Pemuda sebagai pendorong perubahan yang berpotensi memberikan kontribusnya menghadapi berbagai tantangan pembangunan. Pemudalah yang diharapkan untuk mewujudkan cita-cita bangsa menjadi bangsa yang bermartabat dan memiliki kekuatan dalam mempertahankan negara. Pengembangan sektor agribisnis sebagai salah satu program pemberdayaan pemuda yang penting dilakukan agar memiliki bekal menyonsong era yang semakin kompetitif untuk mempersiapkan pemuda menjadi pelaku wirausaha dalam bidang pertanian dengan memanfaatkan jagung yang melimpah sebagai produk olahan yang potensial menurunkan angka pengangguran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan pemuda melalui program penddidkan kewirausahaan untuk membangun usaha baru berbasis produk olahan jagung. Feed security is an important aspect in supporting the sustainability of goat farming businesses, especially in rural areas that depend on local resources. This service aims to improve the production and management of high-protein feed made from Black Soldier Fly maggot in the Beusare Maju Livestock Group. Maggot is known to have a high protein content, so it has great potential as an independent and cheap alternative feed ingredient. The service methods used include maggot cultivation training, making high-protein feed formulations, and feeding management for goats. The results of this activity are expected to be able to increase the productivity of goat farming, reduce feed costs, and strengthen the independence of farmers in providing quality feed. The implementation of maggot cultivation technology also contributes to the reduction of organic waste in the surrounding environment. As a result, there has been an increase in the welfare of farmers through a decrease in operational costs and an increase in livestock production. The results of the observation percentage after the evaluation of Beusare Maju goat farming are not much different from the expected percentage of results. In terms of improving feed management capabilities, an average of 85% from 100% and an increase in feed quantity was obtained an average of 77.5% from 100%.

Ketahanan pakan merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha peternakan kambing, terutama di daerah pedesaan yang bergantung pada sumber daya lokal. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produksi dan manajemen pakan berprotein tinggi yang berbahan dasar maggot Black Soldier Fly di Kelompok Ternak Beusare Maju. Maggot dikenal memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi, sehingga sangat potensial sebagai bahan pakan alternatif yang mandiri dan murah. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan budidaya maggot, pembuatan formulasi pakan berprotein tinggi, serta manajemen pemberian pakan untuk kambing. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas peternakan kambing, menekan biaya pakan, serta memperkuat kemandirian peternak dalam menyediakan pakan berkualitas. Implementasi teknologi budidaya maggot juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah organik di lingkungan sekitar. Dampaknya, terjadi peningkatan kesejahteraan peternak melalui penurunan biaya operasional dan peningkatan hasil produksi ternak. Hasil persentase pengamatan setelah dilakukan evaluasi kepeternakan kambing Beusare Maju tidak jauh berbeda dengan persentase hasil yang diharapkan. Pada aspek peningkatan kemampuan manajemen pakan didapatkan rata-rata 82,5% dari 90% dan peningkatan kuantitas pakan didapatkan rata-rata 77,5% dari 90%.
 
PKM KELOMPOK PKK DESA BANDUNGREJO KABUPATEN MAGELANG JAWA TENGAH DALAM PEMBUATAN MINUMAN HERBAL INSTAN
Get PDFDesa Bandungrejo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Ngablak, Kabupaten Magelang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Desa Bandungrejo terletak sekitar 10 km dari Kota Magelang dengan waktu tempuh 30 menit. Desa Bandungrejo memiliki luas 375 ha, dengan pekarangan/bangunan seluas 52 ha dan ladang seluas 292 ha. Kelurahan Bandungrejo terdapat 9 dusun yaitu: Noyogaten, Bakalan, Bandungrejo, Pendem, Citrogaten, Brongkol, Kayuares, Kenanggan, Soromayan. Kondisi tanah yang berada di daerah pegunungan menjadikan desa Bandungrejo sangat cocok untuk tanaman sayuran dan tanaman herbal berupa jahe, kunyit, temulawak dan kencur yang masih terbatas dalam pengolahan dan pemanfaatannya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini akan di laksanakan oleh Kelompok PKK Barokah Desa Bandungrejo, faktor tersebut akibat dari keterbatasan mitra dalam mengolah dan menghasilkan produk herbal yang siap konsumsi dan layak jual, faktor tersebut akibat dari aspek produksi, aspek sumber daya manusia, dan aspek manajemen. Tujuan pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mendorong terciptanya peningkatan ekonomi warga yang selama ini terjadi dikarenakan rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman teknologi dalam pengolahan produk herbal menjadi produk siap konsumsi dan layak jual bernilai ekonomis lebih tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan pendampingan pengenalan tanaman herbal, pengolahan, produksi dan pemasaran.
Luaran yang di capai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia kelompok PKK Desa Bandungrejo dalam membuat produk minuman herbal instan serta peningkatan kapasitas dalam motivasi berwirausaha, manajemen dan pemasaran
PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PROPOSAL PPK ORMAWA MELALUI PELATIHAN BAGI ANGGOTA UKM INTERMEDIA UNIVERSITAS AMIKOM PURWOKERTO
Get PDFPermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Intermedia Universitas Amikom Purwokerto adalah kurangnya kemampuan dalam menyusun proposal sesuai dengan standar Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa). Hal ini menyebabkan UKM Intermedia tidak mendapatkan pendanaan selama dua tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penulisan proposal yang kompetitif dan berkualitas kepada anggota UKM. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi: sesi pertama menghadirkan pembicara internasional yang membahas teknik penulisan latar belakang proposal dengan fokus pada identifikasi gap, sedangkan sesi kedua dipandu oleh dosen Universitas Amikom Purwokerto yang menekankan penggalian ide program untuk proposal PPK Ormawa. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner sesi pertama, 57,1% peserta menyatakan memahami materi dengan baik (skor 4), sementara 35,7% memberikan skor tertinggi (skor 5). Secara keseluruhan, 80% peserta berhasil mengimplementasikan materi dalam bentuk draft proposal, dan 71,4% peserta menyatakan minat untuk bergabung dengan Tim PPK Ormawa setelah pelatihan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi peserta dalam menyusun proposal yang lebih kompetitif dan inovatif sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat

This phenomenon gives encouragement to the government to change the purpose of the education curriculum towards the formation of student character. The purpose of PKM is to find the values needed by teachers for the formation of students' character by using the talking stick model. The talking stick model is a learning model that gives students the freedom to be able to act freely as far as possible without coercion so that they can develop confidence. This model is expected to shape the character of students. The method of this activity is a lecture and question and answer about the socialized stick takling model. Socialization of models that can be used as one of the alternatives in learning in order to shape the characteristics of students. Counseling on the socialization of the talking stick model was carried out at SDN 101808 Candirejo Village, Biru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency. This counseling activity is expected to shape the characteristics of students since gaining knowledge at school. The results of this counseling are expected so that teachers can shape the character of students to be better by using the talking stick model
Pelatihan Pembuatan Modul Dan Workbook Printable Bertemakan Kreatifitas Bagi Tutor Di Lembaga Kursus SAS ANA Medan

These tutors come from non-education degree backgrounds, and some are still university students. The aim of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to provide tutors at the SAS ANA Group with experience in creating printable modules and workbooks with a creativity-based theme. The implementation method used is PAR (Participatory Action Research), which is interpreted as a participatory approach involving group members—in this case, tutors at SAS ANA Group in Medan—carried out with high enthusiasm to achieve the goal of creating creativity-themed printable modules and workbooks.The results of the program show that (a) tutors at SAS ANA were enthusiastic during the training sessions, (b) tutors expressed a strong interest in learning more about e-modules and printable workbooks, and (c) e-modules make it easier for course students to complete exercises anywhere

This research aims to examine the extent to which MSMEs will comply with tax obligations after the VAT rate increase, using qualitative methods with a content analysis approach. The data used in this research includes information about MSMEs obtained from the website of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, as well as data regarding the level of tax compliance of MSMEs obtained from the website of the Directorate General of Taxes

No full textThis study aims to determine the influence of teaching campus activities on the motivation to become teachers for teaching campus students of the Faculty of Teacher Training, Muslim Nusantara Alwashliyah University of Medan in 2023/2024. This study used students or participants from teaching campus activities as respondents as many as 20 students. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire given to students participating in the teaching campus. Then, the results of the research in accordance with the hypothesis formulated in this study can be accepted as true, because t is calculated ≥ t table or 3.31 ≥ 1.73. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence of teaching campus activities on the motivation to become teachers for teaching campus students at the Faculty of Teacher Training, Muslim Nusantara Alwashliyah University Medan
 
IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING SKILL FOR GENERAL COMMUNICATION THROUGH ENGLISH MOVIE (A Study at the Third Semester Students of Polytechnic Unggul LP3M
Get PDFStudents in Polytechnic Unggul LP3M especially in 3rd Semester has Speaking for general communication as compulsory subject. Even in higher education, there are some lakcness in reality, most of the students face some problems in speaking. The lecturer used Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) to find out what media is the most suitable for the students so it can be used to improve the students’ speaking ability. The objectives of the study are: 1) finding out whether or not English Movie can improve the students’ speaking skill 2) finding out classroom situation when English Movie implemented in speaking class. To collect data, the researcher used instruments of observations, tests and questionnaires. The finding showed that the use of English Movie was effective in improving the speaking abilities of the student in class. This can be seen from the improvements after each cycle. The average score of pre-test was 65.92. After the implementation of English Movie in every cycle, the students’ speaking score were getting better. It can be seen from the result of students’ average score 73.26 in cycle 1 and 82,2 in cycle 2. The atmosphere of the class was more lively as there are many interesting activities with relax feeling, They enjoy for various types of activities related to English Movie. The student gave attention to the lessons they were very active to conduct the activities and dominated the activities. They were not afraid of making mistake

Get PDFABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh employee engagement, kesejahteraan karyawan, lingkungan kerja internal terhadap employee retention di PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan PT. Seltech Utaman Mandiri Medan sebanyak 175. Sampel diambil dengan menerapkan persamaan slovin, sehingga jumlah keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 karyawan. Teknik untuk mengumpulkan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan pengamatan, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik analisa data menerapkan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik. Teknik analisa data memanfaatkan regresi linear berganda dengan dibantu program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini dengan parsial menampilkan employee engagement memberi pengaruh nyata dan positif pada employee retention. Kesejahteraan karyawan memberi pengaruh nyata dan positif pada employee retention. Lingkungan kerja internal memberi pengaruh nyata dan positif pada employee retention. Hasil uji F simultan menampilkan employee engagement, kesejahteraan karyawan, lingkungan kerja internal dengan simultan memberi pengaruh pada employee retention di PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan
Kata kunci: Employee Engagement, Kesejahteraan Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja Internal, Employee Retention.ABSTRACT: This study's goal was to ascertain and evaluate the impact of employee engagement, employee welfare, internal work environment on employee retention at PT Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan. The research is of the quantitative kind. 175 workers of were the study's population of PT Seltech Utaman Mandiri Medan. 64 employees participated in the study overall as responders, with the sample being selected based on the Slovin formula. This study used questionnaires using a Likert scale data measurement scale, documentation, and observation as data gathering methods. Techniques for data analysis make use of tests for validity, reliability, and traditional assumptions. Using the SPSS software, the data analysis method applies multiple linear regression. The study's findings indicate, in part, that employee engagement have a genuine and advantageous effecton employee retention. Employee welfare have a genuine and advantageous effect on employee retention. The internal work environment have a genuine and advantageous effect on employee retention. The results of the simultaneous F test show that employee engagement, employee welfare, internal work environment simultaneously affect employee retention at PT. Seltech Utama Mandiri Medan.
