Potensi Penghematan Biaya Dan Waktu Konstruksi terhadap Detail Engineering Design (DED) di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto
Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang terus berupaya memenuhi kesejahteraan rakyat dengan berbagai pembangunan infrastruktur. Namun, banyak proyek konstruksi mengalami masalah yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dan pembengkakan biaya, seringkali disebabkan oleh desain yang kurang matang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi penghematan biaya dan waktu dalam proyek Gedung Proton Beam RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta, dengan mengidentifikasi jenis tanah pada tahap Detail Engineering Design (DED) sebelum pelaksanaan konstruksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data sekunder dari proyek, yang dibandingkan antara kondisi kesalahan desain yang terjadi saat konstruksi dan kondisi di mana desain diubah sebelum konstruksi dimulai. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa dengan mendeteksi jenis tanah lebih awal, penghematan biaya mencapai 50% dan penghematan waktu sebesar 150% dari yang diperkirakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perencana dan pelaksana proyek untuk memperhatikan aspek geoteknik dalam tahap perencanaan, sehingga dapat meminimalisir risiko dalam proyek konstruksi
Tanggung Jawab Hukum Ortodontis Praktik Mandiri terhadap Pengelolaan Limbah Bahan Perawatan Ortodonti
The research aims to analyze the obligations of orthodontists in independent practice regarding waste management and their legal responsibilities for environmental pollution caused by the waste from orthodontic treatment materials.The study focuses on the legal responsibilities of orthodontists in managing waste to prevent pollution arising from the disposal of materials used in orthodontic treatments. This research employs a legal research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate Independent practice orthodontists, in addition to working to provide health services and as managers of independent practices, have a legal obligation to manage the waste of orthodontic treatment materials produced in accordance with applicable regulations in Indonesia. the obligation to manage the waste produced includes the obligation to reduce, sort, temporarily store and cooperate with other parties for waste transportation and treatment. Independent practice orthodontists are legally responsible for environmental pollution arising from the impact of poor management of orthodontic treatment material waste, where legal responsibility includes administrative responsibility if independent practice orthodontists intersect with the problem of violation of permits and waste management procedures. Civil law liability, namely in the form of compensation and recovery of damage to the aggrieved party, and criminal law liability, namely if the orthodontist commits an unlawful act
Analisis Strategi Pertahanan Indonesia dalam Rangka Pengamanan Selat Makassar (2019-2024)
The Makassar Strait is an Indonesian maritime territory that has an important function not only for Indonesia, but also for other countries that use the Makassar Strait as their sea transportation route. The urgency of the security of the Makassar Strait itself is also driven by the plan to move the Indonesian Capital City to the Nusantara Capital City in East Kalimantan, more precisely in the Penajam Paser Utara Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study will use the concept of maritime security according to Chris Rahman as the basis for research on Indonesia's strategy in securing the Makassar Strait. By using qualitative research methods, the author will focus on collecting data through literature studies, to answer the research question "what is Indonesia's defense strategy in securing the Makassar Strait in 2019-2024?". Using the concept of maritime security from Chris Rahman, this study found several efforts that have been made by Indonesia in securing the Makassar Strait, in accordance with the 5 approaches introduced by Chris Rahman regarding maritime security, namely (1) security of the sea itself; (2) Ocean Governance; (3) maritime border protection; (4) military activities; (5) security regulation of the maritime transportation system
Perbandingan Tree Based Model untuk Klasifikasi Tipe Kepribadian MBTI
This study examines the use of Tree-Based Models for classifying Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality types. Data was collected through questionnaires referencing the 16Personalities test, followed by preprocessing steps to handle missing values, split MBTI labels, and analyze statistical summaries. Seven algorithms, including Decision Tree, Random Forest, Extra Trees, and Gradient Boosting, were applied to evaluate classification accuracy across MBTI dimensions (E-I, S-N, T-F, J-P). Random Forest emerged as the best model with an accuracy of 72.5% when analyzing high-correlation questions, highlighting its robustness in managing data interactions. This research emphasizes the effectiveness of machine learning in personality classification and provides practical insights for integrating MBTI assessments into applications. Future work suggests leveraging larger, more diverse datasets and exploring deep learning integrations for enhanced model performance
BioMedInsight: Innovative Approaches in Epigenetic Profiling for the Development of Personalized and Targeted Cancer Therapy
This study aims to develop an innovative approach to personalized cancer treatment through the analysis of epigenetic profiles using the BioMedInsight platform. The primary issue in current cancer treatment is the lack of personalization, often resulting in limited therapy effectiveness and undesirable side effects. BioMedInsight integrates multi-omic epigenetic data to identify specific epigenetic modification patterns that can be targeted in cancer therapy. The proposed methods include collecting epigenetic data from public sources, normalizing data, differential analysis, multi-omic data integration, biomarker identification, and developing predictive models of therapy response using machine learning. It is expected that this approach will provide guidelines for the development of more personalized and effective cancer therapies, as well as new insights into the underlying epigenetic mechanisms of cancer. Although this study is an idea and has not been implemented in field research, its potential clinical impact is significant. By leveraging publicly available epigenetic data, we can develop more accurate and specific predictive models for individuals, enabling more tailored and effective therapies. Further research is needed to validate these findings in larger populations and implement them in clinical practice. Preliminary conclusions suggest that this approach has great potential to improve clinical outcomes for cancer patients by providing more specific and personalized information about their epigenetic profiles
Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pengguna Jasa dalam Memilih Dermaga di Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Merak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif, layanan, dan keamanan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga regular ataupun eksekutif ketika menyeberang di Pelabuhan Merak dengan kategori penumpang jasa pejalan kaki dankendaraan pribadi sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) selaku pengelola transportasi laut di Pelabuhan Merak. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dimana jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 133 orangpengguna jasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tarif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga, namun begitu factor layanan dan keamanan justru tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor kategori penumpang jasa memoderasi pengaruhtarif terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga, sedangkan untuk factor layanan dan juga keamanan justru tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan
Enhancing the Image of Bajo Village Settlement Areas through Amphibious House
Coastal communities like the Bajo people in Tiworo Tengah District, West Muna Regency, face increasing environmental challenges due to climate change and rising sea levels. The traditional stilt houses they inhabit are becoming inadequate in adapting to these conditions, negatively affecting the settlement's functionality and image. This research aims to enhance the image of the Bajo settlement area by introducing the concept of the amphibious house. This dwelling design can float during flooding and return to its base when water recedes. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a rationalistic architectural approach, incorporating field observations, documentation, interviews, and literature studies. The research focuses on the settlement's spatial, physical, and visual aspects to identify the existing conditions and the potential for improvement. The findings reveal that the current Bajo settlement lacks adaptation to environmental dynamics and exhibits a declining aesthetic and functional image. The amphibious house concept offers a culturally sensitive and environmentally adaptive solution that aligns with the socio-economic conditions and traditions of the Bajo community. The integration of amphibious structures enhances the livability, safety, and visual appeal of the settlement while preserving the unique maritime identity of the Bajo people. This research implies that combining vernacular architecture with innovative, adaptive design strategies can effectively address environmental vulnerability in coastal communities, offering a sustainable solution for similar contexts across Indonesia and beyond
Optimasi Pemeliharaan Jaringan Distribusi dengan Metode Identifikasi Kondisi Jaringan, Keypoint dan Prioritas Penyulang pada PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Nusa Tenggara Timur Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kefamenanu
Pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik, tingkat keandalan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting agar mutu, kontinuitas dan ketersediaan pelayanan daya listrik terhadap pelanggan dapat dilakukan secara kontinyu dalam satu tahun. Seperti halnya pada Unit Layanan Pelanggan Kefamenanu terdapat permasalahan bahwa pada 25 penyulang memiliki total gangguan sebanyak 636 gangguan selama setahun dengan jenis pelanggan yang bervariasi dari prioritas rendah, sedang maupun tinggi. Sedangkan, berdasarkan indikator FGTM (Frekuensi Gangguan Tegangan Menengah) ditemukan bahwa terdapat 38 jenis masalah utama yang mempengaruhi keandalan jaringan distribusi. Dari jumlah tersebut, 30 masalah diidentifikasi dapat diatasi melalui solusi preventif, sementara 8 masalah lainnya memerlukan solusi korektif. Dari permasalahan tersebut diperlukan suatu pemeliharaan pada jaringan distribusi daya dengan meningkatkan efektivitas pemeliharaan preventif sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keandalan jaringan distribusi secara signifikan yaitu dengan menerapkan metode multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) menggunakan metode pearson correlation untuk seleksi fitur, metode Best-Worst Method (BWM), dalam BWM terdapat proses pembobotan kriteria menggunakan metode Mixed Linear Integer Programming (MILP) dan metode TOPSIS untuk perankingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pemeliharaan preventif guna meningkatkan keandalan jaringan distribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model optimalisasi jaringan distribusi daya dengan seleksi fitur menggunakan metode pearson correlation mendapatkan nilai evaluasi RMSE 2.614, MAE 2.167 dan R2 Score 0.975 serta berhasil mendapatkan perankingan mode kegagalan. Sedangkan, hasil prioritas ranking pertama terdapat pada REC MANUFUI dengan skor TOPSIS 0.896115. Hasil perankingan metode TOPSIS ini dapat digunakan pihak terkait dalam melakukan penjadwalan pemeliharaan jaringan distribusi daya
Hybrid AHP Topsis Method for Selection and the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) for Monitoring the Animal Disturbance Reduction Program (Case Study: PLN UP3 East Bali)
PLN (Persero) East Bali Customer Service Implementation Unit is responsible for supplying electricity in Gianyar, Klungkung, Bangli, and Karangasem regencies. The high number of feeder disturbances, especially those caused by animals, significantly impacts the reliability and continuity of electricity supply, accounting for 115 incidents (37.33%) out of a total of 308 trips in the first semester of 2023. This study aims to determine the priority program for reducing animal-related disturbances using the hybrid Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method and to monitor its implementation using The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX). The Delphi method established four evaluation criteria: ease of implementation, material cost, effectiveness, and power outage (KWH lost). Four alternatives were evaluated: installing palm fiber barriers, animal shields, heat shrink tubes, and tree pruning. The results indicated that tree pruning was the priority program. Implementation was monitored during the first semester of 2024 using the 4DX method, which showed a significant reduction in animal-related disturbances, decreasing from 115 incidents in the first semester of 2023 to 55 incidents in the first semester of 2024, representing a 52.21% year-over-year reduction. The implications of this study demonstrate that the hybrid AHP-TOPSIS and 4DX approaches effectively determine priorities and monitor program execution, significantly improving electricity supply reliability
Kandungan Logam Berat pada Residu Insinerator Limbah Medis dan Pengendalian Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungannya
Pengolahan limbah medis rumah sakit melalui insinerator masih menjadi tantangan di negara berkembang, termasuk Indonesia, karena dapat memengaruhi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kandungan logam berat dalam residu insinerator limbah medis, serta mengidentifikasi risiko kesehatan yang terkait. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematik terhadap 21 artikel yang relevan, yang mencakup analisis kandungan logam berat dalam bottom ash dan fly ash dari insinerator. Penemuan menunjukkan bahwa residu ini mengandung elemen toksik potensial (PTEs) seperti arsenik, kadmium, timbal, dan merkuri, dengan konsentrasi yang seringkali melebihi batas baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Pembuangan residu secara landfill berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan dan risiko kesehatan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya pengendalian yang lebih baik terhadap limbah insinerator, termasuk pengembangan teknik pengolahan yang ramah lingkungan dan peningkatan kesadaran bagi petugas. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan penguatan regulasi dan metode pemantauan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari limbah medis, serta perlunya studi lebih lanjut mengenai teknik ekstraksi logam berat yang efisien dan penerapan prinsip ekonomi sirkular dalam pengelolaan limbah medis
