.Магістерська наукова робота містить 61 сторінку (без додатків), містить 9 таблиць i 8 рисунки та 1 графік. The third section is devoted to ways of improving the effectiveness of the management of stakeholders of sports projects of the institution of physical culture and sports.
