The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment Against Work Ethic and Tutoring at PKBM in Tangerang City
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style (X1) on work ethic (Y1), leadership style (X1) on teacher's performance (Y2), work ethic (Y1) on teacher's performance (Y2) and the Work environment (X2).) On work ethics, (Y1) Work environment (X2) on tutoring (Y2) at PKBM in Tangerang City. The method used is qualitatively descriptive with a population of 165 using a random sampling method, namely 117 samples of the existing population. Research results Statistical test on model 1 with tcount> ttable (3.404> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), leadership style sometimes has a positive and significant influence on work ethic. Value Fcount> Ftable (14.815> 3.06) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), management style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work ethic at the same time. In model 2, the value of tcount> ttable (5.555> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) is obtained. The leadership style has a partially positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance. With the value of tcount> ttable (3.447> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.001 <0.05), the working environment has a partially positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of tcount> ttable (4.261> 1.97) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), partly work ethic, has a positive and significant effect on the teacher's performance. The value of Fcount> Ftable (35.927> 2.67) and Sig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05), the leadership style, the work environment and the work ethic all have a positive and significant effect on the tutor's performance
Improving the Business Performance of Entrepreneurial Students in Pamulang University Through the Digital Business Ecosystem
Students as an educated community group have a higher success rate in doing business. But they must be good at managing their time between running a business and studying. This research will focus on students who do business and the external factors that influence it. The object of research is students majoring in Accounting and Management, Faculty of Economics, Pamulang University who run a business. This study has several objectives, namely 1. to obtain a profile of these students in running their business. 2. get information on whether the campus environment can encourage their business development. This research is a qualitative research. Researchers used a questionnaire to collect information and data. The questionnaire is distributed online to students who have businesses. From the questionnaire, information was obtained that 47% of students sold their own products, more than 50% had been doing business for less than 1 year and more than 60% were micro entrepreneurs. Students use social media to market their products but they also need digital marketing training, on the other hand they agree that the marketplace can be a means to market products among the Pamulang University academic community. The conclusion is that Pamulang University, which has more than 70,000 students (source pddikti.kemendikbud.go.id), is a large market for students to sell their products and therefore needs to be supported by technology and a business ecosystem so that all of them can connected each others. Campus can cooperate with other parties to utilize technology such as marketplace
Implementation Strategy of Digital Marketing Tourism Bus Rental Satisfaction in the New Era of Normality
Purpose of study to find out and describe the attitudes and responses of businessman regarding the PO Juragan 99 tourism bus rental business in the new era of normality, to find out and describe the related digital marketing strategies in the PO Juragan 99 tourism bus rental and to find out and describe the extent of the implications of the digital marketing strategy on bus rental PO Juragan 99 in the new era of normality to achieve customer satisfaction This study uses a qualitative method. The qualitative method by Miles which consists of three streams of activity occurring simultaneously, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification used in this study. Primary data is the main data or base used in this reasearch. The main data obtained from this research is primary data because it is directly from the respondent's data. Data taken from interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using 4 (four) stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The output produced in this study is a journal. Theoretically, the results of this research will add to the repertoire of knowledge, especially in the field of developing digital marketing strategies for businessman
The Effects of Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates on Composite Stock Price Index During the Covid-19 Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia and even the world, caused changes in various sectors and decline in the Indonesian economy. To improve the economy, it is necessary to increase investment. This research aims to find out how the influence of inflation, bank interest rates and currency rates on Composite Stock Price Index both partially and simultaneously at the time of the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which discusses the problems faced that describe the state of a country expressed in numbers. The data used in this study is secondary data. It was taken during the covid-19 period from March 2020 to July 2021. The analytical methods are used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The novelty of this research is to use macroeconomic data during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that simultaneously, inflation, bank interest rates, and currency rates had a significant effect on Composite Stock Price Index. Inflation, bank interest rates, and currency rates exert a 94.9% effect on Composite Stock Price Index. The remaining 5.1% was affected by other factors not used in the study. Partially, inflation is positive and significant to Composite Stock Price Index. Bank interest rates and currency rates negatively and significantly affect Composite Stock Price Index.
 
The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction of the CUG Konsepsi Filosofi Petani Pancur Kasih Pontianak
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership study variables and organizational culture both simultaneously and partially on the job satisfaction of Credit Union Gerakan Konsepsi Filosofi Petani Pancur Kasih Pontianak Activists. The analytical method used is referred to as the associative method and multiple linear regression analysis. The respondents of this study are all Credit Union Gerakan Konsepsi Filosofi Petani Pancur Kasih Pontianak Activists totalling 33 people. The results of applying this study to an F test show that there is a simultaneous influence between leadership style variables and organizational culture variables on job satisfaction while the results of hypothesis testing using a T-test show that there is a partial influence between leadership style variables on job satisfaction, but there is no partial influence between organizational culture variables on job satisfaction. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the leadership style variables and organizational culture variables have a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction, and there is a partial influence of leadership style variables on job satisfaction but there is no influence of organizational culture variables on job satisfaction
Kurtosis and Skewness on Lagged Market Risk Premium in Indonesian Market During Covid 19 Pandemic
This study investigates the impact of return distribution such as skewness and kurtosis on lagged market risk premium to risk premium in Indonesia capital market during COVID-19 pandemic. Data are monthly, from january to December 2020, and 674 firms. Panel data predictive regression is used The method For this study, I first looked for market risk premium and risk premium desripitives. Second, I used monthly panel data predictive regression from lagged market risk premium and risk premium in 2020. Third, I incorporate skewness and kurtosis simultaneously. Fourth, I exclude kurtosis or skewness in previous model. The results are market risk premium and risk premium having negative return. Risk premium has lower returns than market risk premium. The beta lagged market risk premium is significant to risk premium. The skewness and kurtosis market risk premium do not signify to risk premium together but significant separately. I can clonclude that the movement market risk premim and risk premium during COVID-19 pandemic are average negative. Beta lagged market risk premium can explain the future monthly risk premium. Contrary skewness and kurtosis, those can not be run together. When the model used to beta lagged market risk premium and skewness, partially the skewness was significant and the direction was positive. However, only beta lagged market risk premium and kurtosis were staying negative to the previous model. Incorporating lagged assumptive distribution only explain the risk premium under 1 % about 0.24%
Analisis Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Terhadap Performa Pegawai Kelurahan Rempoa, Kota Tangerang Selatan
The research objective in this study was to determine the effect of discipline on employee performance in Rempoa Village. Methods In this research is quantitative data analysis is an activity of collecting data from sources obtained. In this study, the population is the Rempoa Village employees, amounting to 33 employees. The results of the validity test show that all statement items in the discipline and performance variables obtained a value of rcount> from rtable and a positive value, then the statement item is said to be valid and the value of tcount> ttable or (7,615> 2,040), it is also strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0 , 05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1is accepted, this indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between discipline on employee performance Rempoa Village. In conclusion, discipline on the Rempoa Village employees is manifested in the form of obedience to the work and time regulations set. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level.
AbstrakTujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap performa pegawai pada Kelurahan Rempoa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analisa data merupakan kegiatan pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber yang diperoleh”. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya adalah Pegawai Kelurahan Rempoa yang berjumlah 33 karyawan. Hasil uji validitas diketahui semua butir pernyataan dalam variabel disiplin dan Performa diperoleh nilai rhitung > dari rtabel dan nilai positif, maka butir pernyataan dikatakan valid dan nilai thitung > ttabel atau (7,615 > 2,040), hal itu juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin terhadap performa pegawai pada Kelurahan Rempoa. Kesimpulannya disiplin pada pegawai Kelurahan Rempoa diwujudkan dalam bentuk ketaatan pada aturan pekerjaan dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai sudah dapat dikatakan baik, meskipun masih terdapat aspek yang belum optimal terutama menyangkut disiplin waktu dalam bekerja. Performa pegawai secara rata-rata dapat dikatakan telah memiliki performa yang cukup baik dilihat dari kualitas, kuantitas, dan pelaksanaan tugas. Performa pegawai yang masih belum optimal ditemukan ditemukan pada aspek tanggung jawab dan komunikasi menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan rapi.

The development of digital technology and the trend of e-commerce cause changes in people's shopping patterns that in beginning is offline conventional to switch to online shopping through web/ blogs. So that in this study, the authors are interested in examining whether there is an influence from the level of education, the level of financial literacy, financial literacy instruments on purchasing decisions in online media with a case study on the community in the South Tangerang City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by processing data and analysis obtained from a survey of a sample of the population in the South Tangerang City. The results obtained from the survey conducted on the people of the South Tangerang City were the efficiency factor and the cheaper price factor were considered the most influential factors in purchasing decisions on online media. The advantages of shopping transactions offered through online media, especially during the Covid pandemic, have caused many people to change their offline shopping patterns to online to buy the items they need. This is also reinforced by the results of research from the hypothesis test which concludes that the level of education, the level of financial literacy and financial literacy instruments do not affect the value of purchasing decisions ononline media in South Tangerang City society either partially (t test) or simultaneously (F test). sig value> 0.05.
Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi digital dan trend e-commerce menyebabkan perubahan pola belanja masyarakat yang awalnya bersifat konvensional offline beralih ke pola belanja online melalui web/blog. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini, penulis tertarik untuk meneliti apakah ada pengaruh dari tingkat pendidikan , tingkat literasi keuangan, dan instrumen literasi keuangan pada keputusan pembelian terhadap media online dengan studi kasus pada masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskritif kuantitatif dengan melakukan pengolahan data dan analisa yang diperoleh dari hasil survey terhadap sample dari populasi masyarakat di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari survei yang dilakukan pada masyarakat daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan adalah faktor efisiensi dan faktor harga yang lebih murah dianggap sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam keputusan pembelian pada media online. Keuntungan transaksi belanja yang ditawarkan melalui media online terutama selama pandemic covid ini menyebabkan banyak masyarakat yang mengubah pola belanja offline menjadi online untuk membeli barang yang diperlukan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan dan literasi keuangan tidak mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada media online di masyarakat Kota Tangerang Selatan baik secara partial (Uji t) maupun simultan (Uji F) dengan nilai sig > 0,05.

Analisis Faktor-Faktor Kinerja UMKM di Kecamatan Bogor Utara Kota Bogor
The purpose of this study is to identify and determine the internal, external, and entrepreneurial factors that affect the performance of Culinary and Fashion MSMEs in North Bogor District. The population members of this study were culinary and fashion MSMEs. The research method uses the Non-Probability sampling method. The data source used is primary data obtained by using a list of questions (questionnaire) with a sample of 100 culinary and fashion MSMEs in North Bogor. Data analysis in this study used two approaches, namely descriptive analysis and PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis. The results showed the amount of R Square (R2 ) MSME performance was 0.506. This means that internal factors, external factors, and entrepreneurial factors contribute 50.6% to the performance of MSMEs. While the remaining 49.4% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion were external factors, internal factors, and entrepreneurship had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor internal, eksternal, dan kewirausahaan yang mempengaruhi kinerja UMKM Kuliner dan Fashion di Kecamatan Bogor Utara. Anggota populasi dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM kuliner dan fashion. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Non Probability sampling. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan (kuesioner) dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 UMKM kuliner dan fashion di Bogor Utara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini digunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya R Square (R2 ) Kinerja UMKM adalah sebesar 0,506. Artinya adalah faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan faktor kewirausahaan memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 50,6% terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah faktor eksternal, faktor internal, dan kewirausahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-statistic, diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor eskternal merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.

Strategi Pemasaran Untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan (studi kasus UMKM di Tangerang Selatan)
The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategies carried out by SMEs, especially in the city of South Tangerang. One of the marketing strategies carried out is through E-commerce and Brand Community. E-commerce is the process of buying and selling products electronically. E-commerce itself has grown in recent years and is slowly replacing traditional shops. And for the Brand Community is a community or a social group or a real, regular, and permanent collection of individuals who carry out their roles in a related way in order to achieve common goals. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, namely descriptive method does not provide treatment, manipulation or alteration of the variables studied, but describes a condition as it is. The only treatment given is the research itself, which is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that MSMEs, especially in the city of South Tangerang, use a marketing strategy through E-commerce and join the Brand Community or the UMKM community so that their product sales and skills can increase through these two things.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku UMKM, khususnya di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan adalah melalui E-commerce. E-commerce merupakan proses pembelian maupun penjualan produk secara elektronik. E-commerce sendiri semakin berkembang beberapa tahun belakangan ini dan secara perlahan menggantikan toko tradisional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu deskriptif tidak memberikan perlakuan, manipulasi atau pengubah pada variabel-variabel yang diteliti, melainkan menggambarkan suatu kondisi yang apa adanya. Satu-satunya perlakuan yang diberikan hanyalah penelitian itu sendiri, yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan para UMKM khususnya di Kota Tangerang Selatan menggunakan strategi pemasaran melalui E-commerce. Dengan begitu penjualan produk dan skill mereka dapat bertambah.
