Pengaruh Strategi Marketing Digital Seo, Word Of Mouth Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Memilih Berobat Pada Pasien Ibu Hamil Di Rsu Royal Prima Medan
This study aims to determine the effect of SEO Digital Marketing Strategy, Word of Mouth and Quality of Service on the Decision to Choose Treatment for Pregnant Women Patients at RSU Royal Prima Medan. The research was conducted on pregnant women who had been treated at RSU Royal Prima Medan. The population in the study were all pregnant women who had been treated at RSU Royal Prima in the last 2 years. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% so that a total sample of 67 was obtained from a total population of 196 pregnant women. Data analysis techniques used Univariate, Bivariate and Multivariate analysis with calculations using SPSS version 23. The results of the Bivariate test showed that the SEO Digital Marketing Strategy, Word of Mouth and Service Quality variables had an influence on the decision to choose with a p value of 0.004 each; 0.017 and 0.000 with a PR value of 3.407 each; 2,550 and 7,885. The results of the Multivariate analysis show that the Service Quality variable has the greatest influence on the decision to choose, with a p value of 0.000 and an Exp(B) value of 16.623 (95% CI 3.551-77.817).

Female Students’ Knowledge and Behavior in Relation to Breast Examination
Further research will be conducted on the factors that influence the realization examination. Breast cancer is a major global health problem and the highest cause of death among women because many women who suffer from breast cancer are found in the final stage, making it difficult to cure. Breast self-examination is a preventive measure that is done independently to detect early changes in the breast, but even though it can be done by yourself, many women rarely do it. Based on an initial survey of 20 female students, 11 did not know the meaning of breast self-examination, 15 did not know how to do breast self-examination, and 3 had a family history of breast cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and behavior of female students regarding breast self-examination at the Faculty of Economics and Business at one of the universities in Banten. Purposive sampling is the sampling strategy utilized in this study, which employs cross-sectional sampling with a sample of 88 female students. The Chi-Square test results for the data analysis revealed a p-value of 0.272 (p < 0.05). In summary, there is no correlation between knowledge and the behavior of female students in breast self-examination. Further research will be conducted to determine the factors that influence breast self-examination
Analisis Pola Faktor Penyebab Balita Stunting Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bekasi Menggunakan Algoritma FP-Growth
Stunting is a common long-term nutritional problem among children under five, especially in developing countries, including Indonesia. Recently, the term stunting has become a popular topic of discussion while diverting attention from the problems of malnutrition and obesity. This study aims to determine the results of the formation of rules or association rules in determining the causal factors that most affect stunting in toddlers at the Bekasi City Health Office. The method that will be used in this research is the FP-Growth Algorithm. With the application of the FP-Growth Algorithm, accurate results can be obtained in determining the rules for determining the causal factors that most affect stunting in toddlers. The dataset has 4575 data and will be evaluated using the lift ratio. This research produces 26 rules, the best of which are Not Getting Exclusive Breastfeeding, Thinness, and Malnutrition, with a minimum support value of 0.5, a confidence value of 0.6, and a lift ratio of 1.17. Thus, applying the FP-Growth Algorithm in this study is effective because it achieves a lift ratio value of more than 1

The Web-Based One-Stop Village Public Service Information System (Case Study: Senawang Village Office, Orong Telu District) was completed using Visual Studio Code, Codeigniter programming language, and MySQL database. The research method used is qualitative, and the software development method, Prototype method, and system design method use four Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. It has passed the testing process using Black Box. It has successfully provided information to users (Community) regarding services, namely birth report data, death reports, registration of migrants, applications for moving residents, and applications for certificates of incapacity. Klasifikasi Tingkat Kematangan Buah Kersen Dengan Menggunakan Support Vector Machine
Kersen fruit, native to Southern Mexico and often found in Indonesia, has health benefits that attract people. It is round with a diameter of 1-1.5 cm, yellowish green in color when young, and turns red when ripe. Determining the maturity level of kersen, which has been done manually, is essential for people to consume good quality fruit. This study aims to simplify the identification of Kersen fruit maturity through image processing using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method with a parameter value of C-25. The test results show that this method achieves the best accuracy level of 72% in identifying the ripeness of kersen fruit, so it can be an effective solution in making it easier for people to determine the level of fruit ripeness
Pengaruh Formulasi Cendawan Entomopatogen Metharizium anisopliae(Metchnikoff) Sorokin dan Beauveria bassiana(Bals.-Criv.) Vuill terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Daya Tahan Hama Penyakit pada Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Pre nursery)
Entomopathogenic fungi are fungi that can cause death to insect pests. Some reports state that entomopathogenic fungi are endophytic or can grow in plant tissue and are positive for plant growth and produce phenol substances that insects do not like. The study aims to determine whether the formulation of entomopathogenic fungi Metharizium anisopliae (Metchnikoff) Sorokin and Beauveria bassiana (Bals.-Criv.) Vuill given to pre-nursery oil palm seedlings can help increase growth and resistance to pests and plant diseases. The study used factorial RAK with 3 replications and 2 factors, namely M. anisopliae fungus (M) with 4 levels: M0 = 0 g (control), M1 = 5g, M2 = 10g, and M3 = 40g, and B. bassiana fungus (B) with 4 levels namely: B0 = 0g (control), B1 = 5g, B2 = 10g, and B3 = 40g. The research resultsshowed that sprouts could grow into seedlings well, with an average third leaves appearing at week 12 after planting. The results of ANOVA analysis showed that the treatment factor of M. anisopliae and B. bassiana fungus gave an effect that was not significantly different on the parameters of the number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, number of leaf spots, leaf spot area, number of insect bites, insect bite area, plant length, crown wet weight, crown dry weight, root wet weight, root dry weight and root crown ratio. In other words, adding various doses of mixed formulation of M. anisopliae and B. bassiana did not provide a response to trigger plant growth and prevent the undesirable effects of insects. There are suggested that the two fungi are already in the oil palm seedling tissue as endophytes but until the 12th week, they have not shown any effect as a growth promotor or preventive effect the seddling tissue not liked by insects
MONOGRAF KHASIAT ANTIDIABETIK NANOEMULSI ANDALIMAN
Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengembangkan obat-obat diabetes dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas hidup dari pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2. Berbagai bahan alam telah dieksplorasi untuk menjadi pilihan obat lebih baru dalam tatalaksana diabetes mellitus. Salah satu bahan alam khas Indonesia terutama dari tanah Batak adalah Andaliman. Andaliman merupakan salah satu bahan alam yang banyak dijumpai pada pasar tradisional di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, karena andaliman sendiri merupakan produk alam yang menjadi rempah-rempah khas tanah Batak. Berbagai penelitian telah dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat dari buah andaliman, namun mayoritas penelitian tersebut hanya berfokus pada manfaat dari buah andaliman semata. Masih terdapat penelitian yang terbatas dalam hal pengembangan bentuk sediaan buah andaliman yang siap pakai. 
PENGARUH SEL PUNCA MESENKIMAL TERHADAP INTERLEUKIN-10 TIKUS WISTAR MODEL DIABETIC ERECTILE DYFUNCTION
Sel punca mesenkimal (MSC) menunjukkan hasil yang menjanjikan dalam pengobatan diabetes dan penyembuhan luka. MSC yang dikondisikan sebelumnya dengan hipoksia secara signifikan meningkatkan ekspresi IL-10 pasca pengobatan dibandingkan dengan MSC yang dikondisikan sebelumnya dengan normoksia dalam model luka eksisional. Dalam kondisi diabetes, kadar glukosa darah yang tinggi dapat mengganggu spermatogenesis pada tikus Wistar Jantan. MSC telah menunjukkan potensi dalam menurunkan kadar gula darah, interleukin 10 dan fungsi ereksi. Terdapat perbedaan kadar gula darah, interleukin 10 dan fungsi ereksi kelompok perlakuan MSC dibandingkan kelompok kontrol pada tikus Wistar model DED. Pemeriksaan secara serial untuk melihat proses kerja tiap variabel dan mencari perkembangan berbasis molekuler dilanjutkan pada clinical trial untuk mendapatkan manfaat klinis terhadap efikasi dan keamanan terapi MSC pada manusia
The relationship between anemia and quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at Royal Prima Hospital
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between anemia and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at Royal Prima Hospital. An analytical observational design using a cross-sectional approach was used. Data were collected from pre-existing medical records, and quality of life was assessed using a modified WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire that evaluates various aspects of life using a 5-point Likert scale. The chi-square test was used to determine the significance of the relationship between anemia status and quality of life among patients. A study of 51 hemodialysis patients at Royal Prima Hospital showed a high prevalence of anemia, with 86.3% of patients showing hemoglobin levels below the normal range. Although most patients (92.2%) were prescribed Sangobion, an iron supplement, many patients remained anemic, indicating a potential problem in terms of treatment efficacy or compliance. The duration of hemodialysis varied among the participants, with most undergoing treatment for more than 24 months, while the others were on hemodialysis for less than 24 months. About 92.2% reported a moderate quality of life, while only 7.8% experienced a poor quality of life. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference in the quality of life between patients with and without anemia (p=0.495), indicating that anemia may not have a direct impact on the overall quality of life for this patient population. In conclusion, although anemia is prevalent in hemodialysis patients at Royal Prima Hospital, its association with quality of life appears to be limited based on the findings of this study. Future research should focus on understanding the causes of anemia in this population and developing targeted strategies to improve the hematological status and overall quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis

Penelitian ini dilaksakan di PT PLN (Persero) P3B Sumatera UPT Medan. penelitian dilakukan dengan merancang suatu program aplikasi computer sebagai system peringatan perawatan dan pengawasan secara real-time yang dirancang dalam beberapa tahapan yang terintegrasi yang terdiri dari system pembaca kondisi fisik ruangan operasional kubikel tegangan menengah yang diolah hasil pembacaannya oleh microcontroller Arduino Uno sehingga dihasilkan keluaran data digital yang akan ditransmisikan melalui transmisi data melalui jaringan nirkabel yang akan ditampilkan pada computer operator gardu induk
