No full textWork motivation is a state or situation that cause a person to continue to improve, direct, and sustain his behaviour both directly and indirectly with his work environment.This study aimed to determined the relationship of job promotion and working condition to nurse performance.This is quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, the population was 103 nurses in inpatient room and the sample was 51 nurse data collection techniques used questionnaires. The result showed that the variable of job promotion acquired (0.035) had a link with nursing performance. While the working condition (0,256). The conclusion job promotion have a relationship with nurse performance, whereas working condition have no relationship with nurse performance

No full textIn the research conducted at PT. Mark Dynamics Indonesia Medan, the primary focus was to investigate the impact of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The company, a foreign investment entity engaged in manufacturing ceramic gloves (hand former manufacturer), faced challenges related to the lack of organizational culture, particularly in terms of company values. The identified problem was reflected in employee turnover, indicating potential issues with job satisfaction. The research aimed to answer the formulated problem: "How is the effect of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Mark Dynamics Indonesia Medan?"
The study employed several theories related to Human Resource Management, including Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Performance, Organization, and Leadership. The research methodology used was a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach, and the nature of the research was explanatory. Data collection involved interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data analysis method employed was multiple regression.
The population of the research comprised all employees at PT. Mark Dynamics Indonesia Medan, totaling 95 employees. The study utilized a saturated sampling technique, involving all employees in the company as samples. The research findings supported the formulated hypotheses, indicating that both organizational culture and job satisfaction had positive and significant effects on employee performance. Additionally, job satisfaction emerged as the most dominant factor influencing employee performance.
In summary, the study concluded that both organizational culture and job satisfaction, when considered simultaneously and partially, had a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Mark Dynamics Indonesia. The insights from this research could be valuable for the company in addressing organizational culture issues and enhancing job satisfaction to improve overall employee performance and reduce turnover

Entrepreneurs are required to be creative, adaptive, and astute in addressing this phenomenon. They must be able to withstand shocks and grow stronger. The author chose the title "Innovation in Marketing Mix at CV Bonee Engineering." This research aims to analyze how the implementation of the marketing mix at CV Bonee Engineering forms its competitive advantage, making the company more competitive. It also aims to analyze the impact of innovation on business development at CV Bonee Engineering and assess whether the strategies implemented are suitable for the company.
The research method used involves SWOT analysis and descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The author needs to understand the situation, conditions, and factual circumstances at CV Bonee Engineering, as well as internal and external factors influencing marketing strategies. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, reference books, and journals. The collected data is carefully analyzed using SWOT analysis.
The conclusion of this research is that the appropriate strategy for CV Bonee Engineering is the SO strategy (Strength-Opportunities), utilizing internal strengths to seize external opportunities. Customers can place orders according to their needs with a guarantee of faster processing time while maintaining quality. The WO strategy (Weaknesses-Opportunities) is also applied to minimize weaknesses by utilizing opportunities. The company promotes its services using technology and participates in various online marketplaces, remaining active on all social media platforms. The company continues to provide services, handle orders, negotiate prices, and collaborate on specific cases. Innovation positively impacts customer satisfaction and business development. Analysis of Language Acquisition in Children Aged 0-5 Years in the Care of Career Mother: Behaviorism Theory-B.F Skinner
No full text This research aims to reveal the language acquisition of children aged 0-5 years old in career-mother’s parenting by using behaviorism theory by B.F Skinner that is language acquisition formed by associative relationship between stimulus and repetitive responses to form reinforcement (habits). The influence of a career mother requires a child to be left at home with a babysitter, so it affects to the language acquisition of the child. This research uses qualitative method with the subject of research is five childrens aged 0-5 years old who the mothers are a ful-time worker and raised by a different babysitter substantially in language teaching for the children. The method that is used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Directly observation and interview technique are used as data analysis technique. The result of the analysis shows that the pattern of children’s parenting is very influential on the language acquisition. The interaction between a mother and a child or a babysitter and a child is a form of stimulus to the children and repeated responses so that the reinforcement will determine the success of children’s language acquisition. IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ABILITY BY USING ROLE PLAY TECHNIQUE AT SMP PANGERAN ANTASARI MEDAN
No full textThis study aimed to determine how the student's skills to speak and respond to the Role Play method. There were 32 students in eighth grade at SMP Pangeran Antasari Medan who were the study’s subjects. This study employed quantitative descriptive research, gathering data through tests and questionnaires. The study collected data in two phases. The first involved a speaking test by script. The second is a questionnaire with 10 questions. The researcher calculated the test results by looking for an average value, which was then used as supporting data when analyzing questionnaire data using descriptive statistics. The study's results revealed that students' ability to speak through Role Play achieved an average score of 77, with 62% of students answering "YES" and 38% answering "NO" to the Role Play questionnaire. In addition to improving students' speaking skills, the study's implications indirectly improved students' sense of cooperation with each other as well as their confidence

No full textThe rapid development of the global economy and trade has positioned China as a major power, making Mandarin a strategic communication tool in international business. In this context, the role of translation is crucial in bridging linguistic and cultural differences between business partners. Translating Mandarin business communication requires linguistic expertise and a deep understanding of cultural values, communication styles, and business ethics to convey messages effectively without causing misunderstandings. Additional challenges arise from the abundance of technical terms unique to business, finance, and legal contexts, which demand precise terminology and appropriate adaptation in the target language. This study aims to analyze current trends in Mandarin business communication translation through a literature review, identify effective translation approaches and techniques, and highlight the challenges and role of technology in business translation. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for practitioners, translators, and academics to better understand the complexities of Mandarin business translation and to support more efficient cross-cultural business interactions.

No full textFinancial Feasibility Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis of People's Oil Palm Plantation in Rambah Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. Prime University of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the Financial Feasibility Analysis and Sensitivity Analysis of People's Oil Palm Plantations in Rambah Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study were oil palm farmers in Rambah Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, amounting to 100 families. The sample in this study was 31 families. The sampling technique of respondents was carried out using a simple random sampling technique which implies that each element of the population has the same opportunity to be a sample. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection method used is by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Ratio (B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP). The results showed that the Net Present Value (NPV) was positive, the Net Benefit Ratio (B/C was obtained at 1.90 Net B/C>1) then the oil palm plantation business using certified oil palm seeds was feasible to develop, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 35,91%, it is feasible to be developed, and the Payback Period (PP) is 3 years 8 months. Sensitivity analysis to a 10% price reduction is obtained by a Net Benefit Ratio (B/C of 1.49, Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 26.26% and Payback Period (PP) of 4 years and 3 months. Sensitivity analysis to a 10% cost increase obtained a Net Benefit Ratio (B/C of 1.65, Net B/C>1, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 31.43% and Payback Period (PP) of 3 years and 10 months

No full textIn Alur Dua Baru Village, Sei Lepan District, Langkat Regency, there are many Soft Sheel Crab cultivation activities, one of those who cultivate them is Mr. Afrizal. He cultivates Soft Sheel Crab as well as containers. This shelter is named “Paja Shelter” and has been established since 2006. Soft Sheel Crab are taken from other Soft Sheel Crab farmers in the Sei Lepan District area and its surroundings. Super-sized Soft Sheel Crab are marketed to the “Toba Surimi” factory in the Medan Industrial Area (KIM) in fresh condition. Meanwhile, the medium and small sized ones are marketed to restaurants and eateries in the Medan area in frozen form.
The choice of Soft Sheel Crab cultivation in “Paja Shelter” is because this business is currently developing and has great prospects. And there are still many who are not familiar with Soft Sheel Crab cultivation. Apart from that, the maritime economy (blue economy) is being promoted by the Indonesian government. The objectives of this research are: (1) To find out the process of cultivating Soft Sheel Crab; (2) To analyze the profits from the Soft Sheel Crab.

Analisis Keberhasilan Usahatani Kelapa Sawit Rakyat Studi Kasus di Desa Sungai Tapah Provinsi Riau
No full textSungai Tapah Village in Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province is an area where the majority of residents rely on income from oil palm cultivation. Each oil palm farmer has a plantation with an average size ranging from 1 to 6 hectares This research seeks to delineate the attributes of farmers, quantify revenue and profits, and evaluate the viability of smallholder oil palm cultivation. The research was carried out during a three-month period, from March to May 2023, involving 71 oil palm farmers as the sample. Data analysis was performed using feasibility and profitability methods with calculations of R/C ratio and B/C ratio, while BEP was used to determine the minimum production quantity needed in the oil palm production process. The average age of responders was 36-40, according to the survey, the majority have a junior high school education, with an average farming experience of 16 to 20 years, and an average land area of 3 hectares. Production costs amount to Rp 2,565,215,028 per year, with farmer revenue totaling Rp 6,752,170,870 per year, and income reaching Rp 4,205,840,842 per year. The R/C Ratio is 2.65, and the B/C Ratio is 1.65

To deal with drug abuse, one of the efforts made by the government and the private sector is to establish a rehabilitation center that aims to help and empower drug addicts to get help to escape the drug trap. Sibolangit Drug Rehabilitation Center is one of the rehabilitation centers that uses spiritual principles to help residents rise from adversity. This service activity was carried out in order to provide psychological support by bringing the theme of the meaning of life to the residents at this rehabilitation center. This activity is implemented by providing material on the meaning of life, games, clinical interviews, and discussions with residents. The expected achievement in this community service activity is that it can positively affect the participants, especially the residents, by providing them with psychological support, understanding the psychoeducation of the meaning of life, and familiarity
